This. It makes Luffy sound like Sean Connery, and Little Kuriboh himself likes it. Is that not enough incentive to try it out?

I've seen both episodes and it's already becomebone of my favorite abridged series. Helmappo (axe hand morgan's son) is probably my favorite character.

So far, I love it. 2 episodes in and I'm a fan. MY GOD IT'S A RECORD.

Is it selfish that I'm happy as we pass the setting sun?

What the hell is wrong with the volume control?

Looks good so far.

The second episode showed that while a creative editor, he is not exactly a good clip editor. Lets hope that changes as time goes on.

In my opinion, Luffy's voice detracts from the otherwise well done show. It doesn't fit the character in the slightest and grates on my nerves. If it was a parody of one small quality of Luffy raised to insane levels, I could deal with it.

I suppose it's an aquired taste. To me, it was SO out of left field compared to the usual "normal" voice of Abridged characters, that it had me in stitches in the first episode just by voice alone.

The second episode still held up pretty well, and had some great lines.

Of course, we will see if they can manage to keep it funny.
