"How do we head BACK to show them what little we got? Also, where are the demigods?! Knowing them I'm pretty sure Mr. 300 BC is to blame for them getting lost."

Deep within the whale's chambers, a lone figure in a dark red hood sits atop a mound of polka-dotted flesh, staring into the whale's heart, which glows with a dull red. The figure of course, is Vesile, her orange-streaked braid hanging over her shoulder as she glares at the beating organ. She has been sitting here in silence for a long time, but finally she speaks:

"You're just like the rest of them, aren't you? Your people treat you like a god - you house them, feed them - you are their entire way of life. But... You don't really care about any of them, do you? Can you feel any of us? Do you know our names, our faces?"

There is more silence. The heart continues to pulse and pump; slowly, rhythmically, involuntarily.

Vesile sighs. "Didn't think so. I mean, of course not. How could you know? You are a god, and we are so, so unfathomably small compared to you. You couldn't see us even if you wanted to. Even if you knew we were here."

Another pause. A pair of blades emerge into Vesile's hands, almost as if forming from the shadows.

"And yet, I could kill you right here, right now. You would not be able to stop it. You wouldn't even know what was happening as you slowly bled to death from the inside. You, a god, a being so unfathomably large - and yet reduced to such a vulnerable state."

Here, Vesile stands up, walking slowly and deliberately towards the heart. She raises her blade up to the pulsing mass...

But then, she lowers her hand, her blades dispersing, and turns around.

"I'll let you live... for now, but-"

Suddenly, she hears the sound of something clinking against the ground, though the ground shouldn't be near hard enough for anything to clink against. Turning back to face the heart, she finds a small stone lying at her feet, colored a dark, dull red, with tiny cracks dispersed along its surface, revealing a brighter, slightly glowing red core.

"What... Is this?" she wonders aloud. She looks up to the heart. "Did you... Want me to have this?"

The room shakes slightly as the whale lets out a low groan.

"I.... Thank you." Pocketing the stone, Vesile turns back around and leaves the heart chamber.

In the ambergris chamber, I am shaking Cassie out of his demon stupor.

"Hey. Dude. Whatever's going on in that empty skull of yours, we gotta go. The other teams are probably way ahead of us by now."

As Lux says this, the Wasps fly past the group again.    Gold. Gold, listen to me. We're going in circles.    They then fly away.

Mr. 300 BC is still Sonic speeding as the duo are heading out of this chamber.

Eh, there's a chance it might happen. Thankfully, with the Sonic speeding, the worms nor the king would notice us since it's very hard to tell who's speeding.

I lead the Tropers out of the tunnel and back into the acid chamber, where the robed figures from Soundgarden are fighting off the Parasite King. Jayuce is striking at its mouths with a massive blade of radiant flame, while blood-red spikes shoot out from the walls, stabbing at the monster.

At the far edge, the defending champions are just reaching the exit, sneaking quietly past the chaos.

"There's the fish dudes, they probably know how to get back. Let's follow 'em!"

"Well, let's just go back the way we came." The seals start going back the way they came. Then they run into the rest of the group, led by After, whom they had failed to notice leaving.

"Oh, hi guys."
