Subs finally came out for episode 21. I'm enjoying it more than most people, this episode was really great though. But Thouser treating Aruto like a lowlevel Humagear is kinda messed up, but perfect for the completing ideologies. Its always really nice to watch Fuwa be the one to give Aruto the best possible advice: teach the Humagears not to give into Malice.

Where the heck did Gai get a Zetsumetsu....wait I mean Raid Rise belt? Did he take it from the people that used it before, because its the first time a Humagear used one to transform. Also, Aruto and Fuwa using their non upgrade forms just to get Thouser to do the Jacking Break is kinda like my only gripe. Another small complaint, both Assault Wolf and Shining...was he in Assault Hopper, really could've taken down that Raider together. The explosive gag was pretty funny though.

Yua's still not doing much, but I keep hearing people saying that she needs something at this point. Which I was worried about this, but if Yua can get something before episode 25, she might have a better standing overall as a female rider than Poppy, but I want her to surpass Siren and Marika.

Episode 22:

God dammit! Even when he gets his ass kicked, it's All According to Plan with Gai. He's laughing as Zero One beats him down! I can't believe this shit! At least Aruto and company won the third workplace contest. They'll obviously win the fourth as well. But still.

Not sure what was going on with Horobi, but I guess we'll see when the episode is subbed.

the american version of Kamen Rider Femme, from Dragon Knight. Never really cared about that series

Sub watched. I almost have to give Gai credit for his devotion. Creating a weapon that out powered him to make his enemy look worse is devotion. My guess is he's counting on Aruto being afraid of transforming due to knowing he can be hijacked by Ark, and if he does, using footage of him going berserk to further slander Hiden. So even when Gai loses, he's still winning. Right now, Aruto somehow gaining control is his best bet, but until that happens, he literally can't use any other abilities but Metal Cluster Hopper.

What bothers me most is that Gai wouldn't do that unless he was sure (even if he's wrong) he could deal with it later, which means he may have a way to deal with MCH later on, because other wise, this plan could easily result in him being killed. If not for Fuwa, things would have gone down the crapper right from the get go for him.

New World Grease stuff:

Standard "post-Kamen Rider" not too remarkable plot. It's not something to write home about but I kind of want the movie be more comedy than amgsty. Kind of missing a lot of that and could have just done a movie based on "Kazumi Crusoe" instead of "post-movie terrorist organization threatens Japan again." Amd really hammering in the "evil foreign dudes" too.

Fight scenes were good. And it's great to see Grease Blizzard. Not too high on Perfect Kingdom though. Mostly the color scheme because I'm not too into the whole RBY scheme. I'm also meh on evil dude suit but that's probably because they spray painted Build black.

I was wondering why they didn't reuse Muscle Galaxy instead of Magma for Ryuga, but I think it was because he needs Evolt to fuse with and said Evolt is who knows where until the novel shows up. Which is annoying by itself because translations takes forever.

I can't help but think they just bottled pee and passed it off as "Phantom Liquid." Or the fact they made it look like Gentoku drank bottled pee.

I really find Gentoku without facial hair really jarring. He looks too much like a baby face without it. Like I actually prefer Kensei Mikami with more hair on his face and I don't care what the hell you think Sawa. He looks better with it.

Not really digging the ending where Misora accepts to be Kazumi's girlfriend. Way too much Damsel in Distress there. But I guess the universe gotta give the guy a break now and then. I just rather it be natural and not after being kidnapped.

As far as movie in general is concerned. About average given I came in with little expectation about it. But, a lot better for a post Rider-of-that-season movie though.

I think this clip best describes Gai creating MCH. https://youtu.be/g3sq-Y_3RIY I haven't forgiven Gai for his cheating in 21 especially how he hijacked Bingo right in front of the other prosecutor who should have said something to the press because Bingo wasn't quite Hiden property as Bingo was a part of a firm. Just because they rebuilt Bingo doesn't mean Gai shouldn't have gotten off without charges as it would be like smashing a copy machine knowing that it is insured to be repaired. Another thing Gai got away with. And as for this episode, I am so glad Fuwa got to be involved as he was getting sidelined too much. It is also good that now we have some way of turning Horobi over to the heroes somewhat because he apparently has sacred reverence to the Ark and probably also wants to murder Gai for basically making him and everything he believes a pawn figure. I knew that all of Horobi's freedom talk was hypocritical because he was controlled by the Ark instead of humans so Horobi SHOULD be willing to help more to take down Gai, but Horobi could use this to reaffirm that humans deserve genocide. Also important is that Gai nearly died because his own invention was way too strong. I am pretty sure Gai has a fireplace in his home where he burns copies of Isaac Asimivov's literature considering how little he thinks of the three laws of robotics. I also don't Gai had a plan for if he was killed by his own invention as I am sure he is too arrogant to remember his mortality. He can't prove humanity's superiority if he is dead.

