Omega swiftly pushes Epsilon out of the way, so it gets caught by Kenshiro instead. As such, it starts to get crushed, until it uses another blurring move to blur out of Kenshiro's grasp, escaping with its life.
Epsilon does end up getting slashed as a result of the save, but at least it too escapes with its life.
Poor Alpha meets the sharp ends of Mystia's talons, falling down with visible slashmarks on it.
Nesley looks up at Mystia. Relief washes over his face. And after that, he looks a little nervous instead, as he's sure that Mystia will not be too happy with him sneaking off while he's sick.
The Batter, due to sending RED's presence all of a sudden, snaps out of it enough to at least dodge the Hulk's attack, leaping to the side. He raises his bat and calls his Add-Ons over to him instead of continuing to go for Nesley. They stop and seem to pause, as if confused, but as always, they obey, and return to the Batter's side, who grabs a ball from his pocket as the Add-Ons position themselves in front of him. He glares at Mystia... no, at RED specifically, disgusted by the presence of Dharkon's enforcer, even if he's already defeated.
That moment, he makes up his mind about the situation with Galeem.
"If you're really right..." , he says as he throws the ball up.
"Then surely you can prove it by defeating me and stopping my mission." , he continues as he takes on a batting pose when the ball starts falling again.
"If you win, then my current mission must be impure. Too impure for it to be justifiable."
He then bats the ball through the Add-Ons, a new layer of holy energy added through every passage, until the ball has become a holy projectile capable of seriously harming anyone it happens to hit. They won't be able to block it, not even Hulk, so they'll have to dodge it, because even if it hits someone, the attack won't peter out, it'll continue going.
"So show me which side is truly pure." , he proclaims, some actual inflection in his otherwise eternally stoic voice.
"That as well." , she chuckles. She then appears happy, not just in a teasing way.
"Why, thank you. Coming from a man like you, that's a nice compliment."
She then smirks again.
"Seeing as any regular man would say something like that to get some action instead." , she snickers.

Nanza and Hulk are hit, with Hulk being thrown backward, to his surprise. Nanza push Lucina out of the way and the Ylissian Princess activate Galeforce, striking at the Batter. An afterimage of Lucina attack afterwards, with the damage potentially stacking up. Lucina's general speed increase as well !

BE!Pietro places a hand on Lust's face, seemingly in too good of a mood to point out how she almost killed the moment with that last remark.

Mystia grabs Ness in a panic and dives out of the way of the massive ball as it gets hurled directly at them. Okka just sort of... casually sidesteps the attack during its chargeup process.
"Oh. That's kinda cool."
Alpha intercepts Majima's bat, but the attack seems to do the trick, and the Add-On's glow fades as it slowly falls on the ground, unmoving. That's one enemy down, three to go.
Omega then intercepts Lucina, but the two attacks, too, are enough to take the Add-On out of the fight, its glow fading and it falling on the ground.
Nesley gets saved by Mystia, and looks up at her as he's being carried.
"... I'm not in any trouble over this, am I?", he meekly asks with a concerned smile.
Epsilon now steps in, once again going for Fauvestic Tragedy, trying to ram into everyone once with a powerful attack. The Batter, meanwhile, runs towards Mystia, having chosen her as his main target due to RED, and tries to go for a powerful running smash with his bat to try to knock her and Nesley out of the air and harshly hit the ground.
"Indeed. Exceptional is the best word to describe you." , she says. She then chuckles again when BE!Pietro puts his hand on her face.
"How bold. But I advise you to be more careful. If your girlfriend walks into this room, she'll definitely get the wrong idea. The chances are low, but flimsier coincidences have happened in the past." , he says, sounding somewhat more serious. Looks like she genuinely doesn't want BE!Pietro potentially getting into trouble.

Lucina is barely fast enough to avoid it with Galeforce on, but after deactivating it, she's pretty vulnerable, even falling over in sheer shock.
Nanza is hit and propelled away, but toss her sword at the add-on, while Hulk strike back, tanking the damage to try to place his own attack.

Kenshiro gets up, dodges Epsilon, and attempts to strike it in seven different spots at once, in the formation of a four-point star (Shin's emblem, the Southern Cross).

Majima gets whacked across the face. Internally, he is forever grateful to Cell's spirit for the autoheal. Outwardly, he tries to stab Epsilon with the knife he just retrieved.

BE!Pietro takes his hand off of Lust's face, though he does offer her a smirk.
"Still, I really meant everything I said. Never doubt that. And I know I've already mentioned this, but for what it's worth, I'm betting there's at least one alternate world/timeline where we're, y'know... together."
He then proceeds to embrace her.

