[up]

About Ginko, who's somewhat close to a wandering medicine peddler-come-problem solver, except the problems in question he solves are mushi, which are nature spirits of a sort.

He's also an unwitting chick magnet par excellence. Guy is SMOOTH.

Mushishi is pretty episodic, and mostly laid-back in pace. The old series had "arcs" lasting 2-3 episodes, and each arc has mostly no connection with the others (makes sense, as Ginko moves across the countryside), aside from a few recurring characters.

I think we need a Mushishi thread.

Eventually, yeah. But until Zoku-shou comes out it'll be pretty dead

I... don't recall that at all

Or any three-parters (I think the upcoming finale might be?). Just single episodes and the occasional two-parter

Does anyone know when and where the one hour Mushishi special will be shown legally in America (not interested in streaming sites)? Youtube? Crunchyroll? Somewhere else?

First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

I wonder how many people think Knight of Sidonia is a sequel to Saint Seiya?

I have yet to watch an otome game adaptation that was legitly good.

[up] I found La Corda D'Oro pretty decent.

But then again I like classical music so I'm probably being a little biased here.

I did not actually know that that was based on an otome game. I wouldn't call it good per se, but it's heaps better than the ones in recent memory. I suppose that Hakuouki thing would be around that quality too.

[up] Or at least, I THINK it's based on an otome game. I mean, reverse harem, targeted at girls...what else could it be?

Another yuri 4koma. Less kissing than the current one. Edit: And I hear it's shorts

Wow, we are getting a lot of yuri anime this year. This is the fourth announced, and I've been hearing rumours about Yuru Yuri S3...
