OK, I updated the Years 1-3 part of the timeline (I wanted to add more Marvel facts, and remove minor ones.)
I'll be adding the next part (in this thread) soon.

A while ago I made a thread discussing the idea of combining the (full) histories of both universes in a single timeline.
Well, I finally got around to doing it! 
In fact, I have been posting parts of it elsewhere in TV Tropes, but I finally decided it would be better to give it its own thread.
To be specific, this is a combination of The Unauthorized Chronology of the DC Universe
and The Unofficial Chronology of the Marvel Universe.
It does contain a few original ideas of my own, but they're written in italics to separate them from the actual comics facts.
The posts here are limited to the more important events because, as you can imagine, the actual resultant list was ridiculously long.
Everything marked with (DC) is, of course, a DC character or concept, and similarly everything with (M) is a Marvel idea.
One problem I had is that the Marvel Timeline stopped right at the Fantastic Four's origin!! Just when the good stuff was going to start! I've been doing my own research to catch up, but it's slowed me down. If anyone knows of a website that can help me, please let me know.
