Yeah that sucks
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAnd this also ties into the Uchiha favoratism.
As Black Zetsu showed up and revealed that he is an ancient immortal who literally planned everything that happened in the Naruto world all to resurrect Kaguya, including every atrocity Madara had done.
So Kaguya was also used to completely absolve Madara of all responsibility exactly like what also happened with Obito and Sasuke.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Only in Naruto can there be two major characters (Obito and Madara) to simultaenously be responsible for every bad thing that happened, but also turn out to have done nothing wrong.

Wait, if Madara was too overpowered to kill, how did they beat Kaguya?
From what I remember, one of Kaguya's children (not Black Zetsu, a different son) arrived and gave Naruto and Sasuke a massive upgrade.
They sealed her back in the moon.
So she was freed from the moon but the fight ends with them trapping her back into the moon again, this time with Black Zetsu as well so there's no one who would want to free her again.
That would be the Sage of Six Paths

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."X3 Combination of her not having any skill and Ninja Jesus giving Naruto and Sauske the ability to shove her into a moon

Which is why Neji was right all along, everyone was literally a slave to fate.
Doesn’t that break a major theme of the story?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersPretty much yes.
Thats Naruto for ya. Naruto himself was literally the Jesus of like 3 different prophecies.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Speaking of Naruto…
I am to believe that Organization XIII stomps. Oh well.
That theme was broken the moment we learn Naruto has a super special bloodline that makes him really strong. So in the end, Negi was just prove right.
As much as I’d like to harp on how Naruto started going downhill after the Pain arc, we should probably get back to making fictional characters from different franchises punch each other in the face.
So, anyone know a good opponent for Frieza? Megatron and Sephiroth have long since passed being outclassed, but Saint Seiya’s Hades might be good from what I’ve heard.
About Akatsuki vs. Organization XIII, I feel like all of their unique properties such as Itachi's powerful genjutsu, Deidara's explosions, and Pain's multiple bodies would work in tandem to be a huge pain in the ass for them.
It's been 3000 years…The akatsuki have a bunch of neat abilities to them, but KH stats are just so far above Naruto stats it wouldn’t matter.
Sephiroth's actually gotten Stronger as of the Remake, and might get even stronger still as it goes on.
Watch SymphogearI’ve heard Sephiroth as an opponent to Cell more than Frieza, honestly.
Don’t think that matters unless he gets into bullshit levels of being able to destroy a universe over a hundred times over

2I want Cell vs. Dark Samus more than that.

Frieza vs Palpatine is probably the best fit for Frieza in regards to similarities, but I don't think Palpatine's anywhere near Frieza's level in power, so it would be pretty one-sided.
A Galactic Conqueror from either Marvel or DC would probably be Frieza's most likely opponent if he's ever in a Death Battle.
I still think Frieza VS Megatron is his most likely option. It may not be one that’s liked by a lot of people (here, at least) but I think it’s the most probable option.
But there’s always room for surprises.
If it is Freeza vs. Palpatine I hope they don't wank Palpatine to much. I remember a fan vs that put Palpatine at universal and stronger than Freeza.
He can take on a fleet of starships by himself in Rise of Skywalker with no assistance, so that seems pretty comparable to Frieza at the very least.
It's been 3000 years…You do know Frieza can punch a universe to death right?
Basically imagine if in the final arc of Dragon Ball, Goku's fight with Piccolo was randomly interrupted by the arrival of Raditz who kills Piccolo and takes his place as the final boss.
Thats Kaguya, basically her story in a nutshell. Kishimoto wound up writing himself into a hole with how overpowered he made Madara and wrote one of the absolute worst ways to get out of it.
