Drake's popularity seems to be self-sustaining at this point. He's big, and thus everything he does gets a lot of attention, even if it's not interesting in its own right.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.Hmm... Todd's thinking about Mutt Lange on Twitter.
If this is research for an episode, it could be a few things. A (US-viewpoint) OHW of the Corrs? A Trainwreckords for the Cars' "Door To Door"?
Would The Corrs count as OHWs in this regard, though? In the US, they were always more at home on the Adult Contemporary charts, but they did have two songs that made it onto the Billboard top 100 (being 'Runaway' at 68 and 'Breathless' at 34).
They did find a curious amount of success in Spain as well, for what that's worth.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805Actually, going by his current tweets, it looks like the next Trainwreckord will be about Guns N Roses (likely Chinese Democracy, though Spaghetti Incident would be more interesting to talk about).
New OHW up on Patreon: "Are You Jimmy Ray?"
One Hit Wonderland: "Are You Jimmy Ray?" by Jimmy Ray.
I have never heard of the artist or the song until now.
Mentioned it on the vid but I find it funny that the next "I'm Here Bitch" single to come to mind (after Kid Rock and Eminem) is another OHW: MIMS' "This Is Why I'm Hot"
I have never heard of the artist or the song until now.
…That sounds more like funk than rockabilly. >.>
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I have heard it, being European and all. But I have heard a lot more from Shampoo.
That Shampoo song isn't even the best song that Americans only had on album when it was released as part of the Power Rangers movie soundtrack. That honor goes to "Sensurround" by They Might Be Giants.

Someone in the comments pointed out that his three singles were him sounding like (respectively) "Fatboy Slim, Junkie XL and Savage Garden"
New Trainwreckords up on Patreon and he covers an album that wasn't on the WMG page: Two the Hard Way by Gregg Allman and Cher.
Hmm,,considering that didnt really derail either of their careers (Allman had the biggest hit of his career by 1987 with I'm No Angel, and Cher never lost her popularity), I'd consider that more of a bump in the road than an actual trainwreckord (of course, he's also considered doing St. Anger which is also a bump in the road so maybe he's changing the criteria).
After a week delay, Todd posts TRAINWRECKORDS: "Two the Hard Way" by Cher and Gregg Allman. Also, this video is sponsored by ExpressVPN.

I was into Cher's music as a kid but i didn't know about this album, my mom probably deliberately spared me from it.
Todd: "It's hard to be a celebrity couple, with all those people judging you from appearances and stuff…"
also Todd: "…but goddamn these two made a terrible couple!"
…Speaking of sponsorship, does anyone have recommendations for good VPNs (probably better in PM)? These adds tricked me into buying Nord VPN and it's… not very good.
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Todd seems rather toxic about star couples today. Is he just joking, or does he mean it?
Optimism is a duty.Looking through his Tweets and I have no idea what you're talking about? Did he delete them?
I meant in his last video.
Optimism is a duty.Since he added a big "part of the problem" caption towards himself at one point, I'd say a little column A, a little column B.
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I figured most of that was Hypocritical Humor.
Funny that Todd prefers Cher's arena rock era since that era included a duet with his arch-nemesis Peter Cetera.
Before Todd uttered the name out loud I had been being unconsciously reading it as "Tootsie Slide" the whole time.
