I personally wish that we as a party could ditch him.

I identify as conservative when it comes to fiscal matters cause I support the free market and personal choice and am against total socialism, high taxes, overregulation conformity, and government market control but unlike most libertarians, completely open to voluntary charity, food banks, trust busting and economic mobility for the poor.

And Im liberal on social issues 9 times out of 10, I believe that systemic racism and climate change has to be addressed. The LGBT need to be more accepted (and that pride rallies aren't just "fighting for rights they already have" it doesn't work like that) Sexual assault, misogyny and victim blaming aren't cool. The death penalty needs to be saved for the legitamately unrepentant, and the police unions are the devil.

Though on the other hand, I think teaching boys not to rape is idiotic, and that your not gonna stop an armed robbery by sending in a shrink to talk them down, which is why I dentify more with the center right.

I tried the Far-right game for about half a year, but it became harder and harder to defend those crazies when it because increasingly apparent they were at the very least Nazi-adjecent (I followed james allsup for a few months and it should have been obvious he was a white supremacist) I realized I wasn't against social progressivism as much as I was just against militant political correctness like banning Halloween cause something something blackface or lecturing Japanese people on why they should get offended by whitewashing.

Once they were trying to argue My little pony was marxist propaganda and that building mosques will lead to European culture dying out (when that's not how that works) I realized I need to get the fuck out of that rabbit hole.

I'm sitting here saying that you should just say merry Christmas cause no one's offended by it and the far right is saying that trying to not offend a gay person of your own volition is somehow marxist.

Also conservatives do realize that if they actually talked about guns after school shootings then the liberals wouldn't be taking them away, right.

Hopefully with trump out office, socialist ideas will become less prevalent cause the country won't be going to hell and left wingers won't be so desperate for people to listen to them

For all the talk of how Trump didn't drain the swamp, Biden seems to have a lot of 'Gators in his administration.

There is an old saying in the South about unintended consequences "When you are up to your knees in gators, you forget that your intent was to drain the swamp."

Voters didn't like Trump not the company he keeps - they elected an empty suit, a police friendly prosecutor and an administration that's full of fortune 500 "1%" executives.
