Off in the distant sea, something explodes, sending a tower of water shooting high into the sky like a liquid mountain. The ensuing cascade brings mighty waves to the shores of both Solstheim and the eastern edge of Skyrim.

There's a giant wave. Astute observers may catch glimpse of a reptilian back with fin-like protrusions, ducking out of the water and back in.

Destroyah is fortunately too busy being hit by a beam, after Solomon successfully deck him backward into one. Unfortunately, the Kaiju is very durable, and, while harmed, is still definitely in the game.

In anger, it opens its massive maw, and energy start to build up. If weaker lifeforms were around, they'd instantly get the oxygen sucked out of them, and as the energy build up, the life start to get sucked out of the nearby trees...

Solomon smirks, getting up and attempting to grab and toss Destroyah away.

Hatchiyak charges up a Revenger Cannon.

Geralt would begin looking around cautiously, Preparing to oil up his silver blade, And making sure his pouches were ready to have items removed from them at a moment's notice. He'd speak up after preparing. "I'm ready, Ready as I can be without knowing everything I can against what I'm up against."

Chris, in the meanwhile, would look down at his comp, noticing strange readings around this "Tendril". He'd speak up, A bit worried. "Could this be akin to a demons domain, or is this just a hotspot of "Reality fucking broke, send the IT team?"

Otto would now return back to the group, alongside riki. Riki would hobble around happily. "Riki not like "Tendril". Riki feel funny, like he ate three month old haggis. Can Heropon riki bonk Tendril?"

Otto wouldn't speak up currently, being more focused on preparing themself mentally for a fight, and ensuing bloodshed.

Royalty's Camp

The guards make way to let lucina and co in, While Mar confirms the genuine nature of lucina, due to the brand of the exalt. He backs up, A bit ashamed of the situation, returning to casual conversation distance. He'd speak up, saying "Sorry about bothering you... I've yet to introduce myself. My brother would probably be steaming mad if I didn't give my full name of "Marth the Fourth of Ylisse", at first, but I honestly can't find myself worthy of sharing my name with such a great man. Just Call me Mar or Four, please."

Mar scratches the back of his head, a bit embarassed by how awkward he's being in this situation, at least in his own mind.

Luca and Rob would make their way over to the front as of the conversation lasting a while, both confused. The twins would be wearing their usual outfits. Luca would have her hair braided, but it would be safe to assume that luca would closely resemble lucina if her hair was let free. Luca would speak up first, Speaking in a way which is... not befitting nobility. "What the fuck is going on here? Vince, Mar, Lis, you better explain what fuckery is happening right no-" She'd cut herself off as she sees Lucina the First, Freezing up as she runs her mind through the situation.

Rob would talk a bit after adjusting his glasses and making his way up to the group. "Well, if this isn't any archaeologist or historian's dream. Meeting those who lived their lives centuries ago, face to face, live. Some of the legends of the past, and some people from a far foreign land. If it weren't delaying the royal wedding, I'd say that making my way here would be the best thing to happen to the halidom's history... although that would be exadgerating..."

Lis would sigh, ignoring the rest of the people to talk to morgan. "We don't use phones for spells, they're just for storing info, or talking or writing to someone else far away. Hard to explain, really. But a good few of us do know a thing or two about magic... as for your name, Those who were in the great wars between Ylisse and the grimeal, and their direct offspring, are regarded as legends. Even the Mysterious Keliam is known to us. My pa named a new MAW stealth tank after the legendary phantom Knight..." She'd nerd out a bit, awkwardly.

Sera would walk over to lucina, interrupting vincent by speaking before he can.    "After the wars and the defeat of grima, although I'm not sure how much of this was during your rule or your fathers, Plegia and ylisse made efforts to support eachother in the aftermath. Plegia and Ylisse went from bitter enemies to close allies and trade partners. And now, My dear Vincent and I are approaching our wedding day, which will accompany the union of Plegia and The halidom of ylisse."    Vincent would look slightly panicked at how suddenly this was brought forth. "A lot has changed... heh..."

I am sure that you are as worthy as he is. You do have Falchion, after all. she points out. It is daunting to live up to such a legend, but in time, you shall forge your own.

When she hears about the wedding, she does briefly freeze, in surprise. She listens to Vincent, seemingly mistaking him for her and Laurent's descendant as well, though she doesn't say it out loud.

Ha, I see... hm, congratulations ! The... conflict took place during my father's reign. I do not know what will happen for...

Lucina clicks her tongue.

