There was also that one House of Mouse short "Donald's Goofy World", in which Donald had a nightmare that everyone and everything was turning into Goofy. It was also very surreal (in a very funny way).

1+1 = Ed is one of my favorite episodes.
In a different way, the mask from Courage the Cowardly Dog. Not so much in how bizarre it was since Courage is bizarre anyway, but rather how it wasn't really all that bizarre and actually kind of realistic in a weird way, or at least different from the typical Courage fare. Like you had courage dealing with abusive relationships, prejudice, and a not so subtle lesbian coupling in a kids cartoon. Usually Courage's enemies are bonkers and weirdos but these were more down to earth in an unsettling way. like it was still Pure Courage in style and whatnot but that episode always stood out to me.
It also had one of Eustace's biggest Jerkass moments.

Dexters lab: A continuum of cartoon fools, with all its BWAAKS and random watermelon smashings.
A lot of the post-reboot episodes tended to have minor mindscrew plots or bizzare cliffhanger endings.
Rugrats: the episode where Chuckie learns to use the potty, and the whole dream sequence was treated like Death Row. Weird by how different it's tone is compared to the rest of the show.
Spongebob: I had an accident, the whole last act of the episode was WTF worthy.
Jimmy Neutron: the episode where Jimmy (and later Sheen) end up in Carl's dream, there are talking llamas, Miss. Fowl lays eggs and several characters pull their own brains out.
Rocko's Modern Life: The episode where Rocko's molar goes on a rampage through O-town.
Angry Beavers: The day the Earth got really screwed up, Yak in the Sack, brothers to the end?, same time last week, up all night II: up all day: the reckoning.
