Puzzle and Dragons

Wait, did I say 7? I meant 78 (couldn't have a team cost in the 80s at a rank below 10!) Where I am with the dungeons, I said in my first post tonight

My issue with progressing further is I can't really, and relying on Resolve teams with my Grodin or Keeper of Gold friends is unreliable and incredibly boring anyway.

My HP is only around 9k typically, which would be fine if I could reliably kill anything higher than Expert difficulty, but I don't have the attack for that yet. I'd rather use the stamina productively than waste it on futile efforts to move forward; hence these few posts to see if there is a team I could field based on what I have just now that might be effective.

Looks like the answer to that is no, unfortunately.

Ah, yeah that makes WWWAAAYYY more sense.

Uh.. yeah. Just hope for better REM rolls i guess? Try using Padx's Friend Finder, that may help in getting better friends if you need them.

I've got decent friends, it's my own subs I'm lacking in really it seems. One or two good monsters definitely - Ulti Evolved Haku and Bastet are great, no one will ever say no to a Max Skilled Echidna, etc.

Just not that one solid farming team I need. Hopefully the next Godfest isn't too far away and I can get some luck with it.

Last night someone mentioned about Sasuke getting Devil type - that happened yesterday, I realised. Cost has fallen too and awoken skills improved. Hanzo would still be a much better ninja for me though.

I need Hanzo as well. He is literally the only thing I need left to make a perfect Pandora team.

Also, kudos on Max-skilled Echidna. I've fused at least 50 or so Echidnas into mine and got a grand total of one skill up.

Thanks, I was very happy with that! Took a lot of naga but I managed to get there. I've now evolved Echidna but will hold off on the ultimate for now. Thursday dungeon means I can grind plants to evolve pengdra though. I'll try and stockpile because I may as well level some of my many water monsters.

Since I have few effective options right now I'm tempted to use Muse friends for a double Muse lead with God subs. Might get good HP that way at least.

Edit - I can get above 35k health doing that. Could do worse I suppose!

Finally beat Zeus-Dios. With L.Kali. 0 stoned it as well.

It's going straight to my Ceres.

I love my Ceres, she's allowed me to clear certain dungeons more reliably thanks to her bind removal. Unfortunately, she doesn't work on many of the teams I have. I could've used some instant bind recovery yesterday while farming Guan Yinping. I need a L Meta.

Want one of my three?

If there was trading, I'd gladly give up one of my 3 Pandora dupes for a L Meta.

Thank god for the new monster points system that's coming out. I'll finally be able to do something with my L.Meta dupes.

I probably won't go for the Shiva Dragon though. That's too much for me.

Well my luck lately has been...varied.

Thanks to an event that gave a free 200,000 experience, I ranked up 8 times in one go! Which means I can now use my ultimate-evolved Persephone on the same team as my D/D Ulti-Haku and Echidna (fully but not ulti-evolved).

The issue is that I'm still lacking two other good subs. Muse is as good as I've got for now, which at least gives me a nice spike when he uses his skill. He'll be evolved on Tuesday once I get a Keeper of Forest. Neptune is also nearly ready to evolve, but doesn't really add anything right now.

I did manage to get a Cursed Dragon from the REM. Would I be as well, for now, using it with a Ronia friend? The dragon looks a bit useless but it would benefit from Ronia. Shame I've only got Chibi Pandora as the real thing would definitely be of use to me. Also a shame that Vampire has now been taken out of the REM so I'll need to grind for one eventually.

Speaking of the REM, I've had basically no luck with it. Those rank ups gave me access to Challenge Mode which has given me lots of free stones. Unfortunately 10 rolls have provided almost all duplicates, and not even good ones at that (3 Blue Berry Dragons, 3 Red Riding Hoods...). Delgado, Shotel and the aforementioned Cursed Dragon are the only non-dupes and I'm not sure I can use any of them for any productive purpose.

