The little dude is torn apart easily. This is of literally no consequence.
It reveals its toothblade (basically just a sharp blade, a foot long) and tries to stab a tentacle.
The other two also reveal their toothblades and lunge at the Skull Kid to impale him.

One of the tentacles is torn apart. The other attempts to impale the blob.
Skull Kid levitates the two and slams them into the ground repeatedly before throwing them.
[PASIO]
The blob is impaled, but that does nothing.
It keeps stabbing away.
The other two just kind of squish against the ground before being thrown.
The fourth part that was thrown away earlier is moving towards the battlefield, still twenty meters away.

The second tentacle is sliced into bits. Skull Kid turns to look at the remaining blob. The mask releases a number of tentacles at it. Each tentacle begins grabbing little pieces of the blob and throwing them in different directions.
[PASIO]
OH NO
The blob is being torn apart. The bits are scattered until its just an eye.
The farthest one launches a volley of energy bullets at the Skull Kid.
The other two start to reform. One, half formed, haphazardly charges the Skull Kid with its toothblade.

The tentacles converge on the eye, impaling and crushing it before changing targets to block the incoming bullets. They are slowly destroyed until only one remains.
The tentacle flys towards the half-formed blob and begins swiping at it's arms.
[PASIO]
One eye is down. The old bits it was controlling slither to the others.
The charging one loses both arms but keeps running at Skull Kid, toothblade shining.
The other two fire more energy bullets as they slither closer, legs and arms resorbed into the main body.

Skull Kid throws the charging blob back, but is hit by the bullets in the process. The mask glows even brighter before sending out a telekinetic blast in all directions.
[PASIO]
They all get whomped back a couple of meters.
They flatten against the ground and start to converge on Skull Kid.

Skull Kid begins to float. The mask fires laser beams at the advancing blobs.
[PASIO]
The lasers cut through the blobs but does negligible damage, holes quickly being filled in.
They converge closer.
One raises an eye for a split second to fire a bullet.

The bullet hits the mask and doesn't seem to affect Skull Kid. Skull Kid floats higher into the air.
[PASIO]
They all start firing bullets.
One reforms into its semihumanoid and lunges into the air, toothblade exposed.

Skull Kid dodges the bullets and levitates the charging blob. He then drags it into the other blobs and throws it into the air.
[PASIO]
The blobs merge as they are smashed together.
As it is thrown into the air, a chunk of it is launched out surprisingly fast, toothblade aimed right at Skull Kid.

The blade hits the mask, leaving it lodged in the surface. The mask shines extremely bright and the eyes begin shifting around before focusing on the blob. A telekinetic blast is fired from the mask, intent on blowing the blob into pieces.
[PASIO]
* boom *
The blob is blown apart, puddles of kroachstuff everywhere. The eyes still have a chunk of material around them, but other than that, they are isolated.
All three eyes fire bullets, though.

The mask launches multiple tentacles to block the bullets before focusing in on the remaining eye. They begins swiping and stabbing at the remaining eye.
[PASIO]
OH NO
The eye is shattered.
The rest of the "creature" decides that this has been more trouble than it is worth, and slinks off to look for easier prey.

The mask stops glowing and Skull Kid lands. He begins giggling before skipping away.

There seems to be a rapidly-changing presence in the small town, fluctuating wildly, without any type of consistency nor a noticeable pattern one can follow.

The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.
The Vagrant
EN might take note of a... weird occurrence in the middle of the town.
Namely, fluctuating waves of something dancing around in the rough shape of a cylinder, and, floating on top of it is a winged figure, clearly relaxing, their eyes closed.

*There's a pause. EN glances up at the sky briefly, then notices the odd occurrence in town.*
"...Eh?"
*She soon decides to go on over and check out what's happening. Might as well see what's going on, right?*
