This trope basically means "Lolita fashion" as a whole - the description even notes that EGL is a subset of a subset of the whole. So it should probably be called Lolita Fashion.

Second, the trope picture isn't very accurate to the fashion. Using a picture from a brand, or the cover of a Lolita magazine (Gothic and Lolita Bibles) would work. If you want to use a character, I'd suggest Anna from K, particularly in season 2. People who wear Lolita in real life tend to cringe at characters who look like the ones in that picture. I can't think of an example from media that does lolita as well as she does, other than ones in historical settings that aren't trying to (e.g. Black Butler). The description is also a mass of links. That could stand to be cleaned up... And, do you think historical examples like Black Butler should count for this trope, or should it just refer to people in a setting where they'd be aware of Lolita fashion from modern Japan, brands like BTSSB, Angelic Pretty, etc., and wear it intentionally? Or should the mangaka's intention to appeal to fans of this particular fashion make it count, while, say, a live-action historical drama made by American or British people who have likely never heard of these brands, would not count?

I made this Idolized Julius Kingsley icon back when Akito first came out, and now that the crossover is actually happening, I don't care.
