Alright, Kkutwar, I've fixed mine some.

What I've changed:

  • Added stuff to personality and name
  • Irelia's history
  • Everything about the mecha... except for equipment and personality
  • And most importantly, her hair color... is now hair color! :D

Well, Seed Esper likely did refer to their Espers as Psychics earlier on and themselves will probably use it interchangeably. It mainly picked up usage once they got the 2nd Generation going. Other than that, I only have two things to mention.

Mass Production Seelies, due to having all the Eldritchian and non-commercially approved technology removed, end up weaker than the Super Seelie it was based on. Thus, at best a Mass Production Seelie could be considered an Icarus and more often just a really efficient Mundane. Though since Seed Esper does customize their units to take as much advantage of the pilot's abilities, Royal Elf should probably get some detail fleshed out regarding her Esper & Cybernetic abilities.

Secondly, since the Psyche Splitter attacked in 1999, I need a specific age. Pilots can start off very young, but unless they're such an utter badass people are willing to look away the youngest a human would be allowed to start would be fourteen. Course, Fae are an exception because people don't know.

Oh, and this is mainly just curiosity, but does the Royal Elf have a mind? If so, is that an AGI or a Mentalist?

Did a couple of edits regarding [up]

Is 1981 part of the 2nd gen espers? Cybernetically, it's nothing special. Esperically I put some limits, but it's just like Irelia's... Was it overboard?

She can have dark blue hair from Skyblazer genes, right? Is it possible to have that color denote telekinesis.

Oh and as for the mind, I decided to put a mentalist in. See personality.

Well, there are indeed ways of artificially aging a being. Precisely, two means: Accelerating their biological process of aging permanently, or submerging them in a special fluid to accelerate their age without making them suffer from advanced aging outside. However, given that crimes against artificial life is a well acknowledged fact, CACHE has not commercially released how to make aging fluid and only offers usage of it if they deem someone responsible enough.

Thus, it is possible for her to be part of the 2nd Generation, but Skyblazers didn't arrive until 1994. Seed Esper themselves didn't finally get access to Skyblazer samples until after 1995. Though, since Alternate!UN would be interested in mass produced Psychics, they may have allowed access to the then-experimental aging fluid. That specifically could of been the reason why she failed as an Esper, and why Seed Esper doesn't use the fluid in the modern day.

Dark Blue Skyblazer hair though would likely indicate a hydrokinetic ability (you would want Gold/Yellow or Purple for electric or gravity manipulation based Telekinesis), however Skyblazer biology is used as a basis to make cosmetic Hair Gene Mods so... Its possible to use Skyblazer biology without getting superpowers.

This is still a work-in-progress. Let me know if anything stands out as needing to be changed, and I'll take care of it as I'm finishing things up.

Pilot Information

  • Name: a'Lincoln, formerly Celia Warner.

  • Race: Synthetic Fae/Tento, formerly Seelie Bio-Mech.

  • Faction: CACHE

  • Appearance: [1]

  • Personality: When still alive, Celia Warner was notably upbeat and driven to succeed, being rarely content to be idle or useless. Strongly principled, she believed it fell to everyone to choose right from wrong and that even if you chose right, you still had to suffer the consequences of your choice. This lead to a somewhat black and white view of the world, that mostly ended up favoring CACHE and legal authority in-general. While given to occasional misgivings she wasn't one to question her choices, even when they lead to problem, like her strained relationship with her father. Otherwise, Celia was devoted in her service to CACHE and largely focused on her career with the organization.

a'Lincoln, as it exists within Celia's former body, is a noticeably unusual in its behavior, with some comparing it to a sort of fully-matured child. Notably, it explicitly prefers to think of itself as a thing, instead anything resembling a human and in fact prefers to be considered gender neutral. It in fact is discomforted by the not uncommon attempts to treat it as a person. Essentially developed as an organic AI, a'Lincoln from the beginning was conditioned to be loyal, obedient, and passive. This often leaves it in the position of being drawn into uncomfortable social situations, that it lacks the will to escape. One might lure it into small-talk, which it will then falteringly attempt to engage in despite not wishing to. Continuing to press it about its feelings, wants, and being treated 'humanely' tend to stress it out, potentially aggravating it to the point that it might briefly overcome its own submissive nature and verbally snap.

While it possesses theoretical knowledge on most everything Celia Warner once did, a'Lincoln has noticeable difficulty in actually utilizing what it knows. Most often, it has trouble dealing with people, understanding the idea of propriety and etiquette, but rarely taking advantage of this knowledge. As such, a'Lincoln is often overly frank and blunt with others, given towards taking things literally, and not understanding the importance of certain things over other. While it generally prefers to be acting under someone else's orders it has increasingly been seen taking initiative when left to its own devices. a'Lincoln will often become extremely curious over seemingly mundane things or actions and has also developed some odd interests in theatrical works and board games. Engaging a'Lincoln on such things doesn't seem to stress it out quite as much as asking directly about itself. Likewise introducing it to new things and activities is another 'safe' activity that doesn't agitate it much. At other times, a'Lincoln has been known to sit still and stare for hours on end, apparently consumed by its thoughts. This can also occur, to a significantly smaller degree, in conversations, where it will abruptly stop speaking for several seconds at a time as it thinks about what it wants to say.

As far as specific personal relationships go, its most prominent one is with Diane Warner, Celia Warner's mother, who continues to maintain contact with it. This despite, its own discomfort and attempts to explain that it is not Celia. That being said it hasn't yet refused contact with the woman despite being allowed to. Those that observe a'Lincoln might suspect that its ongoing desire to not be "human" might have more to do with it trying to avoid dealing with "human" issues, rather than a genuine desire to be a thing. Indeed, attempts to ask it how it feels about Celia or her family, or how it feels about its own existence have been known to lead a'Lincoln to just shutting down and refusing to respond. Despite these quirks, a'Lincoln has otherwise been shown to be very stable, despite initial worries that it could have psychological issues as a result of its creation. a'Lincoln is otherwise capable of dealing with peers and superiors in a consistently polite, matter-of-fact manner. Its even proven open to the nicknames some give it, most commonly "Al" or "Lin".

Fortunately, when piloting or in combat, most of these distractions tend to fall to the wayside; being designed for such high-stress situations, let it handle these kinds of things rather well. When piloting or fighting, a'Lincoln can act authoritatively and with very little hesitation.

