Murals said he rushed it because he wanted to release the cover in time for Halloween. The rest of the chapter is coming soon.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. What was there was good, and I guess it's a bit unreasonable to expect this level of quality from Murata non-stop, especially if he's working on 6 different projects at once. Murata can take as many breaks as he wants, with the sheer quality of the work he does put out.

There's a reposting of chapter 99:
It gets past the point that the last version was on, and Phoenix Man is still hanging in there giving Child Emperor a lot of trouble.
One Strip! One Strip!Phoenix Man has to be one of the most resilient monsters that we've seen in a while if he is evolving yet again into a new form at the end of the chapter.
The Subterraneans can't catch a break can they.
‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’The remake of chapter 99 was crazy, Murata is a madman. He draws an A rated chapter, then scraps it to rewrite it into an A+ chapter. I liked how Murata added Pheonix-Man drawing parallels between himself and Child Emperor as actors in suits. Not to mentioned Pheonix-Man transforming and the trap at the end actually being set up, mmm, so good!
With chapter 100: Pheonix-Man Brilliant Eagle Mode is here! Oh, my god, I didn't even recognize those bodies as the Subterraneans until Pheonix-Man brought them to life! Good way to explains where the Monster Assocaition's titanic underground base came from. I like Child Emperor having to beat Flash's opponents in addition to his own. The Millenium Emperor Nova is awsome, and it just being a straight-up Kamehameha fits with Child Emperor's theme of weaponizing toys and other childhood things, who hasn't pretended to fire a Kamehameha?
I haven't. And good, we're hopefully finally done with Child Emperor.
You must have been a sad child Arha.
Also glad we’re done with this. I don’t mind everyone getting a fight but man can they take a while.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."This fight was just so cool! Especially with the Chapter 99 remake! Better than the Flash fight, for sure, and that fight was also amazing!
Latest chapter.
Damn. Emperor cut it close huh?
Phoenix Man still had one last trick up his sleeve, but so did our resident kid genius. And that rich kid is a shit, not telling Emperor about the other hostage.
One Strip! One Strip!Defeated by tickling, that's gotta be a new low.
‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’Yeah, that's about the ending of an epic fight I expected from One Punch Man. There was some part of me that wondered if it was really over after the big epic attack, so of course the true ending is just a goof based on Pheonix Man constantly mentioning that he's wearing a suit which is the source of his power.
I do wonder how ridiculously strong the Cadres are gonna be now though.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I just want to see a monster man punch a poorly-drawn bald man.
I just want to see Serious Table Flip or whatever that move was called.
is that so wrong Murata
is that so wrong
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I wonder if Murata's going to do this with all the other Demon level fights. I don't know if I'm mentally prepared for a multi-chapter saga of Pig God eating Great Food Tub.
And Amai Mask vs Do-S and Zombieman versus the vampire dude. I don't think every one of them is gonna last 3-4 chapters. ...Right?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I could see Zombieman vs Pureblood lasting a bit, since Zombieman's whole shtick is taking everything his opponents can throw at him and wearing them down with time while he regenerates forever.

Zombieman's fight will get one or two pages an issue while they do all the other fights.
Just a cutback every now and then: "Yep, this is still going on".
Yeah, I don't see Murata or ONE giving Zombieman exclusive focus. Probably a few pages of him tanking everything, and then cutting to one of the more action-oriented S-Classes.

Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets.Does Phoenix Man count as a winner of the Superpower Lottery like Saitama, Tatsumaki and Boros?
He has the ability to revive himself from death and become more powerful each time, sometimes gaining new abilities. He has a great level of pyrokinesis and can absorb energy attacks including one of the most impressive attacks seen from the heroes yet, he can fly, he can reanimate the dead to do his bidding, and he seemingly had limitless potential in his growth...
New chapter...
Wow. That was short.
One Strip! One Strip!
