Blixer attempts to counter the barrage with return fire from his own cannons, and does so admirably - until Domon kicks him, causing him to also take the rest of the barrage. As soon as it lets up, though, he leaps into the air, barraging them with beams from one of his cannons each.

   "Come on, you're just gonna gang up like that? Have some fun, geez."   

All the while, a small lurch - not enough to knock anyone off balance, but noticable - goes through the platform as it detaches and starts to rise.

Domon plants his feet and fires a barrage of ki blasts to cancel out Blixer's beams, though he doesn't do anything to directly counter them.

"How fortunate, then, that Thor and I have a tendency to prevent such catastrophes," Loki replies. "Anyway, thank you for answering my questions, Zeus. Is there anything else you can tell me about Set? Anything that we'll need to know if we're to stand a chance at vanquishing him?"

Vs. Blixer

Rho tossed up an arcane shield to protect his summon, and did his damnedest to dodge and dash for safety in the meantime. He didn't have anything long-ranged enough in his arsenal to actually affect Blixer at this time, sadly.

Vague Reprium

Sukira stretched to work some of the general soreness out of her body, and said, "I think it's good to meet you, at least! You don't seem like you're a bad person."

Sukira also had no knowledge of French, so the meaning was lost on her completely.

"So, what brings you all the way out here?"

YES. RIP IT OUT OF THEM AND LEAVE NOTHING BUT HUSKS. He says, bluntly

"Well... you're nothing if not honest and straightforward," Loki says, rising to his feet. "It's a miracle he didn't crush Narktus when he challenged him to a duel..."

PERHAPS THE FIEND WISHED TO SHOW NARKTUS THAT HE WOULD NOT BEAT HIM EVEN WHEN SET REFUSED TO USE HIS FEARSOME ABILITY. OR THE STARDUST TYRANT IS MIGHTY.

Bete thiught this was funny as she was an objectively terrible person,at least that's what she thought. "Well I guess I'm not terrible as long as you don't ask questions. And I'm here for no reason really." She very well still had some villainous tendencies like telling people to not ask questions.

"Whatever the circumstances, now I know exactly who shouldn't face Set," Loki replies. "But before I leave to rendezvous with my brother, do you have anything else to share about Set or possibly even his cronies?"

NOTHING ELSE COME TO MIND.

With that, Loki begins walking towards Whiterun, planning to meet up with Thor and tell him what he learned from his conversation with Zeus.

ZEUS vanish in a explosive burst of thunder!

Blixer redirects his shots after a moment, firing both cannons at the center of the platform to produce a wave of energy that sweeps the whole thing.

   "You know, these are pretty fun. I should use them more often."   

All the while, the platform continued rising, ascending beyond the spectator stands and leaving a pit around the border of the platform.

Riverwood, Sleeping Giant Inn

Thor sits beside the fire pit at the middle of Riverwood's local tavern, sipping from a tankard of mead.

Domon jumps over the wave, throwing a diving punch at Blixer.

Riverwood

Thor will soon be able to hear Callis' voice talking to an unfamiliar gruff voice outside. Both sound winded.

"Damn... you weren't half bad for an old man."

"Hmph! When all you do is throw out special moves without any practice or skill behind them, you can't possibly be a top-level martial artist."

"I see..."

Upon hearing what sounded like Callis speaking with someone he was unfamiliar with outside, Thor downs the remainder of his mead before rising from his seat, then exiting the inn.

"Care to introduce me to your new friend, Callis?"

Vs. Blixer

With the War-Golem back in action, Rho dashed over and grabbed on to it as it hopped over the wave and fired off a few short laser bursts at Blixer. Nothing fancy, just trying to keep the pressure on him.

Reprium

"I see! And no reason, eh? Well, I guess no reason's a fine a reason as any."

She tilted her head a bit at the 'don't ask any questions' part of Bete's dialogue, but said nothing for now.

"Yknow, I'm actually a bit lost. Would you mind helping me figure out where I... or I guess we? are at the moment?"

She looked around her. Navigation had never been something had thought of,she could just teleport where she needed to be. And whwhy help this woman anyways? "I'm.not sure either. Were in reprium but I dont know or care where in reprium." Why wouldnt she care where she is?

Blixer meets Domon's punch head on with one of his own, before firing his cannons at point blank and trying to throw him over the edge. This did mean taking the War-Golem's shots, but it didn't seem to bother him too much.

Domon tanks the lasers and attempts to overpower Blixer with raw Super Mode-enhanced might!

Aside from Callis, the other speaker turns out to be a gray-haired man with a sick mustache and a purple gi. Both are very clearly bruised and scarred, and Callis has an almost-comically swollen left cheek.

"Oh, hey Thor."

"Hmph!"

"So, remember that Domon Kasshu guy? He's fought in the tournament and I think I've seen him around elsewhere."

Master Asia folds his arms as Callis does jazz hands in his direction. "This guy taught him everything he knows. When I heard that, I had to see how good he was. We're done now, though."

"This man was strong enough to match you in combat? Heh, then I suppose it's no wonder his pupil fought so valiantly against Set's forces," Thor replies. "Speaking of which... come inside, quickly. We can't risk being overheard by any of his spies."

Motioning for Callis and Master Asia to follow him, he reenters the Sleeping Giant Inn, goes into the room closest to the bar, and heads through the secret passage leading to Delphine's Secret Room.

The problem is that someone sensed Callis's aura, and someone has hidden hers, laying low like a snake near the inn, not moving an inch or even breathing.

Callis follows Thor into the secret room.

Master Asia, seeming amused, follows them for the sake of it.