Morgan tilt her head to the side.

Alright ! But wait, are you from my timeline ? Is my mother Miriel Armaur here as well ? asks the wizard.

Royal Camp

Sera smiles towards lucina, speaking her mind.   "I'm sure that your reign was a good one, seeing how well ylisse has prospered, not to mention the alliances between ylisse and Plegia."   

Meanwhile, vincent would break his official attitude after a mosquito bites him, with a small swarm of the buggers heading straight for him. He'd panic a bit before casting a low end fire spell in an attempt to scare them off, burning a few mosquitoes to ashes. "Dear naga, these bugs, They're such a pain sometimes! This is why I don't usually like resting outdoors." He'd look towards everyone else, embarassed, with some of the royal guard trying not to laugh. He'd then adress his guests and family. "Sorry, that was pretty petty for me... Oh, right, the wedding! My father is going to be furious if he heard that I was lost so close to my wedding day... Agh..."

Mar would remain mostly silent, thinking of what lucina just said, While luca runs over to the group. "Wha... No, this isn't... How. Excuse me, Is this lady lucina the first? Am I dreaming? Am I on drugs? wha..." She's still processing things.

Rob would look towards his twin sister, somewhat worried for her. In the meanwhile, Lis would adress morgan. "Well, A tank, if you don't know what that is, Is an armored vehicle which, while it isn't the fastest thing in the world, has both heavy armor and a lot of firepower. Now, With the Kelliam class stealth tank, Magic is used to help make the tank harder to see, making the big pile of armor with the massive gun also reap the bounty of stealth."

Ivarstead, Vilemyr Inn

The Maximoffs are currently discussing amongst themselves at one of the Vilemyr Inn's tables.

"Are you sure Mara was telling you the whole truth?" Pietro inquires.

"It pains me to say it, Pietro, but... yes; apparently, she isn't directly influencing him anymore," Wanda admits. "That doesn't change the fact she's still responsible for Alderoth's current mental state, nor will it keep me from crushing that vile demon bitch for what she's done, and not just to him. I only hope that it isn't too late for Alderoth..."

He lays a hand on his sister's shoulder.

"Hey, whatever the hell's going on with Alderoth, we will get him back. You saved him from going off the deep end before, remember?"

She smiles at her brother.

"Thank you. Anyway, do you remember that talk we had regarding Cyber?"

"Yeah, but Thor said Stark left for some important mission after Galeem and Dharkon were killed, so... we might wanna reconsider asking him for an EMP, Wanda."

"Then we seek out Vision. If he could handle Ultron, Cyber shouldn't be too difficult for him to deal with."

"Hmm, good point. Plus, if the Assassins really are laying low for a while, it'd be the perfect chance for us to finally get the drop on them. Y'know, if Pseudo's willing to take risks and actually play offense for once."

"Once we tell him our plan and what we learned from eavesdropping on the Assassins, I think he might be open to giving it a shot."

Once they've finished their chat, the two walk out of the inn.

Scaos raises his shackles again, but the force field around them has died out completely. The impact of Shin Godzilla's tail knocks him off his feet and sends him sprawling. However...

Psychosis Dance

The force of the impact also sends deep cracks through Scaos' shackles. The monster slams them against the ground repeatedly until they finally give and fall off, allowing Scaos to finally unfold the pair of long, scythe-shaped blades his arms terminate in, akin to the claws of a praying mantis. Now endowed with a much longer reach and a vicious melee attack capable of cutting through flesh like a knife through butter, Scaos charges right back at Shin Godzilla, slashing indiscriminately at anything and everything in the way.

The Maximoff twins might take note of a clearly obvious newcomer who stands out from the rest of the town, seated on some of the logs in the area.

For one, his head seems to have been set on fire, although he's quite unfazed...

Ivarstead

Before they can head out, Wanda and Pietro quickly take notice of Hraine and his lack of any reaction to his head being set ablaze.

"You think he's some kind of, I don't know... spirit?"

"Considering how nonchalant he is about the flames on his head? Most likely."

Well, the man seems to have heard them, given the way his head snaps up to look at the twins... and he eventually awkwardly waves, standing up from his seat.

"I'm no ghost," he explains, a bit surprised at him being mistaken for a ghost, and raising a pair of mechanical hands, which should give away his true nature fairly easily.

"I'm just an automaton. I think."

As Scaos tears into Shin Godzilla's flesh, the Kaiju steps back to put some distance between the two. Eventually, pure survival instinct kicks in and Godzilla produces a stream of flames, followed by the flames coalescing into another beam of energy. Godzilla continues to move back as he fires to keep its opponent away.

