Actually this isn't part of my campaign of destruction. I was gonna join for the kicks but there are plenty of other universes Ican ruin. Idon't have to oblige myself here. I might not have even eaten this one.

• Name: Brad Walker

• Age: 17

• Gender: Male

• Appearance: Brad is quite tall, at around 6’2”. He’s quite skinny, but he looks healthy enough. He’s got a normal skin tone, black hair with a quiff, and blue eyes. The thing that stands out the most about him is that his ears are quite big. He’s quite photogenetic, he’s got a pretty great smile, but he’s not precisely what one would consider typically handsome. His wardrobe consists of a wide array of slightly hipster-y band t-shirts, some variedly printed long sleeved shirts, and a lot of colored jeans. He never wears a watch, but uses his phone, which is always in his pocket, to check the time. He does this a lot.
• Personality: Brad seems like a pretty laidback guy, but worries a lot on the inside. He almost never takes a risk; you’ll never see him cross a red light, and he won’t cross an intersection unless it’s abundantly clear that the passing cars are going to let him go first. He’s a big music lover, but whenever he goes to a concert he stays as far clear of the moshpit as humanly possible. Because he doesn’t want to concern his friends with his worries he puts up the aforementioned laidback façade, this works as he’s well liked. He’s got a sense of humor, and uses a lot of self-depreciation and irony.

• Powers: Brad has been given the powers of Heimdall, the Asgardian guardian from the Thor comics, who was of course based on a figure from the Norse mythology. Being an Asgardian, Heimdall has super strength, speed, agility and durability. His senses are extremely enhanced, especially his sight and his hearing. He can see and hear everything that happens, not only around him, but literally everywhere, the entire multiverse included. So now Brad can too, except his powers are still evolving. He starts out being able to see and hear things happening in his hometown when he thinks of them, but his range is growing fast. As he’s now extremely aware of his surroundings, he’s about to become a lot more reckless.

• Backstory: Brad has an older sister, Cheryl (she’s 20), they’re on good terms with each other. She doesn’t live at home anymore, but she lives close by, so they still see each other a lot. Brad has an okay relationship with his parents, Michael and Emily, but they’re not very close. Michael is an economist, and Emily is a psychology professor. They both mean well, and are very nice, but they haven’t been able to really get close to their son. Brad being the kind of person who keeps his problems close to his chest is a major factor in that. He’s has never really been exceptional in anything in his life. He does alright at school, he’s an okayish hockey player, he’s not socially awkward, but he’s not super outgoing either, and so on. Basically, Brad’s live up to this point has been almost completely devoid of anything special or weird, and he’s okay with that. But the normalcy of his life is about to change in a major way.

As I've said before, this is the first time I've tried to do this, so I hope I've managed to do a decent job.

Name: Alexander "Alex" Stone

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Appearance: 6'1, Euro-american descent, dark brown hair and silver eyes. Physically fit due to training in kickboxing outside of school. His eyes are set into a perpetual glare, giving him a more intimidating appearance. He typically wears a white shirt, black hoodie, dark pants that don't hinder his kicks, and boots.

Personality: Due to his intimidating looks, reserved nature, and history of having to deal with bullies trying to beat him up, Alex doesn't have the friendliest of reputations in school. However once you get past that, he has a generally easygoing friendly personality, and is fiercely loyal to friends. Alex does have a violent temper, although he does his best to rein it in.

Powers: By himself, Alex is a skilled kickboxer who is able to hold his own against several opponents. However, the majority of his powers originate from a Symbiote; a symbiotic alien that has bonded to him. It boosts Alex's strength, speed, durability and reflexes to superhuman levels, grants an accelerated healing factor, and shares a psychic link with its host due to their bond. Alex has also begun to tap into the symbiote's shapeshifting capabilities. At present, he is able to form the Symbiote as clothing or body armour, and can create tendrils and bladed claws in battle.

Due to Alex's stable mindset and successfully bonding with him, the Symbiote has a fairly benign (if somewhat childish) personality. It feeds off the adrenaline in his bloodstream, though chocolate is an acceptable substitute. Like the rest of it's kind, it (and due to the bond, Alex) is weak against strong vibrations and extreme heat.

