imho, Maou-sama is currently on outstanding level.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines.Yes, Maou-sama is the same caliber as SnK and Gargantia.
Karneval is what I'd call good.
RDG is above average, but it takes three, four episodes to get there. Yahari is similarly above average, as it's not your typical rom com and has quite a bit of social commentary.
Valvrave is, uhh, entertaining. Seriously enjoyable
Arata Kangatari is, like I said, mediocre.

Yes, yes, you should watch this.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines.Yahari is hilarious. I'll take it.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.Excellent.
Aiura's opening is beyond words. Okay, besides "who needed to see Steve Jobs playing with crabs?"
whateverNo. They looked small, and kinda friendly.
whateverZettai Bouei Leviathan continues to ensnare me via voicework and the Kana Hana Effect. That and using water magic to pour tea into glasses was pretty amusing.

I don't think RDG was based on a light novel... can someone help me check?
On another note, I'm completely obsessed with Date A Live right now. No, really.
"Vegeta, what is the square root of a number greater than eighty-one million?" "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAND!!" *crushes calculator*That show is delivering less wackiness than what I wanted. Looks like that will be remedied, though.
Wikipedia says it is. And ANN.

Yes. It's weirdly entrancing. Also, there's all this apocalyptic talk in the beginning and... Nothing much proceeds to happen :p
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntWikipedia specifies that it's a regular novel, not a light novel. (Wouldn't be the first time, even recently.)

Well, you wanted the wackiness, you got it. Ep 6 is full of it. XD
"Vegeta, what is the square root of a number greater than eighty-one million?" "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAND!!" *crushes calculator*Oh it seemed that Sparrow's Hotel finally artshifted on this week's episode (episode 6). It no longer looks like a refugee from 90s. Instead it now looks like something from the early 2000s. Still a bit low quality though.
The Date A Live anime is picking up after a poor start. And boy is it picking up.
"Vegeta, what is the square root of a number greater than eighty-one million?" "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAND!!" *crushes calculator*
"Yahari blah blah blah" for a moment I thought you were tired of recommending stuff to me. So, apart from Kyojin and Gargantia, it's all "decent" stuff, but nothing outstanding, huh?
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
