Pretty sure everyone on Ultimate Force used M4's.

True (Although they appear to use various Colt-type rifles). I'm basing it on actual references that the SAS have G36s have them aside from M4s, although they probably would use Colt Canada C8s... idea

The only reference I have ever seen for the actual Hereford Gun Club using G36s of any type was an article in the Daily Telegraph twelve years ago, and not a single bit of photographic proof.

Yeah. This was one of the references used. And you're right, haven't seen any photos of British SAS use of it despite numerous references on the net saying it.

A much better reference from The Guardian.

@Plumbum: Considering I used both Lucas SSB specials and his Mother 3 PSI, I'm guessing it would be fine.

The same article claimed the G36 is capable of firing Rocket Grenades, though. And given the lack of a direct link to Them I'm thinking they meant "SAS-style assault rifles".

Pretty much swore that I didn't read that part.

Found a Guardian article that briefly mentions the weapon's use with the British. A much better article that the Mirror, which I forgot is just a tabloid. tongue

  • Name: Veigar
  • Universe: League Of Legends
  • Personality: The Tiny Master of Evil is an arrogant, powerful little Void Magic User bent on bringing peace to the world. By Taking it over and ruling it with an iron fist. Veigar seeks only to further his own power at the expense of of anything and everything else. He has a few personal quirks, hates being called short and values Freedom.
  • Personal Appearance:
  • Powers/Abilities:
    • Soul Harvest - Veigar knows a good soul when he sees one, and harvests the souls of those he slays with magic to boost his own magical power. Though, it takes a vast quantity of souls to see a noticeable difference.
    • Void Magic - Veigar learned the fine art of corrupting natural energies for his own use. In addition to small cantrips such as levitating a small object, he carries a number of battle magics ready to fight.
      • Baleful Strike - Veigar's basic spell for all situations, he gathers a ball of energy in his wand and flings it at the enemy.
      • Dark Meteor - A powerful spell, Veigar marks a spot on the ground with a wave of his wand with dark purple magic, calling a Dark Meteor from the sky to fall onto the target.
      • Event Horizon - An odd but nonetheless powerful spell, Veigar waves his wand and summons five black pillars out of the ground around a medium sized area forming a spherical bubble of purple energy surrounding that area. The barrier acts as a tripwire for anything with a soul. Anyone caught gets a burst of Anchoring magic, forcing all but the most powerful targets to stop in their tracks.
      • Primordial Burst - Veigar's most powerful and Anti-Mage Spell, He concentrates a special ball of energy with his wand and flings it at a target. The Primordial Burst is a corruption of the most basic natural energies and is specially tuned to attack targets with high amounts of magical power using their own power against them as it explodes.
  • Equipment:
    • Dark Wand - Veigar has a wand which is required to cast his magic. The wand itself can shoot small balls of energy when swung.
  • Alignment: Black
  • Backstory: Long ago Veigar was a simple carefree Yordle in a thieves guild. He enjoyed life stealing valuable objects from others. However, he got caught stealing by Noxus guards and was thrown in prison, about the worst thing you can do to any Yordle. The endless days of near-isolation drove Veigar insane, twisting his views on the world. When he got out, he sought a Dark Mage and learned how to use Void Magic. His actions became much more vicious as he attacked random people for their souls and sought revenge on his own people for allowing him to be locked up. Despite the evils he performed, the League of Legends recognized Veigar's power and invited him to join, an offer giving him an unprecedented opportunity he could not refuse. Since then, Veigar served in the League collecting his souls on the League's battlefield to improve his power. Summoner Ipsum however, not associated with the League, approached Veigar and offered him a chance to stop some big evil. Veigar considered the request, and accepted figuring that he could find power in this quest that he could not find in the League.

@Fergard

- Thanks. Going to stick with Henno since I wanna play a good guy who has no problem getting his hands dirty and doing something "immoral" if he has no choice.

In any case, hop in with your char sheet.

On second thought, the character I had in mind is hopelessly human and mostly hovering around Superweight 0.

I'll think I'll hold off for a little while still.

Well, hopelessly human ones can work if they're crafty or armed well enough.

Then again, there's no rush. :)

True, and my character could be considered quite crafty.

Eh, what the heck.