  • Abilities & Skills: a'Lincoln retains much of the knowledge that Celia Warner once possessed, collectively comprising what one would consider a full, successful academic career. That being said, a'Lincoln has trouble utilizing some of this knowledge. Outside of the hard sciences, it has trouble processing and using what it knows, not entirely understanding how some facts are connected to one another. One could say that it merely remembers what Celia Warner knew, rather than understanding it. It also has trouble applying its knowledge practically. It might be able to tell you exactly how to repair a piece of equipment, yet it would suffer a great deal of trouble trying to do it itself. Its also rather ill-equipped at dealing with social issues. Also, while Celia Warner was trained in CQC, a'Lincoln's suffers that same disconnect it has with other skills when trying to apply that training. Combined with its discomfort with being outside of its Seelie, its 'body' effectively, a'Lincoln often resorts to brute force when fighting on-foot. a'Lincoln is also capable of speaking English, German, and Japanese, just as Celia Warner was able to.

One of the few bits of applied skill that a'Lincoln can still perform is piloting, retaining much of the skill that Celia Warner possessed. Though, while capable of piloting other mechas, a'Lincoln will always be more comfortable piloting its own unique bio-mech, Faerie Knight aka a'Lincoln. When reintegrated into the bio-mech, it has demonstrated literally inhuman reaction times and alacrity of movement.

Physically, Celia Warner's body has undergone massive physiological alterations, foremost of which is the fusion of the bio-tech flightsuit she was wearing during the test with her body. Originally meant to serve as the physical connection and buffer to the a'Lincoln Seelie, it is now a part of the body's anatomy. It provides some additional physical protection, but it wouldn't even qualify as truly bullet-proof. More than that, Celia Warner's, and now a'Lincoln's body, has undergone Eldritchian mutation, essentially becoming that of a Fey Touched, with her abilities derived from those of the Eldritchian "Big Pudding".

"Big Pudding" was a Bio/Physical Paper Tiger Eldritchian known for its powers of adaptation, that touched down November 10, 2011. Essentially a great, fleshy blob its primary means of attack was through the generation of pseudopods and directly assimilating surrounding organic material. More notably, it was capable of physically altering itself to both its environment and incoming attacks, making it very hard to kill given its great size. Surprisingly, despite having these seemingly potent abilities, Big Pudding amounted to a fairly minor threat. While a danger to those it could reach, Big Pudding was largely immobile and could only expand its range by slowly consuming nearby material. As its landing put it in a rural area, it only caused a few casualties, before the response units realized this weakness. The area was quickly quarantined off, while a method to dispatch it was sought. Once isolated, finding a way to destroy it was a fairly leisurely affair, taking a couple of weeks to be dealt with. While capable of taking a great deal of punishment, a way was eventually developed that could break down its cells en masse. With this tech deployed, huge swaths of the creature were destroyed, leading to its death due to sheer trauma.

The derivative mutation a'Lincoln has gained likewise allows it to easily and quickly adapt to hostile environments. Its effectively immune to most poisons and diseases and can easily survive for an extended time in extreme weather without protection. It's even been noted that a'Lincoln is capable of surviving for several hours underwater or similar environs, despite being an inept swimmer. Its body also grants it above average strength and moderately accelerated healing.

a'Lincoln's body is also suffused with mutated bio-nanites, which effectively serve as its immune system. They have been seen aggressively attacking nearly all foreign matter, including implants and organic material, making it somewhat difficult to treat a'Lincoln medically. These bio-nanites have an especially violent reaction to Eldritchian organic material, self-destructively attacking any that they are exposed to. This effectively makes Eldritchian toxic to a'Lincoln's body and vice-versa. Though a'Lincoln lacks the mass to represent a threat to most Eldritchians, this is considered a high-value research avenue.

  • Equipment: Most prominently, a'Lincoln retains its bio-engineered pilot suit, though by this point it has become so completely fused with her body the suit could only be removed surgically. Technically, all of Celia Warner's possessions now belong to a'Lincoln, though it has yet to actually claim any of them. It typically can be seen wearing a baggy standard-issue CACHE uniform and piloting gloves, to conceal its odd appearance and for modesty sake. Apart from its personal I Ds, the only non-necessity it carries with it is a mechanical wristwatch, that a'Lincoln apparently wears out of pure curiosity. For the most part, a'Lincoln relies on CACHE requisitions and facilities for most of what it needs.

  • Backstory: Born August 3, 1990 a baseline human, Celia Warner was the daughter of a UN embassy worker stationed out of California. Living on the west coast of the U.S. and already having professional ties to the organization meant that, while growing up, Celia was quite used to being around CACHE personnel and facilities. Scouted at a young age for her high academic, physical, and psychological marks her path into a life as an operative of CACHE was fairly likely from the get go. A case could be made that the CACHE outreach programs were tailor-made for people like her, who were both driven to excel and push limits. Her loyalty to the organization quickly became apparent, when she briefly made headlines in 2005 for outing and testifying against her father. This narrowly averted his, Michael Warner's, attempts to leak sensitive information concerning dubiously legal process behind the disposal of certain Eldritchian-based research projects. Taken straight from a CACHE-funded academy upon graduation, Ms. Warner took quickly to her recruitment, demonstrating an aptitude both for mecha piloting and dealing with others in the organization. A now unshakable reputation for loyalty and discretion, Celia was quickly assigned to Seelie R&D as a test pilot for cutting-edge mecha technology. After proving herself with the successful testing of several smaller projects, Celia was eventually selected for the "a'Lincoln Project" a bio-mech program with the end goal of creating a Seelie capable of taking advantage of the mutagenic effects of Eldritchian genetic material.

A key component from the start of the project, Celia provided the human genetic material to be integrated into the growing of this unique Seelie unit, as well the creation of the organic piloting-suit that would be needed to use the unit. Despite some minor misgivings about her own genetic material being used in the creation of a living weapon, Celia's continued support for CACHE continued to be unwavering. Over the couple of years it took to 'grow' the organic Seelie unit, much of Celia's time was dedicated to testing the bio-technology that would let her move the unit, mostly with smaller scale prototypical creations. This also involved bonding with the the consciousness within the still-growing Seelie, a'Lincoln itself, learning how to keep the being cooperative and calm, while also learning how to interpret the information it conveyed. Fortunately, this was relatively simple, as a'Lincoln was very much designed to be cooperative, to the point of being pathologically loyal and submissive, leading to several highly successful piloting test runs.

