Sorry, I didn’t read the Lily part and thought we were speaking of regular Medea; I’ll suggest Medea Lily since the Hassans crit like hell and you’ll want to reserve the guts of the Princess CE for killing Cursed Hand, Hundred Persona and Serenity.

Speaking of them, I finally managed to beat the Parade of Hassans and man was it worthy to level Medea and Tamamo to level 70 and 80 respectively; Casko also had the honour of being the last woman standing after Cursed Arm used his last gig to finish off my Helena and Iri.

I beat the final quest!

I just had to use all three of my Command Seals to either fully heal or fire off Noble Phantasms.

Small price to pay.

Beat Nero, used a CS to be safe after my support Servants died leaving me with just an almost dead Jalter and Herk at full HP and guts stack.

Waaaaaay behind on the challenge quests.

Beat Cu and Scathach with Double Nero Bride and Waver. Good lord does her NP hit hard, like damn. I didn't even lose a servant.

Attempted the Hassan quest with Illya (not max level), Waver, a friend Da Vinci, Herc, and a level 50 Iri. And I... did pretty well. I got all the way to the very last Hassan! Where I lost, and I screamed in anguish as I just lost like 30 minutes of my life. Though this means that I can absolutely beat the quest if I just level my servants a bit more and use a bit more strategy. This is the quest where it REALLY hurts to not have Tamamo 😭 her healing and skill CD would help so so so so so much, but I need an AOE servant to wipe out waves of Hassans.

My next plan is Tamacat, Waver, and Tamamo in the front lines, backed by Illya and Iri (after maybe levelling her more than 50...) I would use Liz Caster... but she's at level 1 because i don't grind enough. My only fear is that Tamacat is going to die too fast, and with a quick NP she's not going to mesh too well with the Arts NP (but it is AOE and heals her so...?)

Wait, hasn't Tama Cat's SQ been added yet?

That was for the Japanese version's third anniversary, so it should come around 2020 for NA

Siegfried keeps giving me problems. I have yet to repeat the mess that was fighting against Cu and Scathach (I repeated that like ten times) but this is starting to get tiring.

Any suggestions to compliment a Emiya/Waver team?

What about switching out Emita for Chloe and add a healer?

One, shut up I love her

Two, at NP 5 and as an AOE Berserker she deals insane amount of damage to entire fields. I've used her several times to wipe out rounds when there's multiple bosses with high HP.

I know she isn't exactly great but she puts in mad work for me and i'm definitely gonna grail her sooner or later.

Okay, then let me put it this way. Almost no Berserker is to be relied upon for something like the Hassan challenge. Like maybe you could get away with Cu Alter, but he isn't AOE.

Also you'll lose party members if you don't bring someone like Medea because you need to remove the special mobs buffs.

I was using Euryale when I finally beat him. I managed to charm and drain his NP gauge a few times.

yeah you're totally right.

conveniently i totally forgot that i rolled nursery rhyme a while back! so i'm powerlevelling her so she can be my main damage dealer with Waver and a friend Tamamo. i'll have Iri as backup along with... someone. Probably Illya since she'll be able to nuke the final hassan.

Would Tamamo/Medea/Waver work? Or Tamamo/Medea/Iri if you don't mind going a little slow.

Are they any cutscenes in this event aside from the introduction?

At the very least I got the two CE’s from the shop.

Third challenge quest is against Izou

He's got a special defense shield to nullify NPs and hitting him with Arts/Buster/Quick for the first time activates an automatic defense against that attack which basically nullifies it to zero.

IIRC the team I used for the Hassan's was Da Vinci/Medea/Medea Lily.

But considering one is a limited SSR and the other is a story locked SR that's not going to be accessible for everyone.

I used Da Vinci/Tamamo/Waver because I didn't want to bother power levelling Medea lol

Well that's Izou done, beat it on my first try with Waver/Ilya/support Merlin/Mashu/Iri mainly because I used up a CS so I wanted to keep going. Probably would've done better if I hadn't gone in blind.

Other things he does:

• Steal all your stars, this can only be prevented either by stunning him or someone dying.
• Have an anti-humanoid buff added to him at the end of every turn.