Another explosion, another wave. Due to being much closer, all engaged in combat should at least manage a glance at... the dorsal spines... and tail...

Morgan refrains herself from saying "duh" in answer to the Lissa look-alike, opting to listen to her. Peri smiles at the description of the tank while Sakura wince.

Ohhh, technology will evolve that much ? Hm... interesting.

Destroyah turn to spot the Legendary Godzilla and its jaw hang open, with the Oxyen Destroyer slowly fading as the beast's facial features slowly morph into a mighty expression of terror.

Solomon looks over to what Destroyah is looking at, and once he sees it, he simply looks on and smirks.

Hatchiyak fires his Revenger cannon at Shin Godzilla, too occupied to see another Godzilla on his merry way to punch some bad guys.

Surprised that Hraine had actually overheard them, Wanda raises an eyebrow while Pietro fixes the android with a confused look.

"You mean, you're an android? Because the androids that my brother and I know don't have, well... fire instead of hair."

"Plus, you do kinda look like you could pass for some kinda spirit, if you really wanted to. Who are you, anyway?"

"Note to self, ask Zeta if she knows about any androids like this guy sometime."

"It's not really fire, anywho. Just... very weird hair. And I don't think people will see me as a ghost once they notice the hands."

Hraine looks a bit surprised, still, looking at his hands for a moment, before redirecting his attention to Wanda and Pietro.

"Just call me Hraine. Are you two a couple, or..."

Ivarstead

Needless to say, Wanda and Pietro both look about equally disgusted by Hraine's guess.

"Ugh! Did you seriously not hear me say that Pietro was my brother, Hraine?"

"What the hell made you think Wanda and I were a freaking couple? She's my goddamn sister, man, don't be so disgusting!"

Without the weight of the shackles to bear him down anymore, Scaos is able to move with deceptive speed. He ducks under the stream of flames by going on all fours, mimicking the tactic his opponent had pulled off against him earlier, then slashes at its kneecaps with one of his blades. If successful, he will follow up on that dirty move with an even dirtier one, slamming his tail into the wounded legs in an attempt to shatter them entirely.

It seems that he has not even noticed the new titan rising from the depths. In this moment, to the empathic creature, nothing exists but suffering, his own and his opponent's. A bitter, painful cocktail he drinks nonetheless.

It's all that he has known for countless years.

It's all that he will ever know.

Hraine blinks. And then blinks again. It's slow and deliberate, and the twins might hear the gears just turning.

"Oh. Oh."

His expression morphs into an apologetic one, the automaton backing off as if fearing some kind of physical retaliation.

"I'm sorry. I didn't really managed to let that register at first."

Come to think of it, though, Hraine did seem mildly distracted earlier, which might explain why he ended up missing the earlier statement.

Ivarstead

Wanda raises both of her hands in an attempt to calm Hraine.

"Easy, easy, we're not going to hurt you simply for making a mistake. Alright? Pietro and I aren't monsters or anything."

"Is... something the matter? You seemed kinda distracted earlier, thought me and Wanda were a couple, and now you look like you're scared we're gonna attack you just for messing up or something," Pietro chimes in.

The automaton seems to relax somewhat when Wanda reassures him that they mean no harm, although he lets out a sigh, still looking slightly wary of the two.

"...I'm just thinking about myself, mostly," he replies after a pause, as if deciding on his words, "and what I want or could do, besides wander around."

Ivarstead

"She literally just said that we're not gonna hurt you, man. No need to act like we're about to snap and attack you without warning," Pietro says, noticing that Hraine was still somewhat wary of them.

"Would... you mind explaining what you mean by that?" Wanda inquires.

"I'm just... concerned, I guess?" Hraine mutters to Pietro, forcing himself to relax, and placing his hands behind him, clearly uncomfortable, although he's polite enough to turn to Wanda and reply to her.

"I've just been thinking of what I want to do. Being an automaton with a specific power, but no knowledge of where I came from or who created me and why is proving to be frustrating."

He lets out a sigh, acting surprisingly very much like a human being, given the way he adjusts himself.

"I just don't know if I'm even useful or just better off as scrap."

Ivarstead

"Well, what kind of ability do you possess? Because I think there might be quite a few people around here who could use your assistance," Wanda says.

"I'll be honest, you're one of the... quirkier androids I've met, but you don't exactly strike me as someone who'd be better off as scrap metal," Pietro assures.