Finally in the late-phase of testing, it was time to test the bio-nanite technology that would, hopefully, allow a'Lincoln to safely integrate Eldritchian mutation into its now fully-grown form. Utilizing a sample of Eldritch material derived from the Bio/Physical Paper Tiger Eldritchian "Big Pudding", a relatively low-risk Eldritchian that still possessed some potentially useful abilities. Specifically, Big Pudding's adaptive abilities were viewed as having a great deal of potential if properly utilized by a Super Seelie mech. Despite relatively little concern over this test, extensive safety measures were still taken in the lead-up to exposing a'Lincoln to the material, with the unit being fully-restrained beforehand. This was fortunate. Despite success in the early stages of assimilating the genetic material, things went terribly awry when the mutated material reached the unit's nervous systems. The possibility of the assimilation process causing a'Lincoln the physical and psychological pain associated with becoming Fey Touched was accounted for. However, the bio-suit Celia was wearing, rather than providing a one-way line of control and sensory data to a'Lincoln became a bridge for the Eldritchian mutation.

Post-analysis of the incident suggests that a'Lincoln, in the throes of pain and madness, unintentionally altered its physiological connection to Celia Warner. In an attempt to stop what it perceived as an attack on itself, it used its bio-nanites as a sort of pseudo-white blood cells, having them aggressively assimilate any foreign material they could reach. Including its pilot, as they discovered when it turned upon her and began assimilating her into its form, leading in turn to the Eldritchian contagion also spreading into Celia Warner. Based off of the last readings, its believed that the combined physical and psychological trauma alone would have rendered Celia effectively brain dead. This was moot, however, as the amalgam of Eldritchian mutated bio-nanites had subsumed and replaced a great deal of her body, including most of her brain matter. For all intents and purposes, Celia Warner was dead.

Fortunately, the a'Lincoln mech was unable to break free, having been successfully contained through the duration of its assimilation process. After the Seelie was fully immobilized teams were quickly called in an attempt to recover Celia Warner, despite having every reason to believe she was lost. After several hours they were able to surgically remove the woman from the bio-mech. To the medical teams' great shock, she displayed signs of reacting to outside stimuli and later tests showed continued brain activity, despite earlier readings suggesting she had gone brain dead. Despite her brain and most of her body having been physically subsumed by the bio-technology, she still seemed to be alive.

Celebrations were short-lived however, as the pilot quickly began displaying erratic behavior upon coming back into consciousness a few days later. Initially believed to be the result of Eldritchian mutation or the failed test, attempts to communicate with or treat her failed. It was only when Celia's former on-site counselor, Dr. Young, noted how she only seemed to react to 'a'Lincoln' instead of her own name, that they started to glean what had taken place. After sedating the pilot, later medical scans of her brain reconfirmed what they had earlier concluded, that her brain's enneagram had been effectively destroyed. What was left, was then compared to the most recent scans of a'Lincoln's brainwaves. This revealed that, for the most part, the pilot was a'Lincoln.

This netted a flurry of activity in R&D as they tried to understand just what had happened, even as the higher-ups started to consider shutting down the project and sealing away all materials. Understandably so given the project's failure. Ironically, what saved a'Lincoln from being euthanized and sealed away in a vault somewhere, were the same kind of information leaks that Celia Warner would have reported without hesitation. While Dr. Young was believed to be the prime suspect for leaking project information to the Warner family, most concluded that it was a moot point once Celia Warner's mother, Diane Warner, had gotten a hold of the information. Amid threats to go public and pursue legal action, a discourse was eventually opened with the remaining Warner family. While there wasn't overly much legal recourse, as Celia had agreed to all liability waivers as a pilot, concerns over the public reaction to the project were a major concern. Despite attempts to explain that her daughter was for all intents and purposes dead, Diane Warner eventually succeeded in convincing them to not destroy the former pilot, in exchange for not going public. When it became evident that the project wasn't going to be liquidated, a shift in priorities was made to try to understand not only where the project had failed, but what they had created. While failing to attain their goal, several promising concepts were revealed by the a'Lincoln project.

Currently, a'Lincoln status is a bit of legal gray area, though officially its now registered as a synthetic fae. Several months were spent on teaching and socializing a'Lincoln, an effort mostly led by Dr. Young. It was fortunately a fairly swift process, as a'Lincoln does seem to retain most of the knowledge that Celia Warner possessed, so it was mostly a matter of teaching the being how to use what it knew. It was agreed that most of Celia Warner's property would pass on to the being now inhabiting her body, though a'Lincoln has voiced little interest in any of it, meaning most of it has passed into her mother's possession. Diane Warner continues to maintain visitation rights, despite attempts to explain that her daughter truly is dead, to say nothing of a'Lincoln's own discomfort with interacting with the woman. The R&D teams are continuing to study both the former pilot and the bio-mech, subjecting a'Lincoln to regular testing. Otherwise, a'Lincoln has been granted status as an active CACHE pilot, with Dr. Young serving as its handler. Though a'Lincoln has been removed from R&D test piloting due to ongoing concerns over its stability, and its actual origins are classified to most. For most, a'Lincoln is just a moderately eccentric Seelie Pilot now.

Mecha Information

  • Name: Faerie Knight, formerly a'Lincoln.

  • Type: Super-Type Seelie

  • Appearance:[2]

  • Personality: As of right now, a'Lincoln technically is the Faerie Knight's on-board intelligence. However, a'Lincoln displays a few noticeable differences in behavior upon re-bonding with what is essentially its original body. While still every bit as quick to obey as it is when separate, a'Lincoln feels vastly more comfortable and focused when piloting the Faerie Knight. Indeed, there have been times when they've had to order a'Lincoln to exit the bio-mech, with the Tento otherwise much preferring to remain aboard, even when there's nothing to do.

When separated from its pilot, the Faerie Knight itself tends to become docile, entering an almost trance-like state. In this state it tends to have minimal responses to outside stimuli, with largely being content to enter into a resting state wherever it happens to be. This state could be compared to that of a lobotomized patient, where its life-functions and senses are still maintained, but all its higher functions are suspended while a'Lincoln is absent. Its during these times that most maintenance work and data-mining is done on the unit. Despite all this apparent inactivity, a'Lincoln maintains, when asked, that the unit still has feelings and thoughts about what happens to it during those times. The Tento has been unable to articulate how it knows this, thus far, and simply maintains that this is the case.

Before the incident that lead to a'Lincoln subsuming Celia Warner's body, the mech's operating system featured even less personality than it currently possesses. At that time, it was only meant to be a bare-bones system that was meant to serve during the prototype phases of the project.

