Okay, fine, whatever. I'll give it some time.
Changing the subject, what do you think is up with the gel bananas?

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI think they power the time travel.
Or maybe there is no time travel. They're just tripping out on the fumes from the bananas XD
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialBut Mayuri ate them...
'twas brillig.Exactly.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialThe bananas are going back in time, but are destroyed by whatever process is involved. It's the same principle as why his text got split into three parts, except applied to physical matter. This is simply their excuse for why only information is allowed to go backwards in time.
That's my assumption anyway.
OK, quick question for those who know: is the Chaos Head anime worth watching? I won't be able to actually get the game itself for awhile, so should I do that or just find a Let's Play/playthrough (and if the latter, any recommended ones?) I figure I ought to check it out, as Steins is set in the same universe, apparently.
I'll turn your neocortex into a flowerpot!God no. I can't speak for the game, but the anime was mediocre at it's best

^That's unfortunate; woulda made things easier :P
I'll turn your neocortex into a flowerpot! The game was pretty interesting until the ending completely ruined it. You'd probably hate the main character, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to.
The game is pretty good, it just has a terrible second half or a terrible first half depending on whether you are reading it for the criticism and mystery or the sci-fi and action. The anime is pretty bad, though.
संसारSo Yeah, Moeka. What's up? From what I'm seeing, it looks like she has Ripple-Effect-Proof Memory.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI was considering that, but unless her phone is also ripple-effect proof her behavior doesn't make much sense.
Well, the way I see it, she probably felt the jump like Rintaro, except she has even less clue what's going on. Every one of the little, everyday things are fundamentally different, something not many rational humans could account for. So she's trying to gather what she thinks is concrete evidence of reality in her photos before the next jump.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serial^Pretty much my take on it. This is rather quickly turning into Primer: The Anime. Also, I found it hard to tell if Hououin was just humoring that maid in the maid cafe with the whole "ultimate technique" bit, vice-versa, or if he really believed it (and considering he seems to have an apparently mild case of paranoid schizophrenia, it wouldn't surprise me if he did).
I'll turn your neocortex into a flowerpot!I get the feeling that Okabe is much more normal than he acts. Rather, he acts weird because he knows that he's just normal. So when he gets embarrassed he starts ranting about conspiracies, etc etc. There have been far too many instances of him dropping "out of character" in extreme situations for him to actually be crazy.
^Yeah, that seems a likely explanation, but honestly, I prefer to think he really is at least a little bit nuts, if harmlessly so :P
I'll turn your neocortex into a flowerpot!Damn you Crunchyroll, it's CERN, not "SERN" !
Okarin, you are a bumbling incompetent. SHAKE HER GODDAMN HAND YOU FOOL OR THIS SHIP GOES NOWHERE.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serial^^
According to the background text in episode 2, the original uses "SERN".. So yeah.
The Engrish in this show just keeps piling on.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI like this (and to a certain extent Chaos Head) in that rather than having asane person discover a real conspiracy or an insane person dsicovering an imaginary conspiracy it has an insane person discovering something "real".
Makes it deliciously hard to tell what's realy and what's just insanity.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntRE: "SERN", its also not "@Channel", but we know what they're really talking about.
See also "IBN"
Impressive drop in animation quality there. On the plus side, less of that horrible lighting
Mayuri is obviously a plant by whatever conspiracy Okarin is always blabbering about.