I can agree with that.

He was moments away from dying, and clearly believed that would happen in the last few seconds. What scares me is that...maybe he did consider it could happen. I beginning to wonder if Gai is even willing to sacrifice his own life to destroy Hiden. We believe he was too arrogant to believe he could be in danger, but what if he has considered it and is even willing to use his own death in his war against his old mentor.

A thought occurred to me. Even if the Zero One Driver is trashed they can just print a new one. Unless MCH corrupted the ZEA data satellite itself then Gai's plan falls short because, again, HI can just make a new one (or hell Aruto can even use a force riser or shot riser). Which is weird because Gai KNOWS they have the ability to reprint progrise keys and belts.

I’m going to assume Ark will prevent that somehow. My guess is Aruto won’t be able to take the Driver off.

Kamen Rider Zero-One - Two Former Go-Busters Reunites

Man, what a world Zero-One has created. It's legal to marry a robot. Hopefully they figure out the myriad legal issues that'd arise out of that.

Wait, so Yoko is marrying Tsurugi? She's not gonna take back her honest boyfriend back? Well she needs money, fair, but it kinda sucks things didn't work out. Also, screw Corrupt Cops.

Eh, if it's realistic enough, you can convince the entire "whatever prefecture Zero-One is in" to legalize robosexual marriage. I mean Krieger made a holographic waifu so realistic that the entire state of New York was willing to let them legally marry.

Wow. Can't decide if that's impressive or just really sad.

The place I usually watch my stuff at has it only in potato quality and the sub group only has it as a torrent download and not a straight download so I'm at my wits end trying to find a place to watch.

Episode 23 was...kinda silly.

The ending got serious again. Match will be the first Huma-Gear to be rebuilt twice. That's an impressive feat.

Looks like next week, Aruto will finally gain control of Metal Cluster Hopper somehow. Now he'll kick Gai's ass as himself instead of as Ark.

Also this episode is a filler episode but what I like about good filler episodes is they pick up where series tend to forget. We had Yua finally transform into Valkyrie again, The Vice-President and party got to appear again for comedy, we even brought back the actor HumaGear for some reason. The fact that this episode featured {Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Blue and Yellow Buster} marrying doesn't matter as I was more thinking about {Kamen Rider Build Best Matches}.

It's too bad Hiromu showed up in Zi-O last year because we could have the main trio Gobus reunion in this episode.

Man the tourney arc really, really put a halt to the really good pacing this show has.

I think the pacing is still good, since they're actually taking the time to point out the idealism vs cynicism presented in both companies and the issues with how evil corporations take advantage of the system.

I do like episode 23 though I've got several thoughts:

• Match's plan succeeded even though he got turned into a Magia. Does that mean they have some semblance of their original personality when they transform, or did Match actually predict all of this would happen.
• Yua, you're doing something again! Huh, I'm surprised she hasn't tried to hook up with Gai lol. Actually, I really love we brought back the AIMS couple to deal with Metal Cluster Hopper. They really work together and if Metal Cluster's durability wasn't so ridiculous, I wonder if they could've detransformed him without resorting to the belt.
• Did Izu teach Match the c, f, or b word? Its really hard to tell.
• Shouldn't this count towards the 5 point battle? It's literally a battle over whether a Humagear could get Gai or Yoko laid.
• Speaking of Yoko, I have no idea if we have this under the Tear Jerker, Heartwarming, Funny, or Nightmare Fuel face, but does anyone else find it messed up that after all that, she and Yuto didn't end up together. He did nothing wrong, and he geuniely liked her, but she broke it off, said they were still in love, but "marriage" wasn't an option? The heck does that mean? It can't be sex, I'm guessing maybe money, but she can't lose faith in someone who was proven innocent, and just ended up with her best friend? I mean I'm glad Yuto didn't become a Raider but it just feels like after all that, Yoko just took his loyalty and honesty to her and threw it away. I just wanna know why.
• Metal Rising Impact: An automated controlled Double Rider Kick. Nice.
• Penguin Storm Raider looks a bit like Sledge. Cool.