  • Capabilities: Due to the difficulties inherent in trying to graft or implant equipment to the Faerie Knight's body, as a result of the hyper-aggressive bio-nanites it plays host to, the Faerie Knight is limited mainly to its body's inherent abilities. As such, it lacks any manner of integrated long-range weaponry or support equipment like flares or chaff. Likewise, the Faerie Knight is lacking when it comes to scanning or data-collecting equipment, though it is still capable of 'recording' visual and audio data. Surprisingly, it is still able to maintain secure communications. While being grown, a special wave generating organ was cultivated that can transmit data, though specialized equipment is needed to receive and translate the data. Fortunately, CACHE has access to this equipment.

Physically, the bio-mech is shockingly strong for its size, being capable of rending armor plating apart with its bare hands. Its easily capable of lifting more than its own substantial weight over its head, without excessive damage to itself. This, combined with the unique connection it possesses with its only pilot, also contributes to its impressive agility, speed and reflexes. While lacking in on-board sensors, large swaths of its body are photo-sensitive, essentially letting it see in most directions at once. With the mech essentially being an extension of its pilot's will, it can react to threats almost the same moment they make themselves apparent.

Essentially being a Fey Touched bio-mech, the Faerie Knight does possess its own Eldritchian mutation, derived from the remains of the Eldritchian, Big Pudding. Like Big Pudding, the Faerie Knight Seelie is capable of adapting itself to its environment. This allows it to operate relatively freely in hostile environs, like vacuum, underwater, or in intense heat for extended period times. This also grants it some enhanced resilience against most physical and biological attacks, and some elemental attacks.

A major part of its internal components, essentially serving as its lifeblood, are its specially designed bio-nanites. Their original purpose was meant to be twofold, both to serve in maintaining the bio-mech's natural processes and to facilitate controlled Eldritchian mutations in the bio-mech. However, upon fusing with the genetic material provided by Big Pudding, these bio-nanites have since become hostile to further exposure to Eldritchian genetic material. With the nanites no longer able to incorporate new genetic material, and the Big Pudding genetic material thoroughly embedded into its form, its Eldritchian derived abilities are effectively locked. Though, while no longer able to serve in their original role, the mutated bio-nanites hold potential as a weapon against the Eldritchians themselves. These bio-nanites also serve to repair the bio-mech, when damaged. Essentially serving as stem cells, as long as they are provided nutrients, raw material, and a bit of time, these nanites can regenerate damage to the Faerie Knight.

Lastly, the Faerie Knight serves in maintaining a'Lincoln's current body. While aboard, the bio-nanites are able to treat a'Lincoln's body for injuries. Through a means of biological osmosis and direct maintenance, the Faerie Knight can provide a'Lincoln with sustenance, the elimination of body wastes, and the Tento's equivalent of sleep. Several hours every few days is usually sufficient for keeping a'Lincoln in good health.

  • External Equipment: The Faerie Knight doesn't have a standardized set of external equipment, being equipped as needed instead. As a'Lincoln is not yet well-versed in the usage of ranged weaponry, this usually limits it to utilizing Seelie-grade melee weaponry, typically vibro-blades and the like. Its quite capable of leaping, swimming, and climbing under its own power, and the few locations it can't reach under its own power it can usually be airlifted to.

The Faerie Knight does require specialized facilities for its maintenance, basically needing to be injected with doses of high-calorie, nutrient-rich goo to 'feed' it. Aside from this, most of its maintenance is taken care of by its bio-nanites. Special equipment is also needed to communicate with the unit over distances or retrieve information without going through its pilot. CACHE maintains and owns these specialized pieces of equipment.

Everything seems fine so far, though I would like a specific date for Big Pudding's touchdown. Besides that, your bio did get me thinking about the CACHE Council (group of nine individuals that can exercise complete authority as long as they obey the greater UN's commands) and the special High-Class CACHE sponsored school Avalon (which also doubles to allow stable Fae and Tentos to interface with society). I'll list them in more detail later if anyone is interested.

Besides that... I wanted to get some opinions on the simplified Character List I'm trying to construct, so here's the sample.

     Open Folder; CACHE Personnel

Cornelius Hawking Junior

Son of the former CACHE Council Leader Cornelius Senior, Cornelius Hawking succeeded his father. Once acting as his father's errand boy, Cornelius now answers to the UN and exerts his authority over CACHE as needed. However, other than approving or shutting down certain things Cornelius is mostly passive as the CACHE Council Leader. He does take a keen interest in the Fae Projects, and has even authorized the creation of a few special Fae. In addition, it is by the Council's hands that several projects have been spared termination.

  • Access Sub-File: The Lonely Prince

Born in 1975 to his forty year old father, the black haired and green eyed boy always suffered from a lack of attention from his father. Initially wanting his father's attention, Cornelius spent his life trying to aid CACHE. However, as little more than an errand boy, Cornelius's desire gradually transformed into resentment instead. What finally made him hate his father is unknown, though as the UN and CACHE Council debated who to replace Cornelius' father they ultimately chose Neil due to knowing everything his father did. Now forty years old with a wife and young children of his own, the six foot tall man cuts rooms silent with his presence even if no one there knows he is the Council Leader.

Destiny Long

The older sister of Gerald Long, she is the one that revealed the identity of the Corpse Digger as she couldn't watch her brother's descent into madness any longer. Conflicted over what she had to do, she became gradually moodier until quitting her job as a Defictionalizer in early 1990. However, she was approached by CACHE before they went for her brother, explaining they wanted someone close to him to make sure he didn't try acting up when they release him into working for them. Feeling guilty as she was the one to introduce him to creative science, she accepted. Though while her brother mellowed out working for CACHE, Destiny subtly got worst and not-so-subtly when she learned her nephew's name is Samson. Eventually, these issues culminated in her volunteering to carry to term a Fae to see the effects it would have. Giving birth to her daughter Mimi on January 6th 1999, she has since become a lead scientist for CACHE's genetic projects.

  • Access Sub-File: Worst Mother 10th Place

With a respectable single D-sized chest, the statuesque white haired blue eyed woman with Russian heritage took an interest in creative science from a young age. While the exact reason she took to it isn't certain, it is firmly believed she saw it as her chance to be a mother without going through the complications of pregnancy. Doting on her little mechanical birds and intelligent cats, she saw Defictionalization as a natural career choice. However, after everything that's happened to her, Destiny is firmly a conflicted woman with her disdain for her biological daughter and casual treatment of serious events such as Fey Touches. Though, her very detachment has allowed her to become the lead scientist she is, not becoming overly attached or being excessively cruel.

