For you maybe.
For many, however, no. What you find boring for others is nice, and the two idiots as you call them maybe for others are not you say?
That Black C Lover has higher TOC is not a mystery, it seems to me normal that readers find the current arc of BC more interesting than the current one of My Hero ....

Don't know about execution, but the stakes of the current BC arc are certainly higher − MHA is in a breather phase, especially pre-Gentle − so yeah, it's not that surprising.

Yes & some people found the ending of Fairy Tail heartwarming & fulfilling, found Sasuke & Sakura a genuinely unoffensive sweet romance, or even thought the Inhuman TV show was great.
I don't care what others think on this matter. People have a tendency to flock to the low-quality stuff...... though luckily Inhumans bombed so we'll never see it again.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Yeah, bad taste is everywhere. Why, some people even like Gohan!
I like Gohan.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I mean it's easier to hate on the writing than say Sakura who spends her entire existence a joke. Gohan's better off in comparison.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. It comes down to what you believe is worse: great potential squandered or absolutely no potential to begin with.
Gohan's a rare breed: a reluctant superhero. He doesn't consider his saiyan heritage a curse, but he's not actually interested in fighting evil, even though he's often forced to.
I mean, Gohan and Sakura only have one worthwhile victory each so I'd argue they're both equally useful.

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Not true. Gohan defeated Vegeta, too.
I mean, his tail randomly grew back and then he fell on a Vegeta who had been kamehamehad and then spirit bombed. I guess that was of some assistance.
(I kid, I kid, Gohan was actually moderately useful at several points in that battle).

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Seeing the Oricon top from last week, I'm surprised to see We Never Learn at #10 (and R×L #14). 65 000 in just a few days is no slouch for a relatively new series and a new author.
Though I'm admittedly even more surprised to see Yotsuba& at the top, and by far. ô.Ô
I'm not familiar with how sales and rankings work, but is Rx L being in #14 a good thing or a bad thing?
I assume it's pretty decent.
Issue 24:
Front color: Momiji no Kisetsu (new series)
Center color: Dr. Stone, Haikyuu!!, Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san
1. Yakusoku no Neverland
2. One Piece
3. Gintama
4. Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai
5. Shokugeki no Souma
6. Kimetsu no Yaiba
7. Black Clover
8. Boku no Hero Academia
9. Noah's Notes
10. Jujutsu Kaisen
11. Hinomaru Zumou
12. Ziga (first ranking)
13. Robot × Laserbeam
14. Act-age
The new series is… interesting. The MC is a high school boy named Momiji, whose big brother Sakura was a shougi legend who died from a disease. Turns out Sakura had a disciple, a girl named Ichou who's quickly climbing the ranks of the Shougi world despite being only 16. Ichou in turns becomes Momiji's teacher, and we see the perspective of both characters on their relationships with the late Sakura.
I don't really care about shougi, but having the main girl be the main guy's teacher is something I haven't seen. And Ichou is just a great character. The art isn't too bad either.
…Meanwhile, Ziga isn't doing too hot. :x A real shame.
... what is shougi? *looks it up*

Japanese chess, basically. This might try to be a spiritual successor to Hikaru no Go, minus the supernatural.
It's not the first time we've had a Jump Start featuring Shogi.
I like that fixing Momiji's primary obstacle to improving his game only brought him up one level, so that there's still room for him to grow. I am of course hoping that this will not have the teacher swiftly left behind to be a cheerleader.
It's not? …Man, Jump is cancelling series at such a fast rate these days that I can't even remember them all…
Yeah, and actually I hope Ichou also has some room for progression. Having the two be deuteragonists would be quite refreshing. Well, that's if the series can survive long enough anyway; alas in the current context it seems impossible for a new series to climb it's way to the upper ranks. Act-age and Ziga are probably on their way out, and once they're gone I don't really see which series could be cancelled other than the new ones… They're obviously not gonna axe series that are getting an anime or already have one…
Soma and Gintama are both doing surprisingly well. Any idea of what might have happened two months ago to cause this?

Wasn't the climax of Gintama's previous arc around two months ago?
Issue 25. Lots of ranked series this time! But no One Piece.
Front color: Kimi wo Shinryakuseyo! (new series)
Center color: Momiji no Kisetsu (chapter 2), Count Over (one-shot)
1. Haikyuu!!
2. Dr. Stone
3. Yakusoku no Neverland
4. Boku no Hero Academia
5. Black Clover
6. Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san
7. Kimetsu no Yaiba
8. Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai
9. Act-age
10. Gintama
11. Hinomaru Zumou
12. Jujutse Kaisen
13. Noah's Notes
14. Robot × Laserbeam
15. Shokugeki no Souma
16. Ziga
Apparently the sales of Act-age's first volume weren't too bad, so it might have a chance to survive. But please, don't die, Noah's Notes. ;__; Ziga's probably doomed.

Maybe we'll have a more consistent lineup with less cancellations for now. Or the managers decide to raise the bar so that series that would've been safe before are now up for axing.
That said, the new series aren't that safe. Act-Age is consistently pretty low, Ziga is still unknown and Jujutsu kaisen and Noah's Notes could easily fall down once the novely of a new series falls off (first chapters tend to do better than average).
Also, I assume the rankings are based on seven chapters ago since the eighth chapter is apparently the first one to be part of the ranking.
