I was rereading some Scarlet Spider and I got to the rodeo issue and realized what the letter to Kaine from Julie was warning him about when I saw the highlighted letters. Its a pretty neat foreshadowing thing and I cant wait to see where it leads and when.
So if there is a spider-character team will they get their own quinnjet? Will it have a spider-man paint scheme?

So Spider Hero (NO HYPHEN) is somebody that Monica knew, probably an 80's Avenger, who is not allowed to be in the US right now. I'm officially baffled.

Given future issues, I assume its The Blue Marvel.
They've confirmed that Spider-Hero is whoever ends up in the Ronin suit. So unless Blue Marvel is himself AND Ronin, I think they're different guys.
A lot of people were speculating he'd be Miles but I think he can be safely ruled out.
