Saber Alter got that, Santa Alter hasn't gotten any kind of upgrade.
They could probably provide another upgrade to Lily whenever since she's now a weird 3.5 Servant in the FP gacha but dunno when they'll ever bring back Santa Alter.
Though I'm more excited for Jeanne's skills potentially getting an upgrade now that they gave Amakusa's Revelation a buff.

Santa Alter and Saber Lily. Honorable mention goes to Jeanne with her Revelation skill. Like it could be worse, but now that Amakusa's got updated, it should be about time for Jeanne to get a new upgrade.
