At a pace of roughly one a day for most of the year (except summer and right around Christmas), it took me, starting from episode 167 of the anime in October of 2008, until November 2010 to get caught up to the anime, which was in early Marineford at the time. So realistically it took me about 16 months to get caught up starting 167 episodes in, counting out the gaps. Since then i have watched one episode a week for 4 years 9 months.
My god has it been that long...
