For the love of God, I swear, if this thread gets locked up again... Me and Marston are gonna be very disappointed in ya guys since you didn't learn a single thing from last time.

Anyways, it seems that a lot of people forget the premise of Growing Around to begin with. Even if it is similar to Flip-Flopped, there are still plenty of differences in the style of the show to make it different. Heck, Family Guy has a very similar basic premise to The Simpsons but Family Guy has enough differences to make it distinguishable from The Simpsons. If ya want another example, Randy Cunningham Ninth Grade Ninja is pretty much Danny Phantom with ninjas and monsters instead of ghosts. But RC has enough differences from DP to make it distinguishable from each other.

If Mr. Jonathan Enter was able to pitch it to a network, the network would notice enough differences from Flip-Flopped (you know, if they remembered that short) to give it a shot for at least a pilot.

Except, well, none of those people ever said that they were taking the ideas of those other shows and "improving them."

As I said, nobody will touch it when he tells how he came up with it.

And even given the differences, the case of Claude Robinson vs. Cinar is a good example of why the creator could probably still sue.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm just gonna leave this here.

Also, this happened a while back.

The only thing he has to do now is make the show so different that the creator can't sue.

If he has done that... well, now he has to not make it suck.

And I am highly doubtful he can do that.

You know, out of curiosity, what makes you think that way?

The premise for this show seems, to me, like something someone would come up with to mock bad children's TV.

It also doesn't seem to be any more than a one-joke premise, in the style of, say, a bad sketch on SNL.

Maybe he could make it work. I'm very doubtful that he could.

I've personally never read any of Mr. Enter's other stuff like Little Cassie and Two Worlds One Family. So, I also don't know what to expect.

Also, we're nearing the post count of the original thread... let's just hope that it doesn't get locked like last time... then again I might be Tempting Fate.

Looking at the trope page for the latter fanfic you mentioned... can you say "Glurge"?

Don't worry, it's not going down anytime soon. At least, not that I know of...

Ya sure? Because (from my perspective) pages 2 till 3 is pretty much one huge argument.

Thankfully, it has cooled down A LOT and now it's just us talking about our opinions on the guy and his stuff. So I have hope.

Sniping at another poster is likely to get you banned. The topic of this thread is Mr Enter, not Aldo. Aldo has behaved himself since he's returned, which is more than can be said about those of you making it about him.

Probably his rant against the Analysis community in his Twilight's Kingdom review.That and his rants on modern Spongebob(which is why I'm looking forward to his Truth or Square review with PIEGUYRULZ).

In 2015, I'd LOVE to see him review the second Spongebob movie if the trailer, indeed, proves that it will be bloody amazing.

I could see him and/or Pieguyrulz reviewing it,maybe even the 2 doing a crossover review.

The latest Animated Atrocities just came out.

Geez. That was bad. Say what you want about Ren and Stimpy, but at least it had good looking characters, nice backgrounds, distinct voice acting, etc. Things that make a cartoon enjoyable for me. This was just.. poor imitating of two good nicktoons :(

Geez, now I really have to give kudos to this man.

As I said... I'm letting him have this one. Why not?

It seems like a caricature of gross-out shows. What people think shows like Ren And Stimpy are like. (What he probably thinks Ren And Stimpy is, even.)

Also, how about that storyline in the video? It was... interesting... but I will say that he's an alright voice actor. I'd like to see if it continues in the next Animated Atrocities review.

Well that was,rancid.Seriously the 2nd worst cartoon I've ever seen.And he has to do Ren seeks help next,well that just sounds...no.I'm not even going to be sarcastic,that sounds awful.

He's been doing the whole "old man story"for a while now.
