Sedecco tanks the shockwave. Some weird blood spurts out of his semibroken faceplate, but something far more important than mere wounds has arrived.

It spouts something along the lines of    "TASTYBIRB!"   

It attempts to rush Dedede.

The Ocean, West of the Divine Roost

Zorah Magdaros continues its slow advance towards land.

Sporacles is cruising around in his seamoth when he sees Zorah.

"Holy…"

Vauge Primordia

Ducktalez!Vegeta is walking around, chugging a bottle of beer.

Vegeta is doing high speed movements nearby.

Zorah Magdaros continues walking, not noticing Sporacles. If he were to compare it to the Purple Worm that engulfed him in an explosion recently, he'd find that the length of the Purple Worm's entire body would just perfectly encompass Zorah, head-to-toe.

Sporacles

"I MUST ACQUIRE THIS BEING'S DEATH AT MY HANDS."

He pops out of the seamoth and glides over to it. He throws an experimental swing with his thermoblade.

Vegeta

Vegeta notices… uh, Vegeta.

“Whah? Hey!”

He throws the beer bottle over his shoulder.r

Vegeta looks over at Vegeta and stand there, shocked.

"..... WHAT."

There does not seem to be any effect. However, Sporacles has gotten Zorah's attention. Its leg nudges over sideways to try and push him away.

Reyna is riding in the claws of a wingdrake over the open ocean, when she spots Zorah Magdaros. "What the hell? Zorah?!" She steers the wingdrake in Zorah's direction.

Sporacles

He cackles. This thing's hide or pain resistance is less than a Sea Treader: At least those hold their ground.

He swims out of the way, and uses the seaglide to jump five feet into the air. He attempts to leap onto the side of the beast and climb it the same way he held onto the kaiju: via jamming the knife in and holding on.

Vegeta

"You look like me! What's going on here?"

"No you don't ! You look... absurdly ridiculous !"

Sporacles gets a grip on Zorah, but he's still a long way from reaching any of the parts that an experienced hunter would try to get on. Not to mention, gigantic magma "pores" in its side are now dropping balls of molten rock down on him.

Reyna lands on the side of Zorah's shell, above where Sporacles is. She leans over the edge and shouts down, "Hey, you! Are you trying to hunt Zorah Magdaros?! I'll help if you are!"

Sporacles

"I don't know what a Zorah is, but if it's this big dinodragon thing then sure!"

He thrusts the knife a step higher, and presses himself against the side of the beastie.

Vegeta

"How dare you! That is most unkind!"

"You wanna throw down?"

"Of course I will ! You're the most irritating person I've ever encountered !"

He get into a pose.

"I can't afford to let someone such as you look like me !"

Reyna shoots a grappling hook out of her slinger, which latches onto Sporacles' shoulder. "Kick off of its side and I'll pull you up!"

If Sporacles does "jump" off of Zorah's shell, he will be hoisted all the way up to Reyna, who will ensure he gets stable footing without falling off.

Sporacles

He kicks off and grabs onto the hook, letting himself get hoisted.

Vegeta

Ducktalez!Vegeta also gets into a stance. It's surprisingly good, though it might be noted that unlike Canon!Vegeta's it's far more western, more based on things like boxing and MMA than Kung-Fu and the like.

Vegeta attacks with a straightforward punch !

"Right. So, this thing is indeed Zorah Magdaros. We can't afford to have it die anywhere on the mainland; the bioenergy it would release on death could destroy the continent if it falls in the wrong place. So, we have to either drive it back or kill it while it's still in the ocean."

Reyna points to a small outcropping of red crystals on the shell. "If you'd rather get materials from it first before trying to stop it, materials better than the ones I gave you last time we met, just take a pickaxe to any of those red crystals and you're bound to get some shiny new ores. Aside from that, there are three magmacores that need to be destroyed. One of them is right there -" She points behind herself to a huge glowing-orange rock shaped like a gigantic talon, which is surrounded by walls except for three paths leading to and from it. "- and I'm gonna go climb up its shell to deal with another one."

Sporacles

"Um, aight."

He walks up to the magmacore and starts hacking away.

Vegeta

He jukes out of the way of the punch and fires back with a right hook.

Vegeta catch it and goes for a short sweeping kick.

Glowing cracks start to grow in the magmacore Sporacles is attacking... in multiple places at once.

Reyna runs towards a cliff-like ledge to the right of where she stood when she helped Sporacles up. She leaps over a lava stream in her path and comes to a large black rock with glowing orange lines running through it, which sits on the edge of Zorah's... "shoulder." She begins relentlessly hacking away at it with her Insect Glaive.

Sporacles

He just keeps hacking away at it.

Vegeta

His leg is caught and he stumbles, but he rolls out of it and pops back up, firing a minor ki blast at Vegeta.

This ki blast is not pseudophysical like canon blasts, but more of a quick shot of condensed fire.

Jets of lava shoot out of the cracks in the magmacore Sporacles has been attacking! They're not an instakill, but they could seriously hurt him if he doesn't dodge.

Reyna keeps attacking her magmacore.