  • Name: Professor Hershel Layton
  • Age: 34
  • Universe: Professor Layton
  • Personality: Layton is a gentleman. He always think of the well-being of others before himself, he never raises his voice out of anger, he's always polite, courteous, and friendly to any person he meets even if their views on certain matters don't quite match (villains excepted of course). Of course, that doesn't mean he won't get his hands dirty; he IS an archaeologist, after all. As such, he isn't afraid to bring a little smack-down on somebody with a sword or improvised weapon. Though, his most biggest weapon of all is his smarts. Probably the smartest man in all of London if you ask the right people.
  • Personal Appearance: There is no puzzle without a solution.
  • Powers/Abilities: As stated before, Layton is ridiculously smart. He's almost worthy enough to be the greatest detective of all time, since he's solved cases faster than any of the professionals had, and can understand even the most dastardly of puzzles. That being said, he isn't all just smarts, as he's quite adept in sword-fighting as well.
  • Alignment: White.
  • Backstory: Layton's journey started out (spoiler free) in the curious village of St. Mystere. After solving the many mysteries in this mysterious town, he, his young apprentice Luke Triton, and their friendly companion Flora set off on even more adventures, accumulating in their complexity with each one. However, after the final in a long line of such adventures, his apprentice is forced to leave London, and the Professor, behind. Since then, hte Professor has been taking it rather easy and getting back on track with his job as an archaeologist and as an actual professor. Eventually he was spoken to by the Ipsum man, who discussed his situation. After a minute or so over going over things in his head, Layton accepted the offer to help. Because what kind of gentleman turns down a request such as that?

Oooh, consider me interested. This Connor is coming from the first film's continuity by the way (it's complicated, the Highlander universe has at least three continuities).

Name: Connor Mac Leod

Age: 486 (physically around his early twenties)

Universe: Highlander

Personality: Connor is a man who prefers to keep to himself, but that doesn't mean he's antisocial, far from it in fact. Connor tends to get along well with people, even fellow Immortals that may be after his head. Due to his relatively friendly nature, Connor is rather fond of protecting regular mortals from the many evil Immortals in the world with varying degrees of success. Connor Mac Leod is known for being very stubborn and persistent when it comes to achieving his goals, if he intends to do something he will not give up until he's either dead or successful.

Personal Appearance: There Can Be Only One.

Powers/Abilities:

  • Connor is Immortal and can only be killed permanently if someone cuts off his head, so far no one's been that lucky. Despite his immortality, Connor still feels pain and can be "killed" temporarily if someone inflicts mortal wounds upon him (i.e. if Connor were to take a dozen bullets to the chest) only to wake up at a later time assuming no one cuts off his head while he's out of commission.

  • When any Immortal takes the head of a fellow Immortal, s/he gains the dead Immortal's power and memories. Connor has taken his fair share of heads and is considered one of the more powerful immortals on earth.

  • Connor is an expert swordsman, especially when he's using his signature katana.

  • Connor is also a mildly proficient hand-to-hand combatant in scenarios where he is without his sword.

Alignment: White with some grey streaks.

Backstory: Born in 1518 in the Scottish village of Glenfinnan Connor Mac Leod lived a relatively normal life up until the day when he crossed blades with the man who would become his sworn enemy, The Kurgan. Barely avoiding losing his head thanks to some assistance from his clansmen Connor experienced his first "death" hours later from wounds sustained during his battle with The Kurgan. After coming back from the dead Connor was exiled from Glenfinnan and was later instructed in the rules of Immortality as well as being taught advanced sword fighting by a fellow Immortal named Ramirez. Many years later Connor found himself living comfortably in New York, awaiting The Gathering, a time when all the world's Immortals would find themselves drawn to one place where they would fight until one remained. During his time in New York, Connor was contacted by Last Man of Ipsum who was pleading for assistance in a matter of great importance. Not sure quite what to make of this scenario, but unwilling to let a potential evil overtake the multiverse, Connor promised the man that he'd help however he could.

Glad to see there are still some people interested.

This whole Immortal thing isn't going to fly however, I'm afraid. Neither this false death. What's the point in being cautious if you can just get hailed with bullets and get up a few hours later to carry on?

For that matter, what do those heads give, in terms of power?

In any case, you'll have to nerf him because in current state I don't think I can accept him.
