Ieria nodded to her charge before she set off, making a beeline for her target. The inner voice she heard was asking for her semblance to be used once again. Telling her things would be so much easier with it. But she couldn't listen, she had made a promise to herself after all.
So with that renewed vow in mind, the Snake Faunus charged off at Marianne, looking for an opening she could use whilst still aware of what was happening with Medus.

Sure enough, Leo’s bolt forced Temperance to dodge, but as soon as the Arcana member was away from the bodyguard’s view Leo would once again be subject to shots.

Lucas had little time to react as the magma erupted, with him opening his eyes as he quickly dodged the blast. “There’s some sort of Grimm underground. I couldn’t get a good view of it, though. We’re probably going to need to get it above ground before we can do anything.”

Almost as if on cue, the princess started to protest. With a small sigh, the brawler moved in to intercept.
"Look at ya. Dat ain't no condition ta fight, Lexi. So, what ya gotta do is trust 'em. Dey ain't gonna lose ta no Arcana." She knelt down, face to face with her friend as she put on a stoic expression. "Ya wanna go out dere 'n fight? Den look me in tha eyes 'n tell me dey can't win without ya. Go on. Do it."