Eric Ventus

Relatively stable Gen 1 Inferus Dreamer-Type Artificial Fae, Eric is nineteen years old and genetically derived from Gerald Long. Thus, Eric Ventus and Samson Long treat each other as brothers, though ever since being physically separated in 1999 Eric still doesn't know why. Missing having a sibling, Gerald arranged for Eric to be partnered with Fuji, with the two of them even adopting the same last name. Though his flawed biology requires him to spill his blood enough for his pyrokinesis to be triggerable (temporarily growing more unstable and only becoming sane again upon regenerating his blood), Eric intentionally wished to train as a CACHE agent. Working alongside his "sister" Fuji, gaining the Seelie Bloody Eagle, and keeping in contact with Samson Eric is perfectly content with his life.

Faith Reproba Long

One sixteen year old Inferus Dreamer-Type Artificial Fae, Faith Long is unique in that she is the transition between Generations One and Two of the project. Though her human half is actually a mix between Fiona Mulier and the Skyblazer Stella, Faith is officially recognized as Gerald & Fiona's daughter. However, wanting Faith to have what little of a normal life a Fae could have, she is unaware she is a Fae and has no training to use her pyrokinetic abilities so she can pass for a normal human to most. Though, despite this, Faith has never set a foot outside CACHE without her Seelie Solaris and gets all her interaction from the VARnet & mess that is CACHE. Regardless, as a Seelie pilot, she is very skilled and has been officially piloting since the age of eleven.

Fiona Mulier-Long

Growing up on Elysium as the only daughter of a CACHE couple, ever since childhood she was interested in all the creative science they did. She started off both her and her younger brother's careers in CACHE by designing an Acrobat Collective to synthesize new genetic ideas for artificial lifeforms. For this work, the two of them got to be Gerald Long's assistants when he was hired in 1990. Having developed a fetish for creation itself, the fourteen year old Fiona found herself crushing on the twenty four year old man. Though initially dismissed by Gerald, they eventually married after her eighteenth birthday. Finding herself surprisingly bored by natural creation, she has never mothered another child after her son Samson. Having since become a major player in CACHE's genetic experiments, Fiona Mulier is known for two things: Being the head medical doctor of the Main CACHE facility and the commonness of her genetic material in the creation of Artificial CACHE lifeforms.

Fuji Ventus

The first Generation Two Inferus Dreamer-Type Artificial Fae to succeed Faith, Fuji uses the same but refined genetic mixture as Faith. Thus, Fuji is kept separate from Faith, and has practically become Eric Ventus' little sister as a result. Trained from childhood to be a general purpose CACHE agent, Fuji finds herself operating as a Cleaner, the pilot of the Seelie Hellhawk, and securing Eldritchians among others. Interestingly however, Fuji has apparently built up a rapport with some of the captured Eldritchians, and has even become extremely sympathetic towards Eldritchians. Examinations of her mind proves her clean of mental infection, though whenever asked what the Eldritchians tell her she explains she simply understands them. Fuji is thus carefully moderated, to make sure she doesn't betray everyone.

Gerald Long

Originally known as The Corpse Digger, before Gerald Long joined CACHE he heavily experimented in genetic creation. "Earning" his name for the high fatality rate his creations suffered and his grave robbing of genetically interesting individuals, Gerald was eventually arrested for extensively violating the CAAL Act. Intended to rot in the American prison he found himself, in 1990 he was recruited by CACHE who deemed his genetic bridging, stabilization and manipulation skills were extremely valuable to them. Leaving prison as a smug bastard, through dealing with Evelyn's unwanted affections and coming to an understanding with his emotions Gerald mellowed out. Marrying his assistant Fiona Mulier and having a son named Samson, Gerald continues to have an active role in studying Eldritchian biology to the point he has even designed several Seelies and views many of the Fae like children. However, though he is much friendlier from his Corpse Digger persona, Gerald Long is very disdainful and casual to most people.

Kittan Christian

Somewhat of an enigma, the true visage of Kittan is unknown to most CACHE employees. Frequently covered head to toe in clothing, Kittan is rarely found outside their Seelie the Superego-Zero. However, as a pilot, Kittan has become known as one of CACHE's elites despite only being around for five years. What people do know of Kittan the person however is that they very much like fashion, and helps with the upkeep of their own unit... because they hate seeing its paint getting ruined.

Melissa Winters

The head of CACHE's PR department, Melissa is a single twenty-three year old woman whose passion in doing her job tends to skew her priorities. Though a skilled artist, she leaves her name off the materials made as she doesn't want to be recognized from her older work. Nonetheless, Melissa is a very cheerful though slightly shy person, whose emotions are extremely fragile when someone she knows well hurts her feelings. Speaking of, Melissa has displayed the strange tendency to sneeze whenever someone she knows insults her behind her back, though passing negatively for Psychic powers and Fey infection the only answer presented is sheer coincidence.

Not finished and some stuff is probably subject to change, but basically I wanted to make sure I got the basic information across adequately. Don't want to write up complete Simplified Lists only to need to rewrite them.

Her application is now one hundred percent approved. Oh, and by the way: Each Mission Group would consist of four pilots, so I suggest working out (future) interaction with other players of the same Faction.

Regarding the name Samson, it was the name of their younger brother. His death triggered Gerald's descent into becoming the Corpse Digger, intending to recreate and improve his brother. Destiny herself feels guilty due to getting Samson involved in science, thus all that guilt and horror resurfaced upon learning her nephew would be named after his dead uncle.

I'm just going to leave this here until I can finish it....

  • Name: Galen Shaw
  • Race: Fey Touched Human (He has a few augments, but not enough to be considered a cyborg.)
  • Faction: CACHE
  • Appearance: The one with black hair is him as a child
  • Personality: Tries to be that one stoic guy and fails. Hard. He's actually rather sensitive and easily flustered. He makes a good straight man in a comedy duo, though. Due to his childhood, he's very distrusting of strangers- though if you do manage to befriend him he'll be very loyal. Conversely, if you betray his trust, he'll be very hurt- moreso than the average person. He'll occasionally suffer panic attacks, something he takes medication for. Though he has good reason to hate Eldritchians, he doesn't. Maybe it's got to do with being Fey Touched, maybe it doesn't. No one knows, except maybe him.

Due to being trained from a young age, however, he is a very good pilot. Though he wouldn't make a good leader, he is able to follow orders well and can think quickly in the heat of battle.

