The Pokémon Trainer commands a Squirtle, an Ivysaur, and a Charizard, all equally trained in the ways of fighting in Smash. He normally only has one out at a time, but he can switch one out for another in the blink of an eye.

"Are you flipping kidding me?!!" Nebula roared in frustration at seeing the Sisters refusing to do what they were asked, "You guys, all of reality is on the verge of ending. Please put aside your dislike of technology for five minutes, that's all we ask!"
"Sis! A little more focusing, please!!" Corona reminded her as their shields started to falter.
Thankfully, they got a reprieve when Tokiko and Mr Pew Pew's attacks landed on Zero's face, smashing part of it to bits as the robot roared in pain and went to aim its mouth at the former, readying to fire another Rust Hurricane.
However, Miles warped in next to Tokiko and grabbed her mech's arm before warping them both away just seconds before the tornado fired. "I gotcha, Tokiko."
Fuming, the robot backed off and the tunnel finally ended with everyone now in space over what looked to be the surface of a moon orbiting Jupiter. Zero rose its arm and spoke two words, MAZIN WIRE. Its arm morphed into a barrage of blade-tipped metal tentacles that flew forth to ensnare and cut down whoever was in their way.
The main heroes used their elemental blades to start cutting through them, even as the Doctor's demonic face grew ever more angry at the group's resistance...
King of the Monsters
Mr. Pew Pew's mech smashes the ground, opening up a hole just like a portable hole, then dives into it.
It comes out of another hole that opens up in midair with a Wedding Cake held overhead, aiming to slam dunk it on said demonic face.
Domon fires his Vulcan machine guns at Mazinger while strafing around it.
Master Hand and Crazy Hand get ready to attack again, then suddenly pause.
"We may want to get down."
Mewtwo sighs. Giratina is a mere summonable pest in Smash, but nevertheless dangerous. Smash's physics make the Trainer less versatile than they would normally be, because all of their Pokémon share damage, and if just one of the Trainer's Pokémon is KO'd, that counts as defeating the Trainer. The only thing that makes them difficult to deal with is the fact that they have three methods of attack and can choose between any of them whenever they want. Think of it less like fighting three enemies and more like fighting one enemy with three fighting styles.

Here's a suggestion. Why don't we all shut up and -
Mewtwo's eyes widen. It suddenly casts a psychic dome over the 'pals'.
Lucario feels the same sensation, and starts forcibly tensing up his own muscles. In an odd manner, he's overexerting to the point of self-damage to strengthen his Aura.

"Did anyone else feel that?"
"A chill running down my spine, colder than my own frost..."

In two dimensions, on opposing sides of the rift, the light and dark make their presence known.
In NLA, giant thorny tentacles burst through thin air, tearing open a rift to a black vortex from which a man-sized serpentine eye peers through, gazing down upon the Poké Pals.
In the dimension where the Doctor is being fought, Galeem suddenly appears there, already gathering light into its core.

Darkness pours out of the rift like a thick fog, condensing into a False Crazy Hand as Dharkon begins to retreat into the vortex.

Pichu gets up. It glares at the False Crazy Hand, starting to build up electricity.
Lucario takes a stance as Aura fills his palms. "Go! I'll cover your retreat!"
Mewtwo grabs Pikachu and moves to the middle of the Poké Pals. It looks back at Lucario and Pichu, then attempts to use Teleport to take itself and the pals anywhere but here.

Three floating glowing golden swords appear by Tokiko's side, moving on their own to strike down the tentacles reaching for her. Tokiko starts preparing a counterattack when suddenly, OUT OF NOWHERE, IT'S GALEEM
Tokiko shudders and recoils, sensing an immense power radiating out of the golden abomination's core. "Now... what in a name is this thing?" she asks. "And what is it doing out here? I am pretty sure it's not affiliated with either the robot or the madman... I do not particularly like this. I have encountered entities with a similar feel in some of my travels, and from personal experience, I can tell they tend to not be the friendliest... and this one has one of the most overwhelming auras I have ever run into."

Claus says nothing, only nodding silently, then starts to walk. Botar follows him, keeping his eyes on him, while Ninten walks behind the two, looking around to help Claus search.

In the meanwhile (MII)Shulk, Joker, and dickson Would spot Heropon riki running through the streets, Following him towards the gates...
The bionis and mechonis would still be dueling, neither seeming to be getting the upper hand... if anyone were to see this, it would likely be wonderous to see these massive continent sized beings duke it out.

Samsara, Donnel, I know that your reunion has caused an overflow of body heat but we must set off : a group might attack us on the way to our new base. Are the preparations done ?

Ninten is the first to notice Thor and Pietro, and points them out to Claus.
"Hey, maybe we can ask them to help us look.", he says. Claus, his gaze focused on Thor in particular, attempts to suddenly run towards them, but Botar grabs his shoulder to stop him.
"Where are you running off to? You're under supervision right now."
"I know, but I need to go talk to them. I know Thor and Loki have talked to Pseudo about Lucas, but he won't give me any details."
"I'm sure there's a reason for that. You cannot run off, or I will bring you back inside."
"But-"
"Orders are orders, Claus."
Ninten, a little suspicious of Botar's secrecy, pats him on his hip to get his attention.
"Thor and Pietro are both trustworthy allies, what could be the harm in Claus going over there to talk to them?"
"I will not repeat myself."
Ninten, glancing at Claus, who's starting to look upset and somber, then narrows his eyes at Botar.
"Yeah? Neither will I."
He then suddenly zaps Botar with PK Paralysis, immobilizing him and making him fall on the ground, to both his and Claus' shock. Thinking quickly, he then casts Brainshock on him when he notices his head beginning to glow, after which it stops.
"What in-"
"Brainshock makes you unable to concentrate, which, if I remember correctly, you have to do to use your mask power.", Ninten says as he now sits on Botar's back with a smirk. He turns to Claus.
"Whaddya waiting for, go talk to them!"
Claus, snapping out of it, looks grateful to Ninten and starts running towards Thor and Pietro. Botar glances up at Ninten angrily.
"You have a lot of nerve to-"
"Yeah, sorry.", Ninten says, genuinely apologizing. "But I've got a feeling you folk know more than you're letting on, and Claus deserves to know what's going on. He's already suffering enough."
"Ugh... he'll suffer even more if he finds out what we know."
Ninten raises his eyebrow.

He stops right in front of them, looking a little panicked.
"I-I know you know something about Lucas that Pseudo isn't telling me, Thor.", he says, then turning more calm and somber, as if he's close to tears.
"Please, I know you're probably not telling me for my own good, but... but I need to know what's going on. I can't take this anymore... I-I promise I'll keep my emotions in check. I w-won't run off and do something stupid. Please, Thor..."
