That's not too bad- kudos on emphasizing the spear, most works focus on swords to an entirely impractical degree.

You need to make the spear head much thinner, but otherwise it's not terrible. I've seen longer spear-heads on various designs intended primarily for warfare. Which leads to the first question: is this primarily intended as a hunting weapon or a combat weapon? Because the design parameters are very different for those two uses. This one looks somewhat more practical for combat than hunting, although most combat designs would ditch the two lugs.

The most useful purpose of the shorter section would be to allow it to be set into a saddle or the ground, converting the spear into a lance or pike (both?). By itself, the shorter section would lend itself well as a short handled thrusting weapon to be used in combination with a shield of some sort.

In other words, it's something close to a Swiss-army spear- a single weapon system that field converts into several different functional configurations. An interesting idea, if it fits into your narrative.