  • Abilities & Skills:
    • He was trained in hand to hand combat by CACHE in order to teach him how to use his strength better.
    • He was mutated by Hell Hawk, a Hybrid type Physical/Bio/Psychic Warrior Eldritchian that attacked in 2005. Hell Hawk was so named for its resemblance to the bird of Earth, and its ability to light on fire. This ability stemmed from a special oil-like substance that coated the creature's feathers. After a set amount of time in contact with the air, the substance would combust. Hell Hawk could also detach its feathers at will, and regenerate them in about the same span of time. It used this in conjunction with the minor ability to control the feathers' flight path. Aside from this, Hell Hawk was later found to have fireproof skin. The fireproofing did not extend to its feathers, obviously, or it would lose one major crux of its abilities. It also possessed a moderate healing factor, though this didn't save it from death. Considering it could move and fly quite quickly despite being about as long as a freight car, it was also had high physical strength.

Galen possesses these abilities, his initial mutation giving him wings and a gland on his lower back that secretes the same extremely flammable substance that covered the Hell Hawk. He can start or stop the gland's production of the substance. His wings can regenerate fairly quickly, and can even regrow from a certain extent. His strength is quite a bit higher than an average human's as well. (ex. He can currently lift about 600lbs with little difficulty.) Unlike Hell Hawk, however, only about 55% of his body is fireproof, which means he can damage himself if he overdoes it. And for obvious reasons he can't fly when his wings are on fire. When not in use, the wings can supercompress to make them less unwieldy. They can never truly go away, though.

While not really an ability he himself uses, the substance he can secrete can make a good fuel source if handled properly.

  • Equipment: Several backless shirts. A few small containers full of 'the substance' he can use as makeshift grenades or firestarters. A smartphone with a copy of Aeon on it that can share data with the main program. He also has several cybernetic filters in his body, put there by CACHE to prevent possible further mutation. Also a few implants allowing for operation of CACHE machinery and his mech.
  • Backstory: Born April 6, 1996, Galen was a normal civilian. Until August 3rd, 2005. Galen was riding a train home with his parents when the Eldritchian Hell Hawk touched down. It flew through the city, and eventually grabbed the train Galen had been on, derailing it. Most of the passengers died from the impact, including his parents. Hell Hawk ripped through the train car roof... And was impaled/killed by one of the mechs sent to kill it. The impaling caused Eldritchian blood to fall all over Galen's back, legs, and head. The pilot had been unaware that there'd still been someone alive in there.
  • Hours later, Galen was found by CACHE Cleaners. Still deeply in shock, and not able to tell them he'd been infected quite yet, they took him to get evaluated... And then his mutation started. He immediately went feral, and began attacking the CACHE personnel. Even before he was finished mutating, he was very strong- it took thirteen people to restrain and sedate him.
  • With his parents gone, and none of his few other relatives willing to take in a still kind of unstable Fey Touched, Galen was released into CACHE custody. Seen as a potential source for new genetic material, Galen was taken in and taught to be a pilot. (As a backup plan.)

Mecha Information

  • Name: Ashen Phoenix/ Aeon
  • Type: Super Type Seelie
  • Appearance: Comparatively small for a mech, Ashen Phoenix was built to be maneuverable and powerful, but sacrificing defense for this. It's about seven meters tall, with a slender, aerodynamic design. It's partially bird-like, because someone in the design department had a sense of humor. Galen was asked what color it should be, and he shrugged, saying grey. And that's where the Ashen part of the name came from. It also has jets in several places- two large ones in the back, and a few smaller ones scattered about the body.
  • Personality: Ashen Phoenix is equipped with an AGI that calls themselves Aeon. They were installed to prevent Galen from having mental breakdowns during battle, and as such are generally gentle and soothing. They are capable of learning and help Galen make tactical decisions as well. When he's being really stupid about something, though, Aeon will show a secret side of deadpan snark.
  • Capabilities:
    • Subsonic flight and hovering. These have a time limit, however. It's also able to glide across the ground for short periods at a time.
    • Hand Flamethrowers! (The mech has flamethrowers connected to its 'palms'. Powered by excretions)
    • From the same place as the flamethrowers, Ashen Phoenix can produce a spike covered in 'the substance'. This spike can be ejected, but there is only one per palm and they're mostly for melee combat.
    • Controlled by a Wiimote Controlled with a mix of levers, handles, and motion capture. It's almost incomprehensible to anyone besides Galen. The cockpit leaves him halfway between sitting and standing, though there is space behind him for his wings.
    • Slight healing factor, not noticeable in battle. It wasn't intentional, and was noticed during repairs. The regen only seems to affect heavily organic areas on the mech.
  • External Equipment:
    • What basically amounts to a giant flaming sword powered by Galen's excretions. (Oh geez that sounds dirty)
    • Several larger than usual grenades.
    • Machine gun with a high fire rate. The bullets for this gun contain Galen's feathers, making it possible to control their flight path within 100 meters. The bullets can fly up to 1000 meters, though this range is reduced if Galen's messed with the flight path.
  • Creation Background: A few years into Galen's pilot training, the idea of making him a personalized mech was thrown around. Eventually this idea became reality with Ashen Phoenix. It's possible for someone other than Galen to pilot it, but it would feel very odd for them.

Two sidenotes.

1. Can someone help me come up with a name for the flammable substance besides 'the substance'? I don't want to have to call it that all the time.

2. I was in a musical called Anything Goes, so that's what I think of whenever I read this thread's name. Seriously though, now I'm imagining a bunch of giant mechs singing showtunes. It's terrifying... Yet oddly hilarious.

Edit: I never want to see the word excretions again

I suppose Demon Sweat could be a more casual term used, with something like Fey Oil being a generic term for liquids produced by Eldritchians & Fey Touched. Application looks good so far by the way. Oh, and I take it Hell Hawk could of been classified as Psychic as well, but its telekinesis is ultimately so minor its not worth mentioning?

Oh yeah, Dungeon, I was considering what some projects derived from a'Lincoln's creation could be. The prominent idea is Faerie Shackling, biotechnology that can make full use of Eldritch biology without corruption. There would also be the sub-program Faerie Blessing, which involves blank Eldritch matter warping to fit a user's desire (thus essentially custom powers). I would also say a'Lincoln has been a valuable study for creating Artificial Eldritchians, and due to the success of using a Paper Tiger Eldritchian would of boosted interest in experimenting with other "weak" Eldritchian biology.

