I don't know what it is called nor if this is the right forum section but I need HELP. There was this show on Netflix that I watched that was on the kid side, since I was young back then, and there was this series called xero or something near this title. It had a alien girl that looked like a human girl, black with black hair, a alien, tech, lizard as a backpack that has to turn back to backpack mode on the alien's back to re charge or it will die. There is also 2 buys, in season 1, that found them and followed them. They went through this (?) steamer room and went through a invisible portal (I think) and went to this video like game world (this is where it stops being a live action fi). There is a red armored, if I remember correctly, villain that is trying to take over Earth. In each season, the heroes, went to a new area with a few new power ups. One of their members (I think that the other guy was still there) disappeared, to later appears as a floating orb that helped them when he can. Please help me remember or find this series because I am dying to watch it again.
