"Day of Animals" was another funny episode, I like how the girls are really putting their thieving days behind. It was nice to see Dwayne again, funny how no one takes him seriously.
The shell reminded me of the House of Yesterday and Tomorrow (am I calling that right?), just the way it looks.
Side note, don't know if this is a good place to discuss it, but does anyone else think the character page is due for a clean up? Everything seems to be all over the place.

I think the character page recently got a rehaul and clean-up a couple months ago. But what is it about the page you think needs work?
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.you were close. its actually "House of Yesterday's Tomorrow" IIRC
It seems like the character pages were moved to three separate pages and that's about it. From the top of my head, there several characters missing information (example, Nigel has a folder and image but nothing else). Some are grouped in questionable places (Why is Willow listed as "other" when she is a member of the Royal Family?).
Not faulting anyone or trying to sound like I'm complaining. Just things I've noticed. I can probably try and help out when I get a chance.
It recently occurred to me that Cassandra's new black rock suit, as cool as it looks, is probably really uncomfortable. And I'm not even sure she can remove it to do stuff like bathe or something.

Disgusted, but not surprisedhttps://mobile.twitter.com/kaitkritter/status/1185309699572297729
Here's a deleted scene.
I did like how Rapunzel was also seeing her greatest fears, but it never slowed her down for a second.
I had two ideas of what Rapunzel's greatest fears were. 1. Mother Gothel comes back as an illusion. 2. a deluded thinks she has awakened back in her with her entire freedom being nothing more than a dream. What we got was pretty good though.
I caved and bought the series on You Tube out of lack of other options for watching the series. And the binge watched Season 1. Took it's time but it really does climax rather nicely when the plot picks up.
Also, wow. First shot inside Rapunzel's Tower is the shattered mirror and Cassandra reflected back in it. That was some EARLY foreshadowing.
Ever since seeing this fan-idea, I wonder if we might actually be seeing something like it in the show proper. The series did conspicuously remind us of Varian's formula in the last aired episode.
It wouldn't work, obviously (since if anybody will be defeating or overcoming Cass it'll be Rapunzel, not a supporting character), but it'd make for a pretty interesting "side character attempts to stop the villain" scene.

Cassandra Clones!
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I guess Eden Espinosa is really gonna be working for that paycheck after having only a few lines in all the other episodes!

Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself. In which Eden Espinosa becomes the new Dee Bradley Baker. In fact - no idea if they're actually going to do this - but having a ton of Cassandra clones, each of which has a different facet of her personality, would be pretty cool.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I was checking to see if there were any announcements about the next part of season 3. There haven't been any, but I was startled to see the claim that season 3 would have 36 episodes (notably, the Tangled wiki at fandom.com). Seasons 1 and 2 had 21 each; if you count the two parters as two, 23 and 24.
Apparently Zachary Levi said in an Entertainment Tonight interview in 2016 that the series would have 78 episodes.
This is probably wrong in a bunch of ways. Levi might have misspoken or been mistaken (the interview isn't online any more so I can't check what he said; some text is here).
They came up with 36 by 78-21-21=36. It's more likely that you count the two parters as two and the movie as two more, which would make 29.
I still think that's high. For what it's worth, the general Disney wiki at fandom.com gives season 3 22 episodes, though it doesn't give a source. That still gives the show a total of 71 half-hours, which is a lot these days.

Pascal's Dragon premieres January 12, while Cassandra's Revenge is on January 26, both at 7am.
Some random thoughts :
- I wonder if Return of the King was the first step towards a genuine heel-face turn for the Stabbingtons ?
- I really want a reunion of Edmund and his entire brotherhood at some point.
- Rapunzel's obviously going to try and get Cassandra to reconsider the path she's chosen, and it seems that they're not making us forget about redemption :
- Varian, obviously, went through one in the premiere.
- Kiera and Catalina were never villains, but the show just put the final touch by having them return all their loot.
- Varian's amber, of all things, was finally used for its intended purpose and to end a threat posed by the black rocks.

Here are the episode titles up until March 1, which is the finale.
After reading that list, especially the name of the last episode, I have a question : I haven't watched the season 1 premiere, but I have watched What The Hair ? and I've been wondering, is Queen Arianna supposed to be from a neighboring kingdom that speaks french ?
I mean, Corona's own fictional nationality is kind of ambiguous as it is.
The Plus Est En Vous, from my understanding, is a resurrected reference to an earlier draft of Rapunzel when it was a running theme. Keeping it in a different language emphasises the importance and honestly just sounds a bit prettier than the English.
Lol the last episode is literally a movie.
Depending on whether it's legitimately a full 90 mins or is more "three episodes with commercial and timeslot breaks" (which would make it between 60-70 mins instead) it could even be around the same length as Tangled itself.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I'm pretty sure it's 3 episodes stitched together to be a movie, with commercial breaks now and then. It's like how The Battle For Mewni was promoted as a 2 hour movie even though it was the first 4 episodes of season 3 .

Okay, this is hilarious .
@Day of the Animals:
Corona and it's surrounding kingdoms have way too many magical objects that can wreck your day just for looking at them funny. That's, what, two in one week?
They definitely seem to be making an effort to make Varian, Red and Angry members of the main cast, giving them lots of appearances and parts - large and small - in the plot. It's sad that this is another show that finally starts making use of its larger cast right before it ends, though.