Tonight I got an interesting one though - Sarasvati. Is she good? I see she's getting an ultimate evo that ups her power a fair bit, and that RCV is respectable too. With the new Awoken Haku being Water sub-type, perhaps she might even be of some vague use as a token Water monster on a Haku team?

Or is Sarasvati yet another garbage roll? Perhaps a mono-water team is the best I have for now. Could perhaps sub her on an Amberjack team if it really comes to that.

I have Sarasvati as well, and she is... interesting. You definitely need to have a solid sub pool to use her, but she can dish out serious damage.

She's also a pretty darn good water sub.

That said, she's pretty difficult to use. Her ult will definitely make her far more useful.

You can still get all of the classic heartbreaker monsters out of the PEM, the exception being Light Valkyrie, so there's always that option.

Cursed Dragon is not that useful outside of Dragon based teams, which are not feasible unless you have the right lead. Green Sonia is the easiest to get for you right now, I think.

I don't really know Sarasvati well, but she could work if you have the right subs.

It would be wise to avoid rolling in the REM outside of Godfests, even when there's special events going on like the Director's carnival right now. Your chance of getting something useful is higher during a godfest. The carnivals just lead to disappointment, speaking from experience (I'm not bitter about never rolling a Valk out of the REM, what are you talking about?).

I got a valk out of the REM... After completing her dungeon and leveling her quite a bit.

I got the Student Council President Lucifer like I wanted in the PAD Academy REM.

Thanks for the replies, appreciated. So, it's Monday and I'm Pengdra grinding for experience. I've got four monsters that I can be putting these Pengdra too, and advice on to whom would be appreciated:

• Sarasvati: Would be using as pure water sub for now (still going to be leading with Haku). Ultimate Evo is something I can actually get since it doesn't require descended monsters (and clearly I can't take any descends yet without a dozen plus stones).
• Wiz Rider Merlin: Has an active skill that benefits Haku, and the typing. Unfortunately cannot Ulti-Evolve because that requires Ancient Water Masks, and again, I cannot do Mythical dungeons yet to get them.
• Neptune: Poison Power, but yet again, I'd need to use the ultimate evos that aren't Awoken which rather gimps him.
• Blue Knight Muse: Decent power and a bit of wood coverage, and a handy nuke that would benefit everyone else on the team except Echidna.

I'm leaning towards Sarasvati or Muse because I can more readily use their higher-powered forms, but would one of the others be better? I can always get more Pengdra later of course so it's not a life or death decision.

Out of the two, I'd go with Sarasvati, with Muse as a sub.

Managed to beat Beelzebub for the first time in the descended challenge. Wasn't as hard I as I thought it'd be, though Astaroth did kill me the first time. Amon was a lot easier.

I've made the decision to make an Awoken Bastet team.

Luckily, I'm 90% sure that I already have a full team prepared... I just need to level up and evolve everyone.

This will give me the last elemental variety i need in my teams, seeing as I have 2 (really) good light teams, a good fire team, a decent enough water team, and a couple decent dark teams.

God Fest incoming! Day 1 is Indian 2 and Chinese Gods, with Guan Yus at 1x. Day 2 is the Hero Series and the Greco-Roman 2 Gods, with the Metas at 1x.

I think I'm rolling day 1.

I'm gonna hope for my white whale that is Haku, or Skuld / L Kali. Still find it weird that I got D Kali before L Kali, since D Kali is harder to pull.

I didn't think she was, especially since L.Kali is better, and especially since I have two D.Kali.

I'm really hoping for Krishna, because I have a bunch of great subs for him that have otherwise gone unused. D.Meta would be kinda nice I guess, but I really need a Hanzo.

In better news, I finally Ulti Evod my Fuma Kotaro for my L.Kali team.

D Kali is a six star gold egg like Skuld and Blodin(I think). They have slightly lower odds than the 5 stars.

Blodin is indeed a six-star. And okay, I just thought that the godfest gods all had about equal rates of dropping. At least, the godfest cards who are similar to each other anyway.
