Someone pointed out that Ryu has his Shoryuken from the Reveal Trailer? Does anyone know if that's true or not?

I wonder why those filters are offline only? I don't see them causing any kind of issues, as long as only the player who toggled it can see it (and their opponent over the internet see a regular display if they want to).
