"Tough Guy with a Heart of Gold" is one of those characters that's hard to fuck up. Cy clearly expects to be obeyed, but what happened to his last crew is weighing on him.

He NEEDS this.

My favorite is when you board the railjack and he goes something like "Tenno, there you are. I was talking with Cephalon Ordis... He has... many opinion..."

Some Lich updates came out. You can now preview a Lich's weapons before you kill a larvaling (you down it, see the weapon, then decide if you want to finish it). Failed Requiem attempts no longer result in you being insta-killed. Some new Kuva weapons.

Plus lots of Railjack fixes, as usual.

so I got a Kuva Bramma. Its a fun weapon, but I kinda fucked up (got it with the wrong frame) and it had extra Magnetic Damage.

So I spent 2 days hounding Cassini with Atlas Prime until I got a new Lich with a Tox Bramma. Beautiful 58% so once I do a Kuva transfer to my already forma'd Bramma it'll come with over 60% innate Tox.

And it comes with a Ephemera evil grin

Warframe is getting a spirit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in the form of Lotus.

Most Smash spirits don't really do much, so she works well enough for that. Having her as an assist trophy would be weird (though some of those don't really do anything, either).

It is kinda surprising how little merch Warframe has. A lot of the game lends itself well to merching. Sure, action figures are expensive, but there are a whole bunch of unique logos that they could slap onto shirts and cups, and yet they've only used a couple. Sell Syndicate shirts with their most famous quotes attached, sell more of the warframe helmet shirts.

They could also branch out into other media a bit, but all they've done is a couple short comics.

It IS kinda weird that a game that has an entire faction whose philosophy is "make your paper, boo boo" doesn't seem to try and actually do that much.

Then again, if the Corpus ran this game we'd all be crotch deep in micro-transactions, so yeah.

I'd like to imagine Warframe merchandise like BIONICLE sets. Lots of customization.

Yeah, that would be awesome, but it would also be very expensive to produce. Didn't Warcraft do a thing where you can custom-build a figure of your character? Maybe that would be a better idea.

Self Damage is gone as of the next mainline, we instead blow ourselves backwards now.

During the devstream, the chat started complaining about how Chroma is dead without self damage, and the devs admitted that they didn't consider him.

I see this as a good thing. They keep releasing content that Chroma's complete garbage kit is accidentally good at, and I really want to see him redone from the ground up. And they really shouldn't keep a mechanic that makes an entire class of weapons nearly unusable just to keep one terrible frame viable.
