He drops down from the roof to walks toward them, Lambda is free to follow.

Lambda silently trails Ragna.

Flint looks at Ragna and Lambda and then starts to walk away after checking his cell.

And Shadow plus the Sentry soar off into the sky.

Lambda is simply staring at Ragna and Engie. Unbeknownst to the two of them, she's relaying information to those that sent her to the Arena.
