Heh heh, ya got me, Andy. Sorry, I couldn't resist pullin' a prank on ya once I heard ya at the inn. (Benji says, chuckling sheepishly.) So...what did ya want to talk to Marsha about? Ya weren't just going to hit on her more, were ya?

Andy watches Benji shift back. Yeah, its fine. I was just gonna sk your sister on a date. And now that I know she's in Goobert's room, I must first ask why she's in Goobert's room and Delilah isn't, while Marsha doesn't sleep in your room. Also, where is that relative to this room?

*Jani is genuinely impressed* Nice...do you use your psychic ability to trap heat in your forearms, denying your fists and rapidly cooling them? *Jani theorizes, then figures* I bet you could get the opposite results if you trapped heat in to your uh...paws I'll call them...? I'm surprised the whole process doesn't make them brittle.

"Alright... well, I mean... wait..."

Fan's eyes widened. "Uh... I think I just remembered somethin'..."

*Meanwhile, at the front of the inn...*

A slightly glum-looking Noivern wandered in, dragging her clawed feet against the wooden floorboards. She walked up to the front desk, brushing aside any contact on the way in, and tapped a wing against it. "Manager?" she asked.

I try to do that with my abilities, yeah. I've wondered if I could learn other elemental punches by doing something similar.

(I say to Jani.)

Well, I think she turned ya down didn't she? I don't see why you're insistin' on followin' her. And the reason we put Marsha in Goobert's room instead of Delilah is probably because Goobert wasn't comfortable sharin' a room with her. That could change now, though, considering recent events...

(Benji turns to see Ripley come in and of course, assumes her form upon seeing her. Which may or may not have happened within sight of Ripley herself.)

Hmm...say...I've never been one of these fellas before...this is a pretty neat form, too... (Benji remarks as he examines his new form.)

Don't flaunt your Ditto-ness to everyone. I know some groups that make flasks out of Ditto skins. I'm asking her out to lunch, and playing it by ear form there. Now, where's her room?

As she waited at the front desk, Ripley saw something in the corner of her eye...

"...Fan, is that you?" she idly asked, turning around to face her doppelganger, before quite noticeably cringing at herself. "Ignore I said that. Ignore it..." she muttered. "Sorry, I'm somewhat of a bad spot. Pretend I'm not here."

If ya really want to convince her to go out on a date with ya, then go to room 22. But she's probably gonna shoot ya down again! (Benji says to Andy.)

(Benji turns to the real Ripley.)

Ok, whatever ya say. (Benji says, winking at Ripley before quickly slipping down the hallway back into his room. He noticeably remains in Ripley's form as he does so.)

Andy headed to Room 22, and knocked on the door.

*Voxno-V barely notices the commotion outside, but doesn't really make anything of it. Instead, Vox decides to press further* Oh?

*Jani, too, prods Marlon further* Well...why not try it on one of the dummies? Or what's left of them, anyway...

(Marsha snores loudly, not hearing Andy's knocking and most certainly not waking up.)

(Delilah and I walk back to Marlon and Jani.)

Whew...I'm a bit tired... (I say.) What are you guys up to?

(I say to Jani.)

Well, I can lower my core temperature to create an Ice Punch, but I don't know about the other two, Fire Punch and Thunder Punch.

(I say to Goobert.)

Elemental Punches.

Andy sighs. Oh well.

He sets himself near the door, and waits patiently.

*Jani reacts to the listed punches* Thunder too, huh? I wouldn't even remotely know how you'd pull that off, but I bet one of the senseis would know.

*Jani adds to Goobert* Punches and body horror, actually. I learned what I could turn into. Ugh...

Ok... (I say, then I add:) Oh? You mean Dugtrio? You know, I can see why you don't want to become one. Having multiple heads would be confusing and weird, huh?

(Marsha twitches a bit and wakes up, but lies in bed for a bit before getting up and heading to the door.)

Snort...ugh...stupid dream...I ate too much pizza agai- (She opens the door and stops when she sees Andy outside of it.) Andy? What are ya doin' here? How long have ya been outside my door?

Fan begins to rub her 'head' again, almost physically straining as she tried to recall something... "Umm... agh, what was it? Did I see Ripley, or...? Wait... that wasn't her downstairs, is it? Shit, shit, shit, if she finds me here, she'll drag me back into this mess, and... GYAH!"

Not receiving any answers from the staff, Ripley decides to instead take a look around. Ahhh. Her expression seemed to relax, though her posture remained as stiff as usual. This was good. Well, it wasn't, since the place was filthy, but that gave her some mundane task to take her mind off of everything.

She made her way into the buffet area, looking around for a feather duster of some description, when she came across a few of the human-mons. The Braixen, at least. ...She never did get to cuddle her, did she?

Sighing, she decided she'd go over to the group that was gathered there. "Well, hello again, visitors from another dimension. I trust you're enjoying the city," she said to them.

I don't know either, Jani. But since I think I've done a Charge Beam before I could do the same thing to do a Thunder Punch.

(I suggest.)

*Voxno-V glows a noticeable pink, which also surrounds the more important mechanics of the door...only really visible from the inside* I can keep this up almost indefinitely if need be.

*Jani notes to Goobert* Not to mention cruel! I mean if I were one of the "loser" heads, that's one thing...but knowing I condemned two innocent Digletts so I could get stronger? That'd be like...Survivor Guilt or something. I don't think I could live with myself.

*Jani gives a cursory nods to Marlon, figuring he'd know best, but is otherwise consumed by her own concerns*

Andy greets Marsha. Fair tidings! I'm not sure how long. I've lost my pocketwatch. You hungry?

(I slightly nod back.)

(I think about the Zweilous that attacked Cyk and I earlier. I wonder how they felt after becoming a Hydreigon. Did the two heads that were there lose their minds to the "alpha" head? It's really unnerving to think about.)

Not really...I ate too much pizza and dreamed that I was turnin' into Delilah in quite possibly the most painful way imaginable... (Marsha says, rubbing her stomach.) Why do ya ask? And were ya really sittin' here waitin' for me to wake up?

I had nothing better to do, and I was waiting to ask you a question. Might as well sit and think.

(Marsha makes a sour expression.) And what was that? "You hungry"? I thought I told ya that you aren't the guy I'm lookin' for. Why do ya insist on takin' me out on a date?

Because I've taken interest in you, and I think it's only fair that we have a lunch together to get to know each other before we make decisions so hastily.