Epsilon gets hit by basically every attack thrown at it, being dealt much more damage than Alpha and Omega were. ... Yeah, it's taken out as well, dropping to the ground while its glow fades.
Only the Batter remains, and he's still charging at Mystia and Nesley.
"Hm... perhaps. I could see-"
She's actually surprised by the embrace, not having expected it at all. After a moment of pondering, she does hug him back.
"You really are unlike any human I've ever met." , she says. She eventually sighs.
"The knowledge that there are humans out there like you makes me even more curious as to what it's like to be a human."

"Hell, maybe in the potential alternate world/timeline where we're together, you've also discovered what it's like to be human. Just in case you wanted that particular mental image to somehow be improved."

The Batter halts and blocks Kenshiro's elbow with his upper arm, then swings around to block Nanza with his bat. He can't stop Hulk though, and gets punched on the ground.
He slowly gets back up, then leaps to the side of the battlefield and starts running.
He's gonna do one of his 'Save Base' attacks. If he's not stopped immediately, he'll recover health.
"Thanks. I appreciate it. Both of it." , she says with a smile, after which she gets out of the sofa.
"Well now, you've just returned from scouting, but I haven't done anything all day. I guess it's my turn to go out there now."

Lucina push herself to her limits and goes for an ultimate strike with Aether, hopefully buying enough time for Hulk to jump and attempt to bodyslam-crash into the Batter !

He gets only shanked once, but it makes him flinch enough to get caught in Aether. He's then wide open for the Hulk's attack, and gets slammed away by the body crash.
He gets back up yet again... but it's for naught.
The Batter drops his bat as his Add-Ons all rise up into the air above him. They form three concentric rings with Alpha in the middle, Omega forming the edge, and Epsilon in between; then shatter from the outside inward. As soon as Alpha breaks, the Batter lets out one last groan and slumps over, then dissolves into ethereal light that screams in anger as it disperses.
His spirit manifests where his body once stood.
"... damn." , he mutters when he realizes he lost. But hey, he has his cap back. ... that's something.

"Anytime, Lust. Mind if I come along with you? I'm not completely worn out from when I went out scouting, y'know," BE!Pietro says, standing up from the couch as well. "Plus, I already know my way around the new setting, which should come in handy."
After putting his shirt back on, he grabs his discarded jacket, places it over Lust's shoulders, and hands over her gloves.
"It can get pretty cold in certain parts, by the way, so I figured you could use that a hell of a lot more than me."

There's another rumble. The clouds marking Galeem's control are pushed back toward Galeem's corner by the clouds representing Dharkon's control.
The balance of light and darkness has changed once more.
The battleground used to be an even field of light, but now the fighters are on the border of the darkness.

Mystia just looks at Nesley, looking more scared than she is afraid, with some tears in her eyes.
"What were you even thinking?" she chides him. "You're still not feeling well! You know you're in no state to fight a fairy in this state, much less that monster! And yet the moment I didn't see you in Highperch I just knew I'd find you here. And that's exactly what happened. You promised me that you'd be careful, that you wouldn't get into battles you can't win and overuse your PSI! You promised!"
Okka, meanwhile, seems to have casually fallen asleep in the middle of the battlefield again, knocked out not by the Batter, but by vodka. Loads and loads of vodka.

The Batter turns around, grimacing at the sight.
"I've failed... and now Dharkon is gaining ground."
He turns back to the fighters.
"... if your cause is truly just, you better take out Dharkon's minions as well. You winning is an acceptable outcome. Dharkon winning is not."
Nesley looks like he doesn't really know how to explain himself. Literally like a child caught doing something bad by their parents.
"I... I-I just..."
He balls his fist, actually looking like he might cry.
"I'm just sick of being a bedridden burden who can't fight, alright!? I'm... I'm sorry... I really am... but it's been months... I... I just can't stand it anymore. This isn't fair at all. I feel so trapped in that house."
He does let loose a few tears, and quickly wipes his eyes with his arm, not wanting anyone to see them.
"I was trapped in Magicant for eight years. I... I don't want to feel that way again. I... I had to do something... anything..."
He's a little too busy with his minor breakdown to notice the shifting landscape or the new puppets.
"Oh, well, I'll never say no to your company." , she says as she accepts her gloves back.
"Homunculi aren't all that bothered by cold, unless it's extreme. But it's a sweet thing to think about~"

Majima puts his hands up defensively. "Hey now, I didn't quite see this coming myself. But no worries, neither of them big ol' bastards will win. I'm certain of it."

"Man, it's not fun to fight a guy who's not fighting back," Okka says. The Add-Ons, it seems, she is either not considering important or still thinking she's hallucinating them or something. Anyways, there's precious little she could do to stop them all before they reached Nesley.
Instead, there is a screech, echoed by a roar, as Mystia careens through the portal at breakneck speed. Within fractions of a second, she processes the situation and rushes to her protege's side, ready to lacerate any Add-On that breaks through the rest of the group with her sharp nails, perfectly manicured they may be. At her side, the gargantual spectral silhouette of Final Red appears, roaring at the Batter.
