imho, Maou-sama is currently on outstanding level.
Yes, Maou-sama is the same caliber as SnK and Gargantia.
Karneval is what I'd call good.
RDG is above average, but it takes three, four episodes to get there. Yahari is similarly above average, as it's not your typical rom com and has quite a bit of social commentary.
Valvrave is, uhh, entertaining. Seriously enjoyable
Arata Kangatari is, like I said, mediocre.

Oh it seemed that Sparrow's Hotel finally artshifted on this week's episode (episode 6). It no longer looks like a refugee from 90s. Instead it now looks like something from the early 2000s. Still a bit low quality though.
The Date A Live anime is picking up after a poor start. And boy is it picking up. 
"Yahari blah blah blah" for a moment I thought you were tired of recommending stuff to me. So, apart from Kyojin and Gargantia, it's all "decent" stuff, but nothing outstanding, huh?
