Now that you've said it you got me thinking. Has it ever been established whether Arianna has a SO? Or anything about her personal life?

Araiana has always struck me as the "married to the job" type.

...or at least, engaged in a passionate and faintly seedy affair with the job.

But we haven’t had very much about any of the cast’s private lives, apart from Sydney.

We only have dribs and drabs from people.

Sydney is single, but she has her eye on a couple prospects (a few more if you count those who are fictional to her, like Wolverine).

Mr. Amorphous and Heatwave are together; I forget if they're engaged or just dating.

Jigawatt is married, if I recall correctly.

Maxima is single. Hiro is as well, which causes Anvil to very unsubtly ship them.

Speaking of, based on the fact that she discusses dating, as opposed to a relationship or marriage, Anvil is almost certainly single as well. Peggy also falls under the "unknown, but likely single and looking" as well for the same reason.

If Dabbler is anything, it is not exclusive. That said, it wouldn't surprise me to learn she had some long-term "friends with benefits" relationships going on.

Slightly related, Harem is dating Deus, but neither seems interested in exclusivity or escalating beyond a fling.

Beyond that, I think it's an open question.

Despite how thursty this cast of olympians are, very few characters are actually getting any action. Which I approve of, because sometimes life gets in the way.

That we know of. For all we know, several more of them are hooking up left, right, and center, and we just don't know about it.

I would not be surprised if it's like the Olympic Village where you have a bunch of people jazzed up and in prime shape who often have little to do to burn off nervous energy than to engage in such activities.

I want to make some parallel to RL military service, except I know nothing of that aspect of military life. I know they've had a horrendous sexual assault problem, but I don't know how that factors into the consensual encounters.

The only time I remember her mentioning a marriage, it was a cousin's or something like that. I don't think her relationship status has ever come up. Not that we've seen her that much in the comic either.

She seems happy.

I'll split the difference in that Maxima is laughing in relief with her face distinctly buried in her palm. There might be a new headache, but the fact that Sydney is home is going to be a huge relief to her. Even if she makes sure to never let Sydney see it.

It's by now *days* since Sidney last took her ADHD medication, I am not sure what Arianna was expecting.

Hmm... I guess she didn't carry too much in her utility belt. Or at least I seem to remember her mentioning that she carries some (albeit an off-brand that leaves her a bit jumpy). Then again, whether she remembers to take it, especially being in an alien place where she's not being reminded of human social cues...

She's only got 1-2 emergency doses in there.

ADHD meds are not over the counter and expensive, so she's probably frugal with keeping extras, and even then uses the (side effect-y) generica.

I mean Archon could probably stick her with a can of Brand pills on every pocket but she probably hasn't considered that yet.

To be fair, I don't think Arianna really was thinking about Sydney's medication at the moment. Though yeah, so far, she's behaving... well... about how you'd expect in the circumstances.
