There is a button on every article that lets you see all pages that link to it. That's as much as the wiki software can do with our resources.

However an ability to filter it by page type (trope/works, etc.) could also be useful....

You can somewhat do that by checking the namespace, but it's far from perfect.

This tool would have you enter a trope and it would show you how many times its been used, and a list of all the pages that use it. Whether or not it would include uses not on a list would be up to the searcher.
I am not aware if such a thing exists already, but if it does, I apologize.
Specifically, I wish for this to exist for help with people trying to repair a trope, as one needs around 50 examples from the entire wiki to prove that it's viable, and... let's be honest, no one has that much time on their hands.
