So, I discovered World End Economica last year and I loved it. I quite admire it, both for the fact that it made me root for a Jerkass protagonist and for managing to engage me in a story that revolves around the stock market of all things. Haru never crosses the line that would make me hate him, making him more of a lovable jerk than a despicable one, and the many explanations about how the stock market works are both relevant to the plot and well-illustrated enough to be understandable, so they never lost me or got me out of the story.

Not to mention the Player Punches. Holy shit.

So yeah, I went ahead and created a work page for it. Information on the game online is scarce though, and I didn't feel like going through the 10-15 hours of reading just to write that page, so if anyone could proofread it, that would be great.

I don't quite get what happened with the end of Episode 1. Barton lied about the weather, so Haru lost the stocks or whatever. I get the fallout from that but I'm not sure I understood that part specifically

Barton lied about whether or not the company in question was underwater, basically; it's not about the weather, so much as that Barton suggested the firm was going to tank, and then ended up addressing the reason it was supposedly going to tank.

WEE 1: I'm not sure what, but

WEE 2: Enron's collapse

WEE 3: The world financial crisis.

My biggest complaint?

The title drop at the very end was COMPLETELY unearned the way they used it. I hate hate HATE it when series do that. Don't drop your title as "Oh and the name of the book is the name of the thing that this is!" That's so lazy! I loved Re:Creators, but they did it too, and I wanted to flip a table! RAWRRRR!
