Oh yes. This is one of my favorites. I love the detail Davis crams into the scenery.
Is it complete and collected?
Yeah, it's currently collected in Guy Davis' The Marquis Volume 1: Inferno, and The Marquis Volume 2: The Marquis and the Midwife has been "Coming Soon(tm)!" for some time now.

So wait, basically.
The first volume is troperiffic enough on its own, and since it's not a regular circulation imprint I can't see how making a page now would really affect anything. Especially seeing as Volume 2 has been "Coming Soon(tm)!" verging on three years now.
No, I mean, I shouldn't bother buying it on comixology since it's unfinished.
That's really your call. The first volume establishes enough of the plot and characters to be worthwhile on its own. At this point I can only see the second volume resolving some of the plot threads that were left hanging in One.
The first volume wraps up its own story while laying the groundwork for any future ones. To be honest, I've forgotten that there was even supposed to be a second volume at this point.
So I made a trope page and put in some initial tropes. Definitely needs some love though.
Surprised there isn't already a trope page on Guy Davis' The Marquis, it's an absolutely excellent imprint that's got plenty of tropes.
It's a Gothic Horror/Occult Thriller created, written, and illustrated by Guy Davis (B.P.R.D and others,) that takes place in a Fantasy Counterpart Culture of 18th century France. The protagonist is Vol de Galle, a seasoned Inquisitor and ex-soldier who's given the ability to see demons who have infiltrated the highest echelons of society, as well as the tools to purge them.
Beyond the excellent artwork, the plot is extremely intriguing and writing absolutely spot-on. Also, it's more or less the closest thing we'll get to Bloodborne in a graphic novel, which is just awesome.