Ok. Very detailed background there so I might get something wrong but let's try:

Pilot

  • Name: Kit Glass
  • Race: Human. Fey touched. Heavily cybernetic
  • Faction: CACHE
  • Appearance: Kit is human, being in his 20s, and before his twofold alterations occurred looked fairly normal by that standard. His typical human parts are fairly wiry, being thinner but with a fair amount of upper body muscle, as well as tan coloured skin. He has a fairly typical, square-ish face with blue eyes, although he also has a fairly short mohawk which is ginger in colour. Notably, however, his body stops below the waist. Attached in its place is a cybernetic unit which covers much of his body. The unit has a very technological aesthetic, being white in colour with thick, bulky plates covering it in angular patterns. A large part of it is permanently attached to his body below his waist, with a large sturdy port to allow the leg unit to attach. The leg unit is a thick set of powerful motors which allow Kit to walk and which can transform into multiple forms. Their most basic one is a set of legs which are similar to human ones, albeit bulky and obviously robotic, but they can also split to form an agile set of 8 legs which allow him to easily move over rough terrain. He also has a long cybernetic part running up his back which both interfaces with his central nervous system and protects his spine and can bend as his back does. This runs all the way from the base of his body to the back of his head, where it splits and goes round the outside of his head at eye level and stops just before his eyes. A visor can extend from either end, meeting in the middle, which shows technical information. His cybernetics also include several small ports that can transform to interface with technology. He has a lot of surgical or injury scars, some of which are covered by his cybernetics but some of which are visible.
  • Personality: Kit is incredibly positive, relentlessly happy whatever occurs. This does occasionally become inappropriate, as he struggles to tell when it is polite to be more solemn. He has a fairly simple philosophy, thinking that there is no great meaning to the universe and that this is why he must do as much good as possible. Although he is more enthusiastic about positive measures and always prefers a more diplomatic solution, he accepts that sometimes hard choices must be made and penance achieved later. He normally sees the good in people, even if there isn't much of it, but accepts that some people most be at best worked around and at worst dealt with for the greater good. Despite suffering plentiful misfortunes he never seems perturbed and he tends to over-rely on the coping mechanism of ignoring his own problems to focus on other peoples', although this is manageable.
  • Abilities & Skills:
    • Kit is trained in basic hand to hand combat and can use small firearms to reasonable effect, although he prefers not to. He has had his cybernetics for a long time so he can use them properly, allowing him to remain stable with more limbs, move safely at high speeds and maneuver through most environments effectively.
    • He has sophisticated cybernetics integrated with his nervous system so he can control these easily. His leg unit can transform between multiple forms, mainly either two or eight legs and can be removed if necessary. This lets him move at high speeds and he can also make small adaptations as necessary, like creating spikes in his feet on uneven terrain. He also has systems built into his body and head that monitor his health and let him interface with some CACHE technologies. He also has a retractable visor which can use a heads-up display and a communicator, allowing him to pick up and receive signals. Combined, these mean he can be assisted by an AI or human mission control and easily talk to allies on a mission. These cybernetics are very reliable, as their abnormally bulky casing protects them from a lot of physical damage and their systems aren't vulnerable to hacking or anti-tech measures such as EMPs.
    • He mutated due to being in the presence of Fragile Shadow, which notably caused him to lose his legs but also gave him both mental and anatomical abilities. He is immune to all but the strongest of psychic attacks, although he also can't be helped by any beneficial psychic effects, and can remain awake for about 10 days before suffering any sleep deprivation. Another power, which he can not control, is that those who sleep at the same time of him within a range of about 10 meters suffer nightmares, which are particularly bad for psychics or other beings who are somehow mentally-enhanced.
  • Equipment: Due to his heavy cybernetics, a large part of his equipment is grafted to his body. He also tends to carry a small handgun which is specially designed so that only he can use it, although he doesn't like to, a special phone that can access his communications implants and normal civilian items such as his wallet. He tends to wear baggier shirts in order to actually fit his back cybernetics and has a specially designed pilot suit.
  • Backstory: Kit was born on September 4th 1990, immediately exposed to CACHE, his mother a soldier considered a hero to many due to saving the lives of many, who was also among the first and most successful armor pilots once the Eldritichians arrived and his father a talented scientist. Although his birth was not intended and his parents grew to hate each other, both attempted to raise him well and his mother even turned to training rather than field work for a few years to raise him. However, she returned to action when he was still young and only a few months later was killed in battle. Kit showed promising intelligence and academic results from a young age but decided he wanted to become a pilot and was quickly fixed upon this path. CACHE's recruitment saw his potential, and were repeatedly reminded of it by his father, so he started training at a fairly young age. However, on December 20th 2008, he had the misfortune of being present at an Eldritchian attack, Fragile Shadow, while visiting London. Kit was one of the few infected and his father one of the many killed, so after the attack he was left both orphaned and radically altered physically. His Fey alteration was significant, not only causing him to lose everything below the waist but changing the neural anatomy of the remaining flesh. CACHE was willing to pay for his treatment but due to the combination of his altered nervous system and the difficulty of creating and attaching a whole new set of legs, he opted for high-quality cybernetics instead. After taking to his cybernetics well, he continued his pilot training and after proving himself on various missions with simpler models was given a specially designed mecha that could interface directly with his cybernetics.

Mecha

  • Name: Lunar Symphony
  • Type: Icarus Custom-Assault
  • Appearance: The armor unit matches Kit's cybernetics, sharing the same white coloration and bulky white armour plating. It stands at about 6 meters and has a slimmer build, being built for maneuverability. It features two very large circular shields, one on each arm, which have a shiny pockmarked surface, giving it the first part of its name due to their apparent resemblance to the moon. Although fairly humanoid, its "head" is clearly a large bank of sensors and speakers arranged in a spherical shape. Sitting on either shoulder, and able to retract partially into the back, is a large cannon. Embedded in the middle of its "chest" is a black hemisphere which glows when it absorbs energy.
  • Personality: Its operation is assisted by an AGI referred to as Alice. Although not completely sentient, she is intended to act very human, as it was decided that Kit would operate better with a sort of co-pilot. Alice, alike Kit, is largely positive but is more grounded and keeps him realistic and following orders. Strangely, she is very prone to literary quotes and references.
  • Capabilities: The Lunar Symphony is designed for quick attacks and as such is fairly speedy and maneuverable but has enough armor to take a few hits, provided it does not draw the singular attention of a physical threat. It also has a considerable amount of in-built weaponry, the most notable being its large circular shields. These can protect it and, if need be, the nearby environment from damage. It also has two large shoulder-mounted cannons which can release powerful physical projectiles, although the mecha can only hold a small supply of ammunition. At the end of each arm is a variable portion which can manifest a dagger-like blade. There is also a hemispherical unit embedded in the chest of the machine which allows it to absorb energy and release it as a sonic blast. Although not normally capable of flight, it has some hover tech built in to let it jump and slide with incredible agility. Many of its more complicated operations are constantly altered and adjusted by Alice, and it can only be operated by Kit, as its controls interface directly with his cybernetics. Because of this, the cockpit is fairly small and deep into the machine, being very well-protected. The direct interface allows for perfect control, the mecha acting as an extension of his body.
  • External Equipment: A set of flight boosters have been made for it which allow it to take to the skies. However, it is not normally designed for aerial operation so these are less commonly used. There are also a small collection of guns which can be used by it or other mecha with similar sizes and shapes, which fire basic projectile or energy attacks.
  • Creation Background: Kit had already proven himself using several mundane mecha, most notably a mundane version of his mother's super mecha Lapis Typhoon. However, as it became clear that he was suited to use of advanced neural interfaces, a heavily customized mecha was created for him which utilized such an interface and ported some of the weaponry from Lapis Typhoon into a smaller, more maneuverable unit. Kit has not been using it for long but has already become used to it, with the armor proving to be worth its development costs.

