Why did people think that Baxter was a death cultist? Also, is it still possible for Coach Oop to be the gorilla guy from the radio? I don't remember whether we saw that guy's face or not.
I would assume it's because of this
page, where she's buying a haunted necklace. The kids also did describe her as "kind of nuts." We did see Radio Ape's face eventually, and it wasn't Oop.
Also see here, where in hindsight Oop clearly saw PJ give Max a Doctupus, and knows enough to know that he needs to get to the nurse despite the lack of pain.

That does seem to be the case, which is odd. There's no sign that any of the main characters have any chance of getting involved here, and this is coming a bit out of nowhere. Unless the ten other conspiracies in town accidentally stop this one.

No, it was said there that he could only hear Hijack because he's only half-vampire. This scene doesn't contradict that.

Ms. Baxter being a death cultist has been a theory for a long time, but I figured she'd be more of an informant than the hands-on type. Wonder what her deal is, because judging by this page
