I was even just thinking that Agito was one of the Riders we haven't seen yet.
I thought Kiva would be involved too (the phrase wake up was connected to him).
Kiva is also one of the previous Riders who hasn't shown up yet, also with Drive. I think they might be the only two left in fact.
One Strip! One Strip!Wait... So the Another Rider in Agito's arc is really gonna be... the original Another Agito (or a bunch of them)?
... I feel kinda ok with that.

... And that's called jazz!Only counting Heisei because this a Heisei thing (there are Showa years in the driver, but that's like a Premium Bandai set and a HBV at most), I think everyone turned up in suit in HGF and has an armour in the toyline:
- 1. Kuuga: HGF, didn't actually turn up but did get an Another
- 2. Agito: soon, in suit certainly returning actor unknown
- 3. Ryuki: Everything but an actual physical Ride Armour. Also a miniseries.
- 4. Faiz: Tribute episode, armour
- 5. Blade: Soon, actors but probably no armour
- 6. Hibiki: Nothing thus far. Decade turned into him.
- 7. Kabuto: Nothing, I think?
- 8. Den-O: HGF, another and returning actor. No armour but kept Rider powers
- 9. Kiva: Nothing
- 10. Decade: More of a role. No Another but that could turn up later
- 11. W: HGF, armour and Another but returning actor minor character instead of Rider
- 12. OOO: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning main actor
- 13. Fourze: (Shared) Tribute episode, another, armour, returning minor actor
- 14. Wizard: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning secondary Rider
- 15. Gaim: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning main actor
- 16. Drive: Only armour
- 17. Ghost: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning main actor
- 18. Ex-Aid: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning main actor
- 19. Build: Tribute episode, another, armour, returning main actor
- 20. Zi-O: Is the current series, can't have a tribute to itself, does still have an Another though. Zi-O II kind of is Zi-O Zi-O armour.
Oh right. I forgot about Hibiki and Kabuto too.
One Strip! One Strip! So, which Arc do you think will involve neutralizing the Time Jackers' time tricks? Drive? Kabuto?
Wake me up at your own risk.I would have said Den-O, but he's in the movie. And it seems the best he can do is avoid being erased and exist at the same time as Another Den-O.
One Strip! One Strip!Could be either one, but I sure hope it's Kabuto, if we ever get an arc like that.
... And that's called jazz!Ok, so my thoughts on Zi-O 28 actually aren't that different from watching it live; we've kind of gone back to the previous status quo, except now with the weird sitcom situation of Geiz and Black Woz sharing a room. Excited to see what Diend is doing but this is a bit sluggish for episode 28. Hopefully Another Blade is different somehow and the Time Jackers actually have a somewhat different plan.
Not gonna lie, the living arrangements alone look worthy of a tv show of their own, but it feels like it's time for someone to make their play. Or it has been for a while and they didn't catch on.
Wake me up at your own risk.I was finally able to watch the sub of 28.
It's funny that Kiryu still doesn't know that Swartz is the one responsible for the deaths of his parents...though I wonder if that would have happened if Tsukiyomi hadn't forced his hand. It's still interesting to note that the two haven't met yet. That feels like it'll be important later.
Also, White Woz and Swartz are working together. So does this mean that maybe the Geiz Revive timeline is bullshit...or something else?
One Strip! One Strip! So I'm watching OOO and I'm enjoying it but the Greeed's tarp usage is out of control. We get it, colour coding. Were the set designers just bored?
Kamen Rider ZI-O - First Look On Kamen Rider Ginga
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests. So, the first episode of the specials are out.
Wake me up at your own risk.Kamen Rider Brain 2-Episode Mini-series Debuts in Late April
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Watched Zi-O 28. x5: I'm starting to believe that both Oma Zi-O and Geiz Revive's timelines are bullshit in some way or another. Or, to put it in another way, they're not supposed to exist, if we go by what Tsukasa said - Grand Zi-O's timeline would be the correct one, and he's there to ensure that it gets back on track.
Speaking of which, he seems to have integrated his "storyline helper" and "destroyer of worlds" roles: he seems to have become a "transdimensional white cell" which wipes out dimensions that can become too messed up or dangerous.
... And that's called jazz!White Woz is proof enough that the Geiz Revive timeline isn't all good. At this point they seem to blindly hoping for a third option (non-Oma Zi-O I guess) which given narrative convention will probably work.
Reasonably speaking, current Sougo should not result in the SAME Oma Zi-O that we've seen, but that could just be laziness. Still, I count at least 4 distinct timelines in this series:
- Original Oma Zi-O timeline Woz, Geiz and Tsu come from.
- the timeline we're watching in the show.
- the timeline that we got a glimpse of when Kouta sends A Sougo back in time, overridden with the one we saw in the Gaim tribute
- the Revive timeline
I also should point out that the Sougo who went to kill the past Another Gaim in the Gaim tribute episodes is unaccounted for, since is no WAY he becomes the Sougo of the present that we're watching since his existence comes about by being sent back in time by Kouta, which didn't happen at the end of the Gaim episode. So there's 2 Sougos, one in the present, one bumming around in 2013 after having killed the Another Gaim of that time.