Eldritchians

Fragile Shadow

Fragile Shadow was a lethal joke psychic that landed in central London, England on December 20th 2008 and caused strange devastation. It only had two limbs, which functionally resembled arms and as such it merely dragged itself around and caused no direct building damage. However, most of the people it passed by were sent into a randomly altered mental state, from dropping into an immediate coma to a violent frenzy. Despite very few being physically attacked by the Eldritchian, there was a lot of damage caused by these humans. Casualties, although mostly indirect, were about 8,000 but Fey infection was only 41, as there was little biological trace of the creature.

Gnarled Behemoth

A physical/bio hybrid warrior Eldritchian who landed in Iowa on March 14th 1998. It was immense in size and resembled wood, although much more durable. It sent root-like structures out through the ground, devastating the nearby crops and once it had passed through, crops were torn up and soil poisoned. It also proved formidable in battle, managing to kill expert armor pilot Feray Glass. Direct casualties were around 500 and although some were infected, they all died before becoming stable Fey.

Those all seem like reasonable extensions of the a'Lincoln project to me. a'Lincoln would probably have had some interactions with some of the CACHE NP Cs you mentioned earlier, as well.

The bio-mech was originally meant to be able to have a degree of control over the mutations and potentially be able to replace one mutation with another. Obviously, that didn't really work out, with bio-nanites having become incredibly hostile to any additional Eldritchian material, meaning it's limited to the abilities it derived from Big Pudding. The Seelie itself, as Faerie Knight, is almost entirely biological. It's kind of like a smaller, far less godlike Evangelion. Its fast, nimble, and surprisingly strong and it can naturally 'heal' damage it sustains. It shares a'Lincoln's environmental adaptability, so it doesn't need special equipment to go into most hostile environments. Its main limitations are due to the bio-nanites themselves. As they're so hostile to foreign contaminants, Faerie Knight can't mount any on-board equipment for any real length of time. You can't graft a missile launcher to its back, when its body is actively trying to reject it from itself. It has a few other limitations, that I'll get into more detail on the character sheet.

The new applications look good so far, though just little things to mention. Daydre, CACHE would probably use some of Hell Hawk's biology for Ashen Phoenix's offense, so perhaps the flamethrowers could specifically use Hell Hawk's special substance? You could also flesh out the more minor features, such as the design of the piloting chamber (Motion Capture? Levers and Buttons?).

Gaze, I really only have to point out Eldritchians didn't arrive until 1995. His mother could still have achieved her reputation once they did though, and I can easily see that assumption as well. Besides that, just felt like I should mention regenerative technology is advanced enough that cybernetics is mostly about upgrades (so there could be a little bit explaining cybernetics would of been easier than trying to properly connect new organic legs).

Oh, and back to you Daydre, I would say the in-universe reason they didn't include Psychic was to avoid a "What the hell!?" kind of reaction due to it fitting four Classifications.

Well, given the Elemental Classification basically means anything from Terrakinesis to Teleportation (abilities one don't expect biological life to have) and the Hell Hawk mainly just seems like an Eldritchian that used its biology offensively... Yeah, I think removing Elemental works.

Regarding Ashen Phoenix... Well, four meters more or less equals twelve feet, so that's certainly a Mini-Mecha. However, while you state its Fast & Powerful in exchange for Defense, its capabilities don't seem (potent) enough to properly make up for the lack of Defense & Size. For example, the Bloody Eagle (Eric Ventus' Seelie) is eight meters yet also a respectable agile Aerial unit (while it won't break the sound barrier, the Bloody Eagle will evade most attacks). Thus, you should either increase Ashen's speed or make it a dancing master. The Seelie using the 01, for example, has hover tech in its feet to glide about and uses more on its back to propel itself forward.

Regarding its actual offensive capabilities, perhaps weapons that feature or are based around speed (such as a rapidly retractable spike or laser spam)? Other than that, everything looks okay.

Oh, everyone, I just want to mention something regarding Eldritchians. When making one, can you write up a File like in the Manual so that I can add it in? Secondly, you guys can use a modified Character Sheet if there's specific information you want to mention that would be too wordy in a general info dump. I'll probably provide Eldritchian Sheets at least for the Bosses if not the post-humorous ones. Speaking of...

Kind of surprised nobody applied for Einmal yet. Besides that, mainly you just need to read the Opener, The World Segment and the Faction of your choice. I will admit I left out a lot of stuff purely because I didn't want to overwhelm everyone, and because some of the stuff is pretty random/specific/small.

Einmal, being run by the hyper advanced Alten, are capable of using (powerful) technology so effectively their Wunderwaffen are classified as Supers (so you'll see a fair bit of sufficiently advanced technology in the stronger units). Thus, while hover and boosting technology is commercial, the Alten for example would be advanced enough to make a unit capable of zigzagging through the air like its no deal. Mainly, though, the appeal of Einmal is for a firmly Anti-Eldritchian Faction whereas CACHE firmly believes in the potential applications.

Regarding Daydre, Galen's application is completely approved. Though, I do have to point out CACHE refrains from normal gun design, and instead when projectiles are needed use a launching system like repulsing the projectile out of the barrel via manipulation of electrical attraction. They would also want to save as much metal as possible, so I suppose if the feathers are encased in metal it would be as nanomechanical shells. Oh, and the picture looks great. Does make me wonder if Aeon has a specific visual form for themselves.

OK, I updated mine. I made a few minor changes to Kit's section and added his mecha, as well as profiles for the two relevant Eldritchians.

As a matter of fact, they sort of do. I could draw it and add it later.

The bullets are reusable, probably should've mentioned.

Everyone's applications are fully functional, and since I'll give you guys a little bit of settling in once the roleplay starts Dungeon can hop on in even without The Faerie Knight's full details. Oh, and have a Discussion thread everyone!
