-Daisy using MP Burst should cause everyone in the party to feel really freaking energized...but it also tires out the person who used it. However, since Daisy isn't fighting and is inside, this at least doesn't make anyone vulnerable.-

-Nope. MP Burst just makes it so you have infinite MP for a short time, but can't build any up for a while once it ends. It doesn't revive fallen teammates - it'd be horrendously broken if it did.-

-The Cow takes several steps back and stares at the static ball.-
