The description for the trope says that it is when two characters deliberately converse in a language not known by a third character present.

However, some of the examples seem to be for a completely distinct trope that doesn't exist yet: Someone pretending not to speak a language so they won't be bothered.

It's easy to see how people can interpret the trope title as meaning #2, especially since there currently is no trope for it (Biligual Backfire comes closest). I'm not sure what to do. Split? Rename?

Clean up the misuse. and YKTTW what you see as the trope we don't have. You've offered no that this trope itself needs the Repair shop.

Declining to open.
