Ya know recently for fun I decided to out check the early comments on this thread.

It’s rather amusing...... & sad how much more positive things were back then.

The 10 Commandments arc did not start off too bad, it's just the Anti Climaxes and curbstomps started happening even more as it when on.

The 10 Commandments themselves being disapointing, almost all of them being taken out easily and anti climatically.

Can anyone remember the last time a fight was not one-sided. Were the combatants on on side were not clearly way above the other.

Escanor vs Meliodas?

Remember when they introduced a bunch of characters and had the be pointless?

I mean, the 10 Commandments did indeed start well...Escanor ended up being a freaking blight on things, but concerns were raised when Meliodas just nabbed his own power and curbed Galan...as a sidenote, the first Galan fight? Was excellent and really showed him and the 10 as terrifyingly big deals

Then was that failed tournament arc, the reversal of Meliodas's death in some of the worst ways and....yeah. Again, this series would be so improved with a legitimately enjoyable hero, as well.

Galan is still my favorite Commandment & I still think he went out with the most divinity even if was being curb-stomped by Escanor.

Though him being so ridiculously far up the Sins in their first encounter was a mistake. It was when the series introduction of power levels started biting em in the ass.

Can't really consider it even, When it started in Mel's complete favor until Escanor got "The One" power up at high noon and one shotted him. It was the same for Escanor against Estarossa. Were the opponent starts with the advantage against him, then the Sun goes up a bit more and Escanor one shots his opponent with ease.

Sunshine is kinda amusing since it kinda implies that battles either last way longer than we see on screen or that Mel just had impeccable timing. Knowing how the series treats him, he intentionally went edgelord mode near midday.

Well, that was underwhelming. Also, the demon Gowther is a creep.

This series really seems to have declined in quality around the time Escannor got introduced. It's been a lot of questionable writing decisions since then.

I don't think this was THAT underwhelming to be honest .-. Then again I guess I wasn't expecting the hypest thing?

Also, maybe Ban's real Sacred Treasure is the friends he made along the way...

I don't know which is more embarassing that Demon King ability can be defeated by just doing the opposite. Or that it took the three stooges 60 fucking years to figure it out.

Also, Meliodas signature ability isn't his real ability. Because why not.

Yeah, As soon as Ban mentioned that the experience made him learn healing powers, I went 'Oh. Try that on the King. Even if that's not how his ability works at all, it's not like you'll lose anything by giving it a shot.'

I assumed what he was doing was stealing the injuries.

So maybe we'll get an explanation on Mel scarring Ban?

….It took 60 years to figure this out?

Ban and Meliodas aren't that smart.

I’d expect more from the guy who was a military General but this is a shonen meaning the only kind of tactic is just brute forcing shit.

Plus he’s royalty so clearly nepotism was at play.

so... is Physical Full Counter also learnable or is it a one at a time deal?