Good grief it takes a long time for subbed episodes to appear now.
Anyway, I know the story of blade (Kenzaki turned himself into a Joker so that Hajime wouldn't be the only one, meaning that as long as they never meet, the Undead Battle can't conclude and the latter can live as a human in peace), but it's one of the few Heisei series I haven't watched, alongside Den-O and Hibiki (and I'll probably never watched Hibiki, since that apparently became a huge mess).
...Seeing those two start to throw down makes me curious to finally give it a look. Also, they came up with a good way to avoid erasing the rider from existence (since Another Blade was actually made in 2019, there's no history to erase, as opposed to all the other ones).
Of course, when you take White Woz's statements into account (destroying the world) then I'd argue that that was on purpose. Since two Jokers fighting each other is very VERY bad.
One more thing: is the actress for the girl who became another blade the same actress who played that character in blade? I'm curious as to if they went that far with it.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm not sure if it's just different teams and Kamen Rider team has life stuff going on (normally O-T is by far the fastest so I'm only really considering them here) or if quality of show genuinely has some effect on subbers' morale. Ryusoul and Star Twinkle are getting subbed at about the normal speed, I think Lu Pat was about halfway. Definitely a bit the former.
Amane's actress is the same one who played her as a young girl in Blade. There was a different one for her as a teen in Missing Ace.
Just caught the raw of episode 30:
So this episode basically acts as a Fully Absorbed Finale for Kamen Rider Blade, what with Amane turning Hajime and Kenzaki human and then being defeated, meaning the Undead Battle Royale is for real over....at least until the next time the Blade characters need to show up for a crossover.
In memory of this series (which I may actually decide to watch now):
Next week...Believe yourself...and take a deep deep breath...while counting zero.
One Strip! One Strip! So, I finished OOO (well, still need to rewatch Mega Max and maybe Final but the series proper). Enjoyed it a lot, though not sure where I'd rank it out of the series I've seen. That brings me up to everything W, forward and also original. Might try to stick chronological now rather than jumping around like I did with phase 2 Heisei but not sure whether to go for V3 or Kuuga.
Edit; watched Mega-Max again. Welp, that makes a lot more sense now I've watched OOO and W. Forgot just how much they love 'we have like 10 different fight scenes all taking place at once' though - W, Aqua, 7 Riders, OOO + Fourze

Zi-O 28:
Man this moral will be a lot more meaningful when Tsukuyomi actually spills the beans.
The ending gave me severe whiplash from its attempt to both wind down and up the tension. I will say that Swartz and White Woz is at least an interesting new dynamic.
Zi-O 29:
I wonder which meal situation is worse for Geiz: White Woz creepily observing his every bite or Black Woz condescending to him whenever possible
Pretty sure the real reason Sougo paired off Black Woz and Geiz was because he just really wanted to catch up on quality time with Tsukuyomi after she solely hung out with Geiz for so long
Diend was the most fun part, but the split between antagonists/cameos meant a lot of them felt lacking.
Zi-O 30:
goddammit why didn't any of you delegate the task of actually making sure the world doesn't go to pieces by keeping an eye on Kenzaki
actually now that I think about it, is there any particular reason why Amane becoming Another Blade doesn't just retcon Chalice or Blade out of existence other than to specifically contrive this one scenario
Trinity is ridiculously ostentatious and the first Zi-O upgrade I actually like, though I hope Woz or Geiz get a turn at the wheel.
The new Day of Oma seriously feels super underwhelming for all it was hyped to be.
Bye White Woz, you were a fun antagonist while it lasted, though I'm kinda even more underwhelmed by how it just took one pep talk for this to happen. :|
I'm going to set my expectation to nothing for the next episode because I would really like Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi but I doubt that's going to happen.
Yeah, I don't think so. If Tsukuyomi was to become a Rider, it would've been leaked already.
... And that's called jazz!
