"Nickit, dodge that quick!"

Both trainer and pokemon know that if there's one thing Kit can do, it's run away from an opponent. Kit jumps backwards, out of the reach of his attacker.

Hoops looks at their pokemon. Kit is badly injured, they know, but so is the other Nickit. They're so close to victory.

"Take it down with Quick Attack!"

Nickit turns his retreat into an attack, using the speed he built up running away to double back and charge at the opponent.

Fixed...hopefully. I changed some of the bio so that my character doesn't come off as much as an asshole as he did before, and got rid of the crushing souls bit in the pokemon battling section. Yeah, I agree that my character is pretty obnoxious, sorry if it comes on too strong. I did base him off of this dude(https://www.fimfiction.net/story/148491/schadenfreude) so I can see why he's seen as being obnoxious for the sake of being obnoxious.

"Whoa, looks like we're in a bit of a pickle here", Schaden laughs nervously, backing away from the big, scary, dark-typed dragon. "And I don't even like pickles all that much." He pulls out a pokeball from his belt, and lobs it into the air.

"Sloth, it's time to wake up!"

The Eevee emerges from his pokeball, yawning and blearily looking around at his surroundings. Upon spotting the other pokemon, he turns his head to give his trainer an exasperated glare, who kind of shrugs awkwardly in response. Sighing, he turns back to face the Zwelious.

Sloth: <Do we really have to do this? It's a pain in the ass to fight when we could just turn around and peacefully go our separate ways.>

Zweilous Head A: <Carl, please.>

Schaden scratches his head bemusedly upon seeing the two heads conversing with each other. "I...guess we're fighting? Maybe? Sloth, get ready, just in case."

Sloth grumbles a little, but does as he is told and sinks into a battle-ready crouch, prepared to move at the slightest provocation.

Sloth: <Still a chance we could back out of this, you know. My trainer may be an annoying twat of a human, but he's not suicidal enough to piss you off even further. Well hopefully, anyway.>

"Alright then, close in with a Quick Attack!", Schaden yells out.

Sloth dashes in with a sudden burst of speed, aiming toward Zweilous's side.

Carl: -Spits a Dragon Pulse at Sloth-

"Shit, no time to dodge, huh? Then use Curse!"

A purple aura briefly envelopes Sloth, fortifying him but also slowing his movements, before the Dragon Pulse crashes into his body. Though the attack sends him flying, he is quick to get back up again.

"Great! Now use Dig to get underground, stat!"

Using his paws, Sloth digs into the ground and quickly burrows himself into it, until there is nothing but a hole left.

The earth rumbles slightly. Suddenly, Sloth emerges from the ground near the Zweilous and leaps toward it to attack.

-The Zweilous is sent barreling over, in the red-

Carl: HEY!

-Spits a Dark Pulse-

"Hang in there, Sloth! Curse!"

The purple aura flares around Sloth once more, boosting his attack and defense and lowering his speed even further. The blast of Dark energy collides into Sloth, pushing him back a few feet and leaving him at the brink of collapse. His legs visibly shake and tremble; he looks like he might fall over at the slightest breeze.

"We can still do this, Sloth! Give it your best shot with Iron Tail!"

Sloth grumbles, <You so owe me a long nap for this...>. His tail starts to glow with a metallic sheen. He stumbles briefly, but he manages to leap up into the air and swing his tail at Carl's head.
