That'll depend on whether or not there're any differences between the original game and the light novel adaptation.

According to the light novel's official summary, it's not actually an adaptation, but a prequel set in 1939, one year before the game takes place. It will depict Sumire Kanzaki organizing the new Flower Division. Sakura Amamiya, Clarissa "Claris" Snowflake and Hatsuho Shinonome will also be involved as well.
