Honestly I always considered Part one to be dull. But then when subsequent parts try to one-up each other in sheer insanity, it's kind of justified.

Honestly, after all I'd heard about Part 2, actually watching it was kinda underwhelming. (Granted, I was spoiled to hell and back on a couple of the bigger stuff... and I watched the dub because I was hoping the accents would be enjoyably bad, but they were just kinda bleh, apart from the main characters.)