History: Alex grew up in a middle-class family, and has led a fairly normal childhood. He has a good relationship with his parents and younger sister. Due to his natural glare and short fuse, Alex would often get in fights with school bullies in middle school, resulting in his parents recommending him to taking Kickboxing in order to defend himself. It turned out to be a good decision, as he learned to control his anger and was able to better defend himself from attackers, but on the other hand, earned him the unwanted reputation of being a brutal fighter.

I deem your character accepted!

A quick recap of what happened so far: the characters were on school on April 22nd, a Wednesday, at night, doing various activities. A sudden blackout forced Jerry, the kind old janitor whom many of James Madison High's students had befriended, to follow procedure and put everyone together on the cafeteria until the electrician got to the school... at which point the televisions at the cafeteria started playing a messed up version of Yes' "Owner of a Lonely Heart", where the lyrics 'prove yourself' repeated over and over.

The cafeteria doors mysteriously followed and the song blasting in their ears, the children faced another surprise when a green fire swept through the halls of the school, obliterating Jerry in the span of seconds (as he got stuck outside the cafeteria). The mysterious fire eventually broke into the cafeteria and changed the students on a molecular level, granting them mysterious abilities.

Then, in the middle of the painful empowering, they suddenly woke up in their homes. It was the day after, and as far as anyone else knew, not only had the kids come back from high school that night and carried the rest of their day in a completely normal manner, but Jerry the Janitor never existed for anyone except the empowered students. Now, they return to school, and after an intercom message from Principal Shooter, have been summoned to the study hall for a little talk with the principal regarding the events of last night- although if he knows about the empowering is still a mystery.

Right, here goes!

• Name: Victor "Vic" Firenz

• Gender: Male

• Age: 16

• Appearance: Before he got his powers, Vic used to be tall and handsome, with ash hair and light skin.

Now, after the cafeteria incident, his skin is dark blue and furred. His eyes have a yellow glow. He normally wears a black T-shirt and jeans. He cannot wear most shoes, as his feet now only have two, long elongated toes. He also has only three long fingers. His ears are slightly pulled backwards, like an elf. He has a long, spade-tipped, prehensile tail extending out from behind him, able to hold quite a bit of weight, a full-grown human in fact. His hair is the same as always now

• Personality: Despite his somewhat demonic appearance, Victor is actually quite friendly and confident. He is generally quite the joker, in the sense of telling jokes, not playing pranks. He's confident and proud, but this also proves to be his downfall. His pride is pretty fragile now after getting the powers and standing out. He's also distant and slightly less confident than before. He still remains as he was before at heart though.

• Powers: His powers are taken from Nightcrawler from X-Men. And so it includes:
  • Enhanced dexterity, agility and flexibility: Due to his unique physiology, Victor is much more agile, dexterous and flexible than Olympic gymnasts, and can wield things with both hands, both feet and even his tail. He can remains crouched and perform contortionist feats due to his flexible spine.

  • Teleportation: Victor's primary ability is teleportation, done by moving through another dimension briefly before appearing again from anywhere nearby, with a best case scenario limit of 3km/2 miles, but it causes great strain to teleport such a distance. He is also able to bring others with him as he teleports. With this comes an unconscious spatial awareness to prevent him from teleporting into solid matter, but it weakens as the distance increases. Anyone that's teleported with him is also exhausted, so a viable tactic is to grab onto someone and teleport several times to drain them physically. However, this also extends to him as well. He has no tolerance to resisting the effects himself, but can do so in the future. Also, it puts more strain on him to teleport something more than himself and his clothes. When he teleports, a "bamf" is heard.

  • Stealth: Due to his fur and a dimensional portal that is always open around him, he has the ability to blend into the shadows.

  • Prehensile Tail: His tail allows him to grab onto things pretty easily. He can even fence or hold a full grown human with it and support his entire body weight at the same time.

  • Heightened Night Vision: Due to his eyes.

  • Fencing and close combat: Victor took a few fencing and self-defense lessons to keep fit.

  • Wall Climbing: He has microscopic suction pads on the pads of his hands and feet.

• Backstory: Not much to say. He grew up in a somewhat wealthy family, and proved quite a capable leader sort of figure when he came to school. There's nothing really remarkable about his upbringing. He did grow up with a good sense of right and wrong though.
