By "today," I meant May 2. When I made that post, it was past midnight on May 3.
Oh nevermind
He still put up video he took down in a day?

Yeah, because that video quickly became obsolete after the fov patch was released in the same day, so he took it down to prevent himself from driving away potential buyers.
TB gives his opinion on Used Games in a new segment he calls "The Devil's Halibut." Methinks it's a play on "Devil's Advocate," but you never know...
He doesn't think too highly of them, being a PC gamer who's spent years playing games digitally and could never find a way to sell them in the first place.

It's E3 time, and TB has covered the MS and Sony conferences, albeit in different days. Yesterday was the MS conference (seen here) and today he covers the Sony conference:

Hey, remember when he said that #PS 4 No DRM thing wouldn't work out? Turns out it did, and TB admitted he was wrong.
A week or so ago, TB had a stack of Nvidia Geforce GTX 780s to give away for a little contest, but it was canceled due to mass complaining that it was only available in North America. Chalk it up as another example of Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things.
For today's Content Patch, TB decides to provide an obituary for the recently passed Ryan Davis of Giant Bomb. After which he covers mostly Nintendo related topics.
Just now, TB has made a video that asks "Have single player FPS gone backwards?"
He laments on how most modern FPS games are overly scripted affairs that seem to punish you for even daring to figure out some kind of alternate route through the area, or go off the beaten path, much like that part in Medal of Honor Warfighter where you can't really go forward until you destroy a building in front of you, and any attempts to go forward are met with an instant kill and something like "game over, do this thing instead of your own thing." This is different from older FP Ss, which tend to be a bit more open and more complex in its level design and take you straight into the action without any long-winded exposition or walking sequences to bog down the experience.

You guys agree? Disagree? Think he's spouting BS?
Today, TB has discussed Kickstarters vs Preorders of games, their similarities, and their differences to each other.
Is there an echo in here? : P
So, is Total Biscuit a respectable reviewer who just happens to put his foot in his mouth every once in a while?
Proud member of the IAA What's the point of being grown up if you can't act childish? He doesn't do reviews. He does first impressions.
But yeah, he's a respected individual who occasionally says stupid things, just like many youtubers of his kind, being human and all.
As a side note, I'm a little miffed that a guy this popular doesn't have a lot of people here talking in this thread. I admit it's a little weird to be the only guy trying to start a discussion based on stuff he brought up in his videos.

Keep in mind that a lot of the times where he seemed to say stupid things, he was doing so on Twitter, which is by design a terrible platform for any sort of debate and thus should not really be taken seriously when it comes to that sort of thing.
And the other stuff?
Also, you should probably just edit your responses in, instead of doubleposting.
Proud member of the IAA What's the point of being grown up if you can't act childish? Not sure what you mean by "other stuff." Do you mean the things he says on Twitter where he actually was serious or the other stupid things he said outside of Twitter?
What's there to discuss. He's a dude that makes editorials. Sometimes they are good. Sometimes they aren't. I like his coverage of indie or self-published games, and I respect his willingness to speak his own mind even if he knows it will not be popular.
He does have a tendency to ramble and go hugely off track, which sort of annoys me sometimes. Like take his last content patch today. In a 10 minute talk ostensibly about the Twitter Rampage and then retirement of the creator of Fez, he spent like 6 to 7min defining game journalism and explaining how it works in a Captain Obvious way, while explaining while he doesn't use the term to describe himself - and that's after saying he decided not to avoid commenting on the whole fez debacle because that'd be too easy. (Not commenting on it: Too easy. Not Commenting on it by just being off topic: Not too easy). This wasn't to make a point about how the gametrailer dude acted or anything either.
He's not bad, but I do wish he was less prone to going on those long off topic rants especially those where he explains things that are really obvious or goes into pointlessly broad generic statements. Maybe instead of trying to release 12 videos a week he could go for a bit of editing? There's something to be said about quality over quantity.

Specificaly, I think he was talking about the power relationship between games journalists/pundits and game creators, which is the whole reason the prick from Game Trailers probably thought he was entitled to attack Fish and Blow for not cooperating with him (and you have to be pretty douchey to compete on level with Phil Fish at being a prick). At least that's what it sounds like to me; I don't care enough to bother digging up actual quotes.

TB has decided to give his take on the whole controversy surrounding Dragon's Crown, Polygon's review of it, and the game's depiction of women.
Controversy: And this is different from a whole host of other games how, exactly?
Proud member of the IAA What's the point of being grown up if you can't act childish? It's the newest and latest in a so-called continuing trend of games with hyper-exagerrated female physiques for the sake of fanservice. It also comes during a time when places like Feminist Frequency are calling out devs for this sort of thing, at least more often than before and with a much larger voice and coverage due to said place's notoriety.

TB's recently posted a somewhat glowing WTF Is... of Skullgirls.
Which is interesting in context to his video on Dragon's Crown.
*shrugs*
Wait he put up a video that he took down today?
